I purchased two pairs of shoes from Castle Rock Outlets store, and must share I had not good experience with sales agent. I was convinced by the sales expert that I needed to try shoes only when wearing dress socks... He also insisted that I needed to buy a smaller half size shoe. Months later, I was still hoping for shoes to expand a little and adjust to my feet. Horrible mistake! Although, Johnston Murphy shoes are popular and beautiful, I am not going to ever buy another pair again. None of the shoes I have ever tried or purchased have been comfortable at all. Save yourself some money and frustrating treatment by purchasing other name brand shoes from large retail stores.

Good selection

This store puts very minimal effort and concern towards the customer. I had to find my own shoes and fit them myself, and they gave bad advice on sizing saying theyll break in, but they never did.
