By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The two ladies working on 4/30 were absolutely unprofessional and need additional training in customer service. I wasnt greeted nor was I assisted during my visit. I intended on buying a few items including shorts so I made my way to that specific section. The girls were in that specific section chatting it up with each other and discussing which shorts they liked better and which ones they should try on rather than try to assist anyone else in the store. They also were trying on clothes all awhile people were inside the store. This was outrageous since I could have used assistance. Its not like it was super busy either, it seemed as if they were customers themselves.No acknowledgement during my whole visit! I even asked to use the fitting room and it seemed like such a chore to simply open it up for me. My boyfriend also was ready to drop some money but since we both received poor service, we left.Great customer service goes a long way, maybe the manager should invest in training or hire individuals who are willing to help. Do better, be better! Ive worked retail, its not difficult.

Phenomenal customer service. The guy working yesterday was super helpful. He grabbed me some more options while I was using the fitting room. Love my purchase. Pacsuns jeans are the best. Super cozy oversized sweaters. ALSO, I always have the darndest time trying to find pants that fit because I have a really tight waist, but the 29x30 jeans fit perfectly.

Never shop here. EVER! my nephew was looking for a specific item so we went in at 530 pm on Sunday when they close at 6. A chick that works there was closing the doors as we walked in. I said oh I’m sorry, excuse me. She completely ignored me. As we were in the store(for a brief 5 seconds) she gave us the dirtiest look. Like it was so inconvenient for us to walk in 30 mins before closing. Not a good experience. Work on the customer service.

If I could do no stars I would I go in with a bunch of friends and we accidentally knocked a stack of shirts over. After I went and picked the shirts up they didn’t say anything just went ahead and called security on us. Security came in and didn’t do anything and they lady says “are you serious you aren’t going to do anything about them” Some of the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I’ll go to other Pacsuns but not this one anymore

That was a very unpleasant experience today. I don’t understand when they take their job too seriously and take it out on the customers. One associate very sweet, the other not very much.

Not impressed, had the feel of a very sad shop that use to be cool. Like a kid that was popular in highschool but when he got to college he quickly found out nobody cares. Just sad.
