We are visiting Colorado on vacation and our airline lost our luggage and we have to clothing for our trip, so we needed a lot of stuff. The staff here was amazingly helpful and kind, especially Logan. Logan deserves a raise for his patience and professionalism. He helped us find what we needed, and went above and beyond. We also loved the buy one get one 50% off deal.

Im a fan of the Under Armour line only problem I seem to have is finding shirts 2XL at the Under Armour Factory Outlet. The staff was very helpful looking that size in the back but to no luck. The wife was able to get her clothing and I was able to get some shorts. Seems like the website will be how I have to order. I perfer to feel the material and weight before purchasing since I buy for certain usage.

Overall a good store with decent selection, but one staff member has caused me to lower my rating to 2 stars. They were hovering over me and kept on asking if I needed help finding a size. I was very stressed out and it made my experience terrible.

The store was very hectic due to the weekend crowds and I had a hard time tracking down an employee for assistance. But they were all very kind and helpful when I was able to get a hold of them. I was a little disappointed though at the limited selection in store. I thought that they would have a wider variety of UA clothing. I’ll try visiting a larger store or keep my UA shopping online.

Came in here to purchase a duffel bag for my wife. Customer service was great and personnel at the checkout counter were pleasant.I however ended up returning the bag I purchased within minutes because I found a better and cheaper one at another store.Moral of the story: it’s a huge mall. Window shop for a bit before committing.

People there are great, always willing to help, and willing to look for items in different sizes. It can get busy here and there, but regardless theyre fairly quick getting you paid and on your way.

I am an Under Armour fan boy and shop several of there outlets... this one has decent selection of products but lacks some of the better deals I have found at other outlets. Staff has always been good and friendly. This location is pretty busy and often a bit crowded.

Long line but great memorial day sales, especially for military and first responders. Usually has a full stock and plenty of employees to help out when needed.

Prices way too high for an outlet. UA has taken a hit from Nike and Addidas in popularity and UA responds by raising prices at their outlet stores. Deals are not good here.

Had such a positive experience here today. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me as to which shoes would work best for our family’s needs, which are diverse. The rest of the staff were also very kind. Thanks for an easy shopping day Under Armor! We will definitely be back again.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. I understand Covid is a concern for all. We went to the store, with our face masks on and socially distancing in the store. The ONLY reason for going is so that we could try items on. The store clerks, whose masks were hanging below their noses, told us we could not try anything on due to covid concerns. They said this after coming up to me closer than 6 feet, twice, to ask if I needed help. Really!? Isnt trying clothes on in a dressing room by yourself the definition of social distancing? This is why brick and mortar retail is dying. Back home to Amazon.com I go. No clue why I left the house.

Been wearing their athletic socks for years and recently bought two new packages. They changed the design on the cuff of the ankle socks and they will not stay in your feet now. In shoes or without. Tried to exchange them without a receipt but had the CC I purchased them with and offered to pull up the transaction on my bank statement. They flatly refused to be of any help. Threw the socks in the trash as they are useless. Our family of four have been loyal customers for years, but after this incident we will never be back. The staff and management are a complete disappointment and their product quality compromised. Being 2020 most retailers have invested in proper technology to look up a transaction with the card used for purchase. They might want to take note. I highly recommend you steer clear of this label and especially this store.

A great selection at a great value! Got some new HOVR running shoes on sale and the staff were very helpful in helping me make the right choice for comfort and longetivity while still maintaining style. Their COVID procedures were very secure, making sure folks kept safe distances, maxing out the number of customers in store, and sanitizing frequently used surfaces (such as the check out).

I love this store I just got my first t-shirt and the employees were so nice when helping me with everything because I was new. Also I would like to point out that on my t-shirt the tag was super easy to take off, I noticed it was bugging me and when I grabbed it to look at it it came right off without ripping the shirt, no scissors needed. So that’s my review hope others felt the same way and if your looking for a new place to by clothes I suggest you go to, under armor

This facility is not a bad place to go for certain under armour clothing items. The reason Im giving it only three star, is because, while the clothing optional are great the prices really are not. Many times are over priced from what other retail stores sell the same items.

Store seems smaller than it should be. The mens golf and athletic apparel selection is good - although they never seem to have my size. The only disappointment is the lack of youth apparel - the selection is very limited.

You will be shocked to know that they actually have fairly good deals here. I cannot say the same about Nike or The North Face. I picked up two pairs of shoes and a nice pair of sweats for my son for $60. Now thats a good deal.

15 September 2019 was my first visit in over two years. That stated, everything was great and each associate was more than willing to assist with locating product. Return visits in the future are almost a given.

Great outlet! Great selection of shoes, clothes, and workout gear. Found a sweet pair of shoes for a great price. Good sales when the wife and Iwent!

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Theres a good amount of variety of clothing and shoes. The sales here are pretty good and giving customers a coupon after they but something is also a good way to keep customers coming back.

There 40% off every thing in the store sales on certain Saturdays inspired me to buying more than I should. The quality of the clothing and shoes are top notch for me. I favor the cold gear for winter and the heat gear for spring thru fall.

Great store but you should allow customers to use your bath room. Especially ones spending money...

I bought my first pair of Under Armor $100 shoes. The heel pad on one was deformed. After multiple attempts I found the consumer return site. I talked on line with an agent and was told the’d send me a new pair and refund the bad pair. I paid another $100 for the replacement pair but they were totally different. So I decided to send both back. I included everything including receipts but they only refunded the replacement pair. I now have neither shoes and am out $100. TERRIBLE service, would NEVER consider Under Armor running shoes again.

Didnt care for this place. Mens selection was lacking. Also, I could be wrong, but it really just seems like old, last years leftover products with very little discount, if any. Ive been to outlets in other states, and the prices were significantly reduced. Not a fan. Maybe I just expected more from an outlet store since Ive experienced other outlets throughout the country.

They have good price shoes. However, they dont have bigger size shoes. Only up to 14, 15 if you are lucky.

I love under armour and this outlet. Great deals. Usually busy and a bit of a wait in line.

I like Under Armours clothing because of its quality. So I bought some items at the store and when it came time to pay, they had issues with producing a receipt for my purchase. They ended up giving me a receipt on a printed piece of paper.After we finally leave and get back home, we realize they didnt take off the RFID tags. I called a manager at the store and they asked me to go to any sporting goods store with the receipt to have it taken off. Huge inconvenience!

I had a $50 order to get stolen due to the FedEx messing up, and after being on hold I spoke to the nicest lady with customer service and she took care of me and got my order re-ordered and sent back out for two days shipping.
