Great service from Westin - 5 stars for him.However, the store needs more staff. 3 customers were before me and 4 customers behind me on a Tuesday morning. 2 of them left after seeing the queue. There were only 2 staff. By the time I left, there were 5 other customers in line.Note: There was a small group of people there just for the T-Mobile Tuesdays store freebies, but those customers were taken care of separately.
Let it be known, this store restored my faith in customer service. After spending three hours the previous night on the phone with T-Mobile Sales and experiencing extreme frustration, I walked into this store. I tried very hard not to take anything out on these wonderful reps, but unfortunately I vented a bit, without going full Karen. They politely listened to me and provided the best solution. I eventually reexplained the situation while making sure these amazing reps knew I really appreciated them and I knew it wasn’t their fault, at all.They fixed everything for me. I mean, literally everything. I will remain a customer with T-Mobile and will always come back to this store.t

I believe in contacting businesses privately about issues and praising publicly. In this case, I tried to voice my concerns over service and just received excuses. The service I received in this store was subpar and rude. I dont want to call out certain employees or managers, but I cant recall ever being on the receiving end of such rude service. In short, came in because I upgraded my phone and received in the mail. After having issues and spending the greater part of a day and a visit to the Apple store, I was told by both T-Mobile support and Apple that I needed to visit a carrier location. Upon arrival, I explained to the store representative all the steps I had completed, he proceeded to go thru every step I had already tried, then told me there was nothing he could do and I should go to Apple because he said the issue was the phone and not T-Mobile. I asked if a new phone was an option. He then said its not the phone, which was a very confusing answer based on his previous response. I was asking clarifying questions to better understand the problem, and he became increasingly mouthy and defensive. Two managers were present during this hour long experience, and neither came over to help. Sales associate was mouthy as we walked out of the store. Called to speak with a manager who was also defensive and unhelpful. Its incredibly frustrating to have such a lack of service.

All my experiences here have been great. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable. No matter how crowded this place is, the line goes quick. If the store is out of stock (which is rare) they will order the device for you or call local T-mobile stores to see if they have it in stock and hold it for you. Only TMobile I go to!
I talked to a few people on aurora and Parker and got hung up on like 12 times! So I called this location and (not going to mention names) the gentleman stayed very calm, calmed me down and actually answered my questions. One of the best encounters I’ve had with T-Mobile yet!
UPDATE: The gentleman that replied to my post here was no help at all (even though they want it to seem that way). we will be cancelling our service and moving to another provider.So my first experience was amazing,the lady that helped us was awesome. Nothing worked on our phones but the service was great... Then we tried to fix our trouble... Worst service by a T-Mobile store ever. Had to call head office cause its been 2 months and i still dont have service. Mark holmes And Miles woodwork or woodworth were no help at all and didnt even listen to me after i placed multiple calls to customer care. Head office told me to go there and they told me to leave.
I wish I had the names of the two gentlemen that helped me tonight at the t-mobile in Castle Rock this evening because they were phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help me answer my questions. Its a rare find these days, and I like to provide kudos when the customer service was top notch.

Nothing but good things to say about this store and T Mobile. I had a lot of questions and went back a few times and dealt with different people. Kian, Misael and Myles, they were so nice and helpful (even though I can be a pain sometimes) they were patient and took care of everything. I switched from AT&T and so glad I did, much better customer service, deals and coverage. My husband works all over and had problems in the past with coverage, T Mobile is much better in these newer areas and everywhere so far. I Highly recommend them, just go in and talk to them and you will see what I mean. 😁👍🏼
Love the employees here. Never have had to wait more than 2-3 minutes, if at all. Employees are helpful, friendly and know their stuff.
Ive had some pretty serious issues with t-mobile, but Myles went above and beyond to make the situation right. I am still kind of shocked he was able to do what he did.Thanks T-mobile and thanks Myles.He really does care about his customers. And so does t-mobile.
I live a mile away from store..absolutely no service unless you have wifi..bought apple phones what a joke..service is so awful will not even attempt to go out of town with them...Their advice was go to roaming...well you can go to hades..seriously cricket has way better service..and that s a fact jack
I love T-Mobile - of all the American cellphone providers they probably suck the least! This probably doesnt sound like High Praise but in this case it really is. Ive been mad at them a few times but they have generally done their best within their corporate American values to make it better or make it right in some instances.
Great store. Westin was especially helpful and very much knows his stuff, not just the technical knowledge, but in application of the technology into your life. Thats a great help, recommend seeking him out if you need help.
I lost my phone recently and called T-mobile corporate and Samsung.. Was on the phone with both of them for a couple of hours - neither one could help me locate my phone so this was pretty upsetting. After a couple days I went in to T-mobile in Castle Rock and spoke with Myles the manager. I was going to I have to get a new phone. Myles and I started talking and he pulled up the locator and was able to locate my phone on the map really quickly! I called the location where it showed my phone what is and they still said they could not find my phone. Myles started calling my phone # and someone in management answered my phone!! I actually was able to get my phone back! Myles just dug in and was so incredibly helpful and kind and I am so appreciative! Thank you so much, Myles! Your customer service was above and beyond and I will definitely be back into your store for an upgrade! - One extremely happy customer!!

The new T-Mobile store near Founders Parkway in Castle Rock absolutely ROCKS! The staff are welcoming, pleasant, knowledgeable, and ever so helpful. Michael, in particular, spent close to an hour setting up my new phone, patiently dealing with a fairly severe vision problem on my part. When I was there, at least a half-dozen people walked in with questions or other needs and were assisted promptly and courteously. We’ve visited the Park Meadows store several times before and while the manager is very helpful, the staff (e.g., Catherine) are not--ever! I am so grateful that we’ve discovered the new place...demonstrating what customer service is all about.
The staff at this store are quick to help and efficient in getting the job done! We just joined T-Mobile from another service and Michael helped us get our new phones set up. He answered the questions we had and helped us to compare phone options with honest feedback. The assistant manager even shared his own personal experience with the company and the ways in which he hopes to advocate and improve service for customers. Great experience and friendly team!

This T-Mobile location is excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Stefan helped us get everything set up, and wasn’t pushy about anything. We said what we were looking for and he gave us options to choose from and didn’t try and up sell us into anything we didn’t ask about. Strongly recommend

I love this store. They have the absolute most helpful staff and I have been there numerous times with little quirky questions and simple to fix problems. Theyre not simple to me because I am of the older generation and didnt grow up with this stuff. April its especially helpful in fixing things that I may have inadvertently goofed up. Lauren the store manager was fantastic. First off this is a corporate store and not just an authorized retailer. Lauren was able to help fix a mistake from another store and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout, explaining exactly the bill and what to expect. Highly recommend this store for all your T-Mobile needs!
I had a really good experience starting my service this weekend at the Castle Rock store. Michael Jimmerson helped me and made everything easy and even spent time scrolling through numbers looking for a particular number ending. It was one of the better cell phone experiences Ive ever had!
Ive come to this store several times for a variety of reasons over the past few months, and James has always been the one to help me. Hes extremely personable and Im always relieved to see hes working because I know things will get taken care of. The entire crew has great chemistry, always willing to help each other and its refreshing to see that. Ive had second thoughts about switching to T-Mobile from AT&T, however, my experience at this store is the only reason I havent switched back.
Staff is not educated on promotions or account servicingPurchased iPhone XR’s a week ago (a painful experience where I had to educate the employees regarding current promotions on a device that was just released a day prior)I was told I could come in after my device was mailed to me and the store would print me a return label to ship back my old devices.The assistant manager (Austin I believe) couldn’t figure out how to do this with his tablet and my information. He asked me to write down my account password on a piece of paper so he could log in as me in a back room and print my paperworkThat is a very insecure practice and employees should never ask for personal passwordsThe staff is nice enough but they don’t seem interested in knowing their products, promotions, or how to service accounts

I was actually going to leave T-Mobile all together because of my unusual phone problems I was having with my phone. I actually decided to stay with T-Mobile because of this store and to say the least all the professional and ethical treatment all of the employees at this store have treated and bestowed upon me personally. They are all courageously ethical, professional; compassionate and should be bestowed with your highest honors.. Waited 35 minutes without even being greeted. The sales people helping three customers with 6 people waiting to be served. Store manager hanging out in back of the store not assisting customers. Yet another reason to travel north for shopping and customer service.
Please call me and let me know my options to change providers and I will gladly take this negative review down. I hope not to file a complaint at the BBB and hope this can be solved swiftly as I am not satisfied with my service and connection. #1) I WAS SOLD A NEW NOTE 10 WHEN MY NOTE 8 WORKED FINE: Just purchased a new note 10 because my Note 8 was not working properly as I was sending text messages and found out after three days nobody was receiving them (Sad because it was not a phone problem...TMobile locked my account). T-Mobile blocked my account because they thought I was sending spam. I am a business owner and did not change anything about how I run my business or text clients. Text is super important to me as it is 99% of what I do and to be out of touch with clients, employees, and family was not acceptable. It took them almost over a week to fix the problem. Once it was escalated to the top its still was not fixed and I called back a few days later and the rep told me the same thing that its being escalated and hell be in touch and be working closely with the tech team LOL. #2) WONT SEND PHOTOS AT HONE AND WhatsLOSE CONNECTION WITH MANY BAD SPOTS AT HOME: Even more disappointing now for some reason for T-Mobile service has got extremely worse in my own house. I cannot send text photos to clients and I continually lose service and have to walk all around my property to find a specific place that is not a dead spot. This is all happening with three bars. Could not be more disappointed in the new service I purchased. I need to know how to get out of this contract I paid for in which I cannot use the service based on where my home address is. The sad thing is that I am in a main area in the South Meadows of Castle Rock where there should be plenty of service and the connection is poor to at times under average. I want to switch to AT&T because my relatives do not have issues with coverage at my house and also have service in Sedalia which has a lot of bad spots. The strange thing is that other providers with two bars still have service and can text photos and I cannot with 3 and sometimes I have 5 bars with bad phone connection of photos get stalled when sending. Please let me know my options to change providers and I will gladly take this negative review down. Thank you...Matt

I called the Castle Rock, Colorado location with a big problem, a ZTE phone that I had recently purchased, which by the way I love... Wouldnt pair up with my Samsung g2 watch, and the manager on duty, Lauryn totally took charge and actually figured out the problem and saved the day! I was so impressed with her customer service as well. I will always trust this store for my cell phone needs! Thanks Lauryn 😁
In store reps do not know the details of what they are signing customers up for! I moved three lines over to TMobile in June 2017. The rep (who incidentally is the store manager) told me that all three lines would be unlimited (that turned out to be true) and that I would recieve three pay offs that I could then send to Verizon (where I moved my service from). Two of the three reimbursements were finally sorted out and the third NEVER CAME. I went back to the rep who has no knowledge of this... rage. So then... I go online to my T-Mobile account to discontinue my third line that was not paid off. There is NO WHERE to accomplish this online. After driving across town back to the store... the T-Mobile guy tells me that all I need to do is dial 611 to connect to my account customer service. That little piece of info is ALSO MISSING from the T-Mobile website. AND THEN, the rep on the phone tells me he can cancel the line at the END of my billing cycle. I got direct with him and he said... ok, I can cancel it today.Now, I realize no company is perfect. But T-Mobile is so awful. Buyers beware.
