Nice store. Nice people. Great wifi connection. Longer than average wait. Service level depends on the staff working at the time. If you get out quick, youll probably have to go back a second time to fix what theyve missed. Either way, expect to spend a lot of time here.
This was a great experience I ordered on line next day walked in gave my name and picked my stuff up and out the door within minutes.

Worst internet provider Ive ever witnessed in my life. Id prefer to have dial up internet. You pay them a ton of money, and they slow down your internet speed to coax you into paying them more money, because they are worshippers of money and only care about making life hard to gain wealth. Good thing Starlink is in my town! Goodbye permanently. Never using this service again, and would NOT recommend buying it. Go to someone else otherwise you will have a miserable time. I cant even open a browser or make a messenger call without an internet crash. After re-calling my mom and my friends about 15 times I have been pushed to my limit. They have cut me off (after I paid) during school exams, video meetings, and many simple tasks i.e using Google. We are in an age of technology. Wifi is necessary for almost everything we do today. Unfortunately this company wont just do their job (and stop lazing around on Facebook) and now because of it, they have lost many customers including myself to what may be their biggest competitor they will ever face i.e (SpaceX). Unless they can launch satellites into space and actually give us what we pay for, the future of this company isnt looking too swell. Farewell, I tried.

Crazy busy store so there was a wait but very helpful and efficient staff with my account issue for internet. Side note- they don’t use single use plastic bags. Love it! Switching my phones over next week.
Staff was pleasant. Bring your phone in. Somehow texting you a disclaimer is better than signing it in person in the store. Even though you are in person and in the store?

Not an easy company to do business with. Tried to get a reprint of a label to return an item via their website which isnt possible. Then went to their chat bot which wasnt helpful. Finally got a chat agent who told me no problem, just call an 800 number. Called the 800 number and was told they couldnt help me and to go online or to a physical xfinity store. Spent 45 min of my time for something that should have taken 2 min to be told I cant be helped except in a store which isnt convenient for me.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have never received worse customer service in my life. I bought my wife a phone for Christmas and had to exchange it the next week. I brought it to the store here in castle rock to be sent back to Xfinity. It’s now been a month and a half and my phone has been shut off and I’ve been charged over $1000 for a phone I returned to an Xfinity store to be sent back to Xfinity. This store has done nothing to fix an error on their end with shipping and stole $1000 from me for a phone I returned to them
They were extremely helpful and got me a really good deal. I will definitely return to this store.

Ive been a customer for 2 years now paying for 500mbps+ internet and for the past 90 days Ive taken screenshots of speed test results. I get 540mbps on my phone and devices on the wifi. Ps4 hasnt gone above 2mbps download 0.5 upload for 90 days. I went in, got a new modem, and made an appointment for a technician to come tomorrow morning.As I typed this I got a call from xfinitys advanced team over the phone is consisted of her having me grab my laptop and wire in a connection, nothing loaded., said internet access but I had none. After wasting what seems to be the past 30 minutes I can type the rest of this and hope the technician can figure out why I am not getting connection but still been paying for the pro internet without issue.
Careful with this Store. I would advise others to drive a few more mins to go to a different one. A couple of employees at the Castle Rock location are very unprofessional, derogatory and will go out of their way not to help you. Unfortunate bad apples; store also carries very little inventory and you CANT call them to check it. I really hope the manager turns this store around.
I went yesterday to CHANGE the name on my account. They created a NEW account without explaining what they were doing. After FOUR hours on the phone from one incompetent sc to another giving me bogus explanations that my account is past due (which is not) to i have to call Verizon, to who knows what, I now have to take my modem to the store to get it scanned to reassign it to my NEW account which i never asked for in the first place. I cant even call the office directly to talk to the guy who created my account to see if they can fix it from there because they dont post local store numbers.
Great service! They took care of everything I needed. Two new remotes, paid my bill, answered my questions about Xfunity Mobile, and even helped me lower my bill with a new promotion. Go see JP and Robert, or anyone else there, great team.

Dont be fooled by the window dressing. This company has become to convoluted and does not prioritize the customers interest or time at all. They provide decent service with incredibly bad customer service. I urge you to seek internet/cable/phone service elsewhere if possible and try and support a company that actually cares about its customers!!

It was my first visit to this Xfinity location my associate was very professional and friendly. She assisted me with trying to find a plan that met my needs and was very successful at it I was very satisfied with my visit.
Brought my modem in for a swap out and it took less than 5 minutes to do so. The store is really cool looking and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.
