This company is OUTSTANDING! Jim was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, reasonable & PROMPT! No one wants to have to deal with a broken garage door spring but when I called Door-Techs Garage Door, Jim personally answered the phone, asked me a few questions, gave me a fair price and was at my house within an hour replacing the springs. He also adjusted and lubricated my door so it will work better and last longer. I asked him if I should go ahead and replace the spring on the other garage door. He educated me and said it’s likely I wouldn’t need to replace that one for several years. It’s great to deal with an honest company that simply does the right thing for the customer. Great Experience. Realized my garage door wouldnt open at 7AM on the way to work. Called Door-Techs and got a call back from Jim almost immediately. Jim knew right away what parts were needed and what needed to happen. He explained he didnt have the part stocked but was heading to his supplier during the day to pick up supplies. He came out inspected it just to make sure he was getting the correct part, helped my wife move our car in the garage and came back after picking up parts and had the entire repair completed by early afternoon. Absolutely wonderful customer service, quality, and price was more than reasonable. Jim responded to an urgent issue almost immediately. A custom sized spring needed to be replaced. He arranged for the new spring to be manufactured, retrieved it 25 miles away and installed it the same afternoon. This is not the first time Jim has exceeded expectations. Nobody else will touch my garage doors.

Jim did a perfect job, every aspect of this experience what is the best. He scheduled me in quickly showed up on time, the work he did was exceptional,With great attention to detail. The garage door broke at 5:30 on a Friday. The first company when searching for garage door repair in Castle Rock advertised that they were local, but then asked me if I was in Colorado or Georgia, and wanted to charge $250 upfront before they even sent a tech. Skip the others and call Jim first. You will not be disappointed. He was at the house in 20 minutes and shared his location so I could track his arrival. I own (and live) in a condo in Castle Rock and I have a rental in Loveland. I used the “other” garage door company for my Loveland house. The “other” company did not perform well, nor did they call and communicate with me. Not sure they did anything other than took many photos and wanted to sell me a new opener. I forwarded all this to Jim with Door-Tech. Jim soon called me back and evaluated what I needed (based on the photos). Jim then offered to drive to Loveland to help me out, as I no longer trust the “other” garage door company. I met Jim in Loveland a few days later, Jim did the necessary maintenance and replaced the gear assembly (No new opener required)! Door-Tech Jim went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Honestly one of the best door techs/companies to use. I had a high lift conversion that needed to get done before I was able to have a lift installed. He not only did the job but also was able/willing to help move around a racecar that was down/inoperable ataat thewthe time workawork commercial gym equipment.Hands down would use them again and/or refer anyone to them.

I spoke to several companies to help with a garage door repair problem in my castle rock rental property. Several sounded like call centers and could not even give me a general estimate to repair the problem even though I sent them photos. One company said I would need to install a new garage door. Professionalism, attention to detail and perfectionist. We had a local roofing company use Jim to replace the garage door they backed into. We are more than happy with his quick install and and level of commitment he showed to make sure it was perfect when he was done. Technically he could have installed the new door and left, but he didnt. He made sure it worked to perfection, including re working the mount for the opener itself, as the builder didnt have it mounted correctly.
