Terrible customer service. They are nice and polite but don’t follow through. Called to verify that they had an item and they assured me that they did. Drove 25 miles to get there and when I arrived, they said they were sorry but did not have the item. The store in Bennett had the item and the receiving manager said they would have it sent. After a week, I called to check and they said they would check and call me back. But no call back. A week later I called again, and they assured me that they would check and call back. AGAIN NO CALL BACK!! I will never come back and will tell everyone I know about this experience

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were extremely helpful in getting our large grill into our vehicle. Robert was very knowledgeable about the grill. The other person who helped was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Tractor Supply in Castle Rock.

Great local store, I’ve bought everything from livestock feed and chicks to an expensive gun safe from this location, been going here for years and have never had a bad experience!

Needed some salt spreaders for the big snow storm and their assistant store manager took his time with me and went outside and checked everything to find me what I needed. He also put them together for me. I am very thankful the him and this store. He also walked me through how to order them online to be able to pick up in store.

Melissa helped me get the trailer I needed despite impossible odds due to Colorado regulations regarding utility trailers. Everything was above board, but she literally turned a nearly impossible situation into win win with her innovative solutions. Everyone at the store went above and beyond, and I thank you all! Absolutely worth the drive coming here! Not only do they have more products, but the employees are amazing! Always going above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. And, I find they are more knowledgeable in regards to ranch related products than other stores. If I cant find what Im looking for close to home, I take the hour trek here knowing I will find what Im looking for. We are always happy to come here to stock up on what we need for our livestock and find other great deals/necessities.

I thought the workers at tractor supply were supposed to be nice this is the first time Ive stepped into one and the worker was absolutely horrible from the time I walked in he treated me as if I didnt belong there. He made my son and I very uncomfortable. We are frequent customers but will definitely be avoiding shopping here while this certain gentleman is working.

My wife and I came in to purchase dog and cat food. I recently had surgery and am currently using a walker. My wife had to get a large bag of dog food which I usually would be able to handle, but currently can’t. Your employee Jorge was very kind courteous and helpful. Not only did he put the large bag into the cart, ring up the order, he also helped load our car the whole time with a smile and a great attitude. Jorge is a wonderful member of your team. In a wicked snow storm with 80 mile an hour winds that Colorado has seldom seen. All the stores closed, I-25 closed Santa Fe/Hwy85 closed. it was getting too dicey to even attempt to go outside. But my power went out in the mountains in my cabin and I needed a portable propane heater because I have a family. I called tractor supply told him what was going on, the manager said he would wait for me. Well I got the heater, and I didnt even think I was going to make it back home but I did. The manager there went above and beyond what was expected. Waiting for me and conditions like that when he should have went home. And wow I did need that heater-- power was out for 20 hours

Ordered a lawn roller and paid 100 for delivery and after 8 days later then it was promised I called and they said it would be 3 or 4 more days. Dont order anything online unless you have a lot of time. Feel like I wasted a lot of money to get really poor service. I could have gone to Home depot if I wanted terrible service. This was my first time shopping there and the last.

I go for dog treats, bird food, and cow tales. Dog treats and bird food are a great deal and the only place I can find cow tales! The staff is great, always offer to help carry things.

Over all a good experience whenever Im in the store. Im not a farmer or rancher but the stores selection offers me a unique variety of things I may not be able to get in other stores. I like shopping for a certain birdseed there but so do many others...its only in stock about half the time. Theres rarely an associate hanging out at a register - youll have to look around near the front of the store to find one but theyre never too far away. I enjoy the store experience and Im glad to have them nearby.

Like the store and employees. Just wanted to note they do not honor military discount 364 days of the year (apparently do on July 4th), but I’m generally not shopping that day. Murdoch’s on the other hand honors 365 days a year. Just sayin’.

Found all the supplies we needed for our goats. I would have given 5 stars, but after requesting assistance loading 3 times, we loaded our products ourselves.

Great prices, really friendly and helpful staff. They dont have everything you need and they dont carry name brand everything like a Murdochs. They also dont charge anything like Murdochs! What they have is generally good quality and good prices and they have a lot once you roam around. Best thing is the staff couldnt be nicer. They keep a bit of that old-school general store atmosphere, very comfortable place and you dont just feel like you are shopping in another retail store.

I have been coming to this location to have propane tanks refilled for about 5 months now. I have been making regular appearance at about the same time because it stop here on my way home from work. The registers are usually never staffed and I have to search for the help. Almost every time i come there is a completely new staff, not sure if they just hire anybody or if there is a high turnover rate or what.Too many times have I come here to be told none of the onsite staff is trained to refill propane. Not in a rude way, just more of a sorry the management sucks here kinda way. Many times I am told to come back the next day. Thus far I havent been too upset about it until my interaction on 2/22/19. This is a day after I visited and was asked to come back tomorrow. I arrive within normal business hours and was greeted by a homeless/cave looking man whom Ive never seen before. I asked for propane and he simply said No, without an explanation. I tried to explain Ive been here multiple times this week and was advised to return today to get my tanks refilled, I can tell he didnt care because he said nothing in response. Another employee in the distance who had heard me spoke up and said I can do it! The caveman quickly runs over to that employee willing to help, quietly whispers something, turns back to me and says they still wont do it, still with no reasoning as to why. The cavemans tone and body language came off as my request to make a purchase came as an inconvenience to him, even after I told him the many inconveniences this site has already caused me. As to why this place continues to refuse to sell a product they have in stock is beyond me... my loyalty coming to this place has come to an end.

There is no customer service here, we went in for some kerosene, walked around to look for some help, there was one person available and he was at the register, he could not help because he was helping customers at the check out. He said he would call back to have someone come and help us, we waited 15 minutes and asked the kids at the register if he could call again. He did but nobody ever showed up so we left without kerosene.

Tammi was fantastic to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate my. Reds when buying a lawn tractor near closing time. As a business owner I know how hard it is to find good help like Tammi. Tha is to her I will be back to Tractor Supply.Thank you Tammi!

Great people at work and place well stocked. Items are for professional farm as well as household. Heavy made clothing for rugged activities. Food and health supplies for all livestock as well as pets. Took my sons dog to clinic there for her shots... see her Facebook page Friends of Pearl they was very patient and passionate with her reluctance to get her nails clipped... Its an ok place to get stuff if youre on the south side of Castle Rock and dont want to deal with the crowds or the drive to Home Depot or Lowes, but their selection is limited.

I’m just a little upset right now. I’m not normally a person that goes into places at the last minute but our heat went out and this was the only place in town that still had space heaters and I have a tropical bird. How do I know this? I called and checked. The guy on the phone confirmed that yes they did and I said I would be there before they closed. Sped like crazy, arrived fifteen minutes before close ready to apologize profusely, only to find the door already locked. I mean I get it, I work retail too, but I told you I was coming and you still closed early? You could have at least told me on the phone.

Very poor customer service. Your employee was more interested in the beauty queen that was strutting her stuff than loading 500 lbs of feed. I will go to big r next time. I am on lifting restrictions and need assistance.

We go to tractor supply for their brand specific dog food. One of our large breed dogs needs specific additives in her good and this one has most of the things the vet has recommended for her. Our specific close to home store however almost is always out of stock. Ive been told by store management the arent carrying it anymore and Ive returned to ordering on line and picking up in store. Funny thing is the store still carries the brand since it is specific to tractor supply. And the store still orders it in! I feel like obviously if its always out of stock why dont you keep more inventory on hand at the store?

I stopped in for a specialty dog food that few places seem to carry, and while I was there received such good service I ended up sticking around and doing some shopping. Made a total of 3 purchases all in my first visit: dog food, some great outdoor boots, and a Powerade. Was just passing through but now I may have a reason to go back in the future

Aways more than willing to help without being overbearing. An increasingly rare occurrence in retail today. I wish they sold everything I need.

I love that have this alternative to the big box stores. Not as crowded and easier access. Prices are always reasonable too.

Ordered a few items online for store pickup. I received email my order was ready for pickup. Only 1 of 3 products were new,inbox. One was floor display and one was brought in from outside (rusted and missing parts). Manager refused to order in new products and said take it or leave it. I refused the entire order and got my money back. I filed complaint with Corporate. Will see how they respond. Might be the last item I ever buy at TSC.

I love the Castle Rock store. Everyone is friendly and always ask if you need help. Ive never had a bad experience there. Smokey the heeler likes the dog toy selection.

Great place for dog food. Have their own branded grain free that is half the cost of other name brands. My dog has done great on it and has a history of bad allergies to many others.

Nice store, thought it was odd that I walked in went all the way around the store, left after not finding what I needed and never saw one employee not even at the front cashier. I hope they were alright and I didn’t walk in on a robbery and they were all tied up in the back?

Tractor supply is a good store. I only feed wild animals. They have all that I need. Their services is knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

Staff there was very nice. Helped get welder in and also no hassle when it was returned for damage. Already ordered a replacement.

We were hoping to get the good hardwood pellets they had last year for our pellet stove but they arent carrying them this year.

They have a good supply of stuff you might need for domestic and farm animals, not to mention cold weather gear now.

Well laid-out store with lots to offer, but manager was not very friendly and it took over an hour to process my trailer purchase and check out. Seems this store is sorely understaffed or lacking needed cross-training.

Narrow aisles in pet section. Had to wait for person to leave before I could go into an aisle. Limited selection of canned dog & cat food. Cat food priced good, but dog food expensive. Equine salt blocks busted up. I wont shop here again.

This place has a wide variety of interesting tools, gadgets, and supplies.

Great place for alot of the supplies o e would need to do basic maintenance on there home, or to get supplies for there ranch. In addition to that they also provide animal supplies for an aray of different animals ranging from household pets, to horses and the like.

We go every holiday season for the great selection of Leanin Tree greeting cards.
