I was a little put off by the reviews, but they were great! Very kind and friendly, food was perfect. Ordered curbside and it was ready when they said it would be. Will definitely be back!

The food was decent but the place was dirty. It was not busy but all the girls on shift chose to hide in the back instead of cleaning trash off the tables and floors. Even when bringing orders out to tables, the employees failed to pick up trash left by customers from previous orders. At one point I picked up trash off the floor so there would be a clean area to eat. It was clear they only wanted to do the bare minimum and it has made me question the level of cleanliness used in preparing anything in the kitchen area. I do not think I will be coming back unless the management steps it up.

My Partner and I order from this location probably about once a week. We love the consistent quality, deliciousness and feeling amazing after eating!We have always ordered to go and have had no issues with our orders 😊I love this place for offering options for those of us with special diet needs. Learning about different kinds of food that can help you feel so amazing is an absolute win.

This is the second time my husband has been to this location for a smoothie and has waited over 20 minutes. Disappointing and will not come back. A smoothie shouldnt take over 20 minutes to make. The staff is also hiding in the back and not making a point to be attentive to the customers. Do better or else you will lose your customers.

Great bowls and smoothies. A little pricey, but we signed up for the rewards program/app and receive discounts often. Hint: get a large bowl and split it in two to get a large portion (it’s enough for my wife and me).

Saw my first “wild Karen” today and the manager handled it so well. She was respectful and apologized and you could tell she truly felt terrible about the mixup even though it wasn’t her fault. Before the lady came in demanding her money back for the wrong order the manager even tried chasing her into the parking lot because the person handing out the sandwiches got them all mixed up. She never passed blame onto anyone else and made sure to correct the mistake. Food was amazing and our smoothies hit the spot!

Before me and my partner moved out of castle rock i think we went 5 or 6 days back to back. I never have had such huge acai bowls that were so well crafted and so unique that the flavors blended so well together. They would load the bowls up so much and it was beyond filling- never have i gotten full off acai bowls like i do when i go here. Only 1 day i went and the wait was outrageous but it was a weekend day which was understandable (however not one adult was present that day so it couldve just been the staffing that day) Any other day they seem to be quick and very efficent with their orders. The ladies behind the front counter are very welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in the door, with a good interior and exterior to enjoy your bowl at this was a personal fav of ours!

Normally I would recommend smoothies or bowls but one I wouldnt recommend is the tropical smoothie tasted like toothpaste and coconut! I think Ill stick with my favorites.

We ordered a Kale Salad and they basically just put a head of Kale in a box and threw in some toppings. None of the pieces of Kale were cut. We didnt get any dressing either. The veggie sandwich was okay. To be fair, I liked the immunity bowl.

Normally I really love this place and it’s been my favorite place to get smoothie bowls in the past. I recently ordered a bowl for pickup and when I went to pick it up received the wrong one which I didn’t realize until after I got home. I called to see if I could get a refund and they told me that I got what I ordered and nothing could be done. Completely not helpful customer service. Won’t be returning

It was our first time visiting your store and we were super impressed. The store was neat and clean. We tried 2 different bowls and both were delicious. The employee behind the counter was super friendly as we had no idea what to order. Thank you Keenan for making our first experience fun.

Great healthy food. Terrible service. Just ordered an online order for curbside. It said to come in at a certain time. So I came at the time it said my food would be ready. Parked right in front and called to let them know that I was here for Curbside. They said it was ready and that it would be right out. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out, not even look in my direction, and they went back inside. I thought maybe they had forgotten something. Nope. I waited another 20 minutes for me to finally just go inside for my order. I told them I had been waiting for a long time and they looked confused that I was even there. I dont understand what the point of describing my car was for when I placed my order, when they dont even try to look for it. This is the 5th or 6th time I had to wait longer than I had for my food. I finally have lost my patience and will now just order inside. Please do better.

Yikes. Really bad. Ordered 5 paninis (and some juices), got 5 really basic overpriced sandwiches that took an hour to make. LOL. Then the staff was rude when I pointed out that plain un-toasted bread isn’t a panini. Okie dokie.

Customer service needs work. Whats the point of having a sign outside thier store indicating to call for your food to to brought to you if the girl who answered tells me to come inside. Puts a bad introduction to the food im about to eat. Management needs to get onto this especially in pressing covid times. Also the blonde girl handling my service was just rude

Unfortunately I used to like coming here but at my last visit some new policies have made the experience a lot worse. They no longer do military discounts at this location even though other locations still do (claiming its because I ordered a panini with my smoothie which has always lowered the cost of the panini and has never before invalidated the military discount). They also charged me for a single ingredient substitution which Ive probably done 20+ times for free in the past. When we got our food, the smoothie was chunky and not well blended and my panini was not even toasted! However, I continue to have fantastic service and high quality food at the location in Colorado Springs.

Nice clean atmosphere. Great selection. Would love a vegan panini to be added to the menu. Wish they didnt give me a bag or straw when I specifically asked NOT to receive them due to environmental concerns. But yummy flavor in the bowl and juice we got!!!

This place was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions and offered me a free lemon shot. I ordered a pitaya latte, it was delicious and actually very pretty! I will definitely be back.

Lot’s of delicious healthy options. My kids loved their bowl and mine (superfood bowl) we ate every last bite we could scrape out of these bowls!

Great food. Service is pretty good too. They make mistakes like most establishments and they try to fix them if you actually make them aware. Overall, very satisfied and I visit regularly.

Generally speaking I really like these bowls. Unfortunately, I went to pick up a to-go order and saw that all three employees were not wearing a mask, including the person making my food (I could see her through the glass). With that being said, everyone has a different comfort level with this pandemic, and I respect each and every one of them. However, if you are making food for the general public, this is a decision that should not be up to you (at least, in my humble opinion). During these difficult times there are so many people out of work, and there are many employees that would have no problem wearing a mask if it meant they could have a job. On top of it, I reached out to vitality bowls corporate office to express my concern for safety. Its been about two weeks and I have not heard back. With that being said Ive lost a ton of respect for this company.

The bowls are great. Their service used to be a lot slower but they have really streamlined things and have a better system.

Stopped by and ordered a spinach salad not knowing anything about the place and they were nice which is good. Then waited 30 minutes for them to make it and there were 3 customers in the store. They gave us a 10% off coupon and a cup of fruit as a consession. We appreciate that, but after we got back out on the highway realized they messed up the order within kale salad. I know not so much a big deal but it really is aggravating to wait 30 min for a wrong order knowing we wont be back there probably for a few months. I dont understand why it would take 30 minutes to make something that can be done in 2 minutes.

Just a hot mess. My order was incorrect after confirming/repeating my order over the phone. The girls working were not aware of the menu, and told me that lattes are typically are made in the winter. The wait time on the bowls were also not timely. I would like to increase my review as the açaí bowls were good. I just feel that whoever is responsible for this franchise location needs to be aware so they can course correct the staff. I also understand the circumstances are not good coming out of a pandemic so I would like to be empathetic.

My girls and I Love this place! I eat here between 1-3xs a week. Its always delicious. I love Kathy and all the girls that work there. Theyre always kind and helpful! I always take visitors here.

So I do my reviews based off a flavor to cost ratio. When it comes to this place the staff is friendly enough not to get deducted points, but also not overly great to grant them points. So that aside we are simply looking at cost and flavor for this place. Down to earth moment here; 17-20 dollars for two bowls would be amazing if this place was something special. However, it’s açaí with fruits, honey and oats. That’s the kinds of cost that you can get two Mexican plates for next door with tons of food and a lot less simple carbohydrates. It’s good, and I wouldn’t want to deter anyone from going here to eat a breakfast or lunch bowl, but it’s nothing that screams “you’ve got to check this place out”. It’s expensive for what it is, and the taste is simply a deconstructed smoothie you can get a block away from two times the cost and wait time. Sorry I wish it was something special, but it’s expensive and with all the carbs they throw in the bowls I highly doubt it’s all that healthy for you. Now if you’re on your way to climb a 14er or spend the day in Estes Park, yeah this place has some utility and you should stop there before heading up.

Visited a few times and had a similar experience. Todays wait was over 19 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and smoothies. I was third customer in. By the time I got my food there were 16 people in there.Sandwich was very good. Thank you.Smoothies literally tasted like nothing. Not sure how thats even possible but I witnessed it today. I knew there was fruit in there due to different textures sliding through my mouth occasionally, but I literally did a double take, then went back in and reread the description. Definitely supposed to have taste from all the ingredients that went in, but apparently not case.I didnt feel like waiting 15 minutes to be greeted and then another 15 to get my hopefully flavor containing smoothie next time, so I left and made a mental note not to go in there again.

This place is outstanding! I went in and its so inviting and cozy, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got talking to the owners mother (such a wonderful personality) oh man just talked like we were family. The bowls are such a good deal. I was looking at all that goes into these bowls and its mind boggling how affordable these options are considering all the wonderful natural super foods you are about get to experience. Love it!!!

I love the food here, crave it regularly...HOWEVER, I can’t bring myself to go very often because it always takes forever to get my food and a lot of the time they mess up (usually something small like I wanted it to go not for here or I asked for a certain ingredient to not be included). It happens all the time, even when I am the only customer there. Maybe I could be wrong and it should take 30 minutes to make a smoothie bowl, but I am not interested in waiting that long anymore. Great food though, so if you don’t mind the wait go for it.

1st time there and loved it

Yesterday morning, my husband, two small children and I visited this location for breakfast. We arrived before their small rush began. We ordered one large bowl and a turkey sandwich. This all came out okay and they delivered it straight to our table. Then my son asked for another sandwich, so I went and ordered it. The cashier remembered from our first one, Wheat bread again? I paid and went back to sit with my family. Not 5, 10 or even 15 minutes later, still no sandwich. The young girl at the cash register continued looking over at our table, but never approached. Finally, after watching many others who had ordered after me receive their food, I approached the counter and asked, May I please have my money back.The response: Yes, of course. Sorry, SHE (im assuming the girl working in the kitchen) gave your sandwich to another person.I have over ten years of restaurant/ customer service experience. I do understand that mistakes happen. I do not, however, understand how even two teenage girls could have such terrible communication, be so insincere and unapologetic. It was as if our lost order meant nothing to them and losing our business was, Whatever. I promise we will Not be returning to this location.Perhaps management should consider another set of hands to employ or some more intelligent individuals.

I love this place! The employees are always really friendly and its just a great environment. The smoothies are incredible and really good for you! I recommend my friends and family go here (especially if you are feeling a cold coming on - I recommend the Immunity Bowl and a Lemon Ginger shot)!

I came in for my first time and had no idea what I wanted to get and was afraid to ask too many questions but the customer service was great! very amazing staff. Since then I started coming more frequently and a young worker Fatima is always going out of her way to provide excellent service whenever she’s working, she always gives me great recommendations to try since the first day I came in and is the main reason why I keep coming! This place is fantastic and I highly recommend to come in and try the tropical bowl, very delicious!

Went in right before they closed (didn’t realize until we left). Felt the vibe from the cashier that she didn’t give af and wasn’t pleased as I ordered. She didn’t communicate or say anything when I ordered. Tipped and got not thanks..1 minutes later a older guy with a Bentley comes in, cashier was bubbly af and super energetic all of sudden. First person in an empty store. Literally waiting for 25 minutes for a small breakfast smoothie bowl. Still waiting as we speak. Incredible. So good! I became addicted to Acai Bowls in Hawaii, they are no where to be found in Minnesota where Im from. So I was happy to find one while in Colorado just minutes from my hotel. Super great vibes, staff was chill, food was fabulous! Strongly suggest the Dragon Bowl. The price is what is should be for healthy eating. Yes its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Amazing

Getting tasty fresh juiced vegetables can be tough to find. The juiced vegetables here are delicious, full of flavor and always fresh. Great quick healthy options.

I would describe this place as WOW! So many great options to choose from and everything was perfect. I had the medium dragon bowl and added granola ($.75 extra); perfect balance of fruit and sweet with crunch and my body just felt good eating it. I will probably get a smaller bowl next time, as I could not finish the medium. My boyfriend had the warrior bowl, which of course I tried. His was also fantastic and he ate every drop. My son had the nutty bowl and the dragon smoothie. He loved them so much, he got his grandma to take him the next night and got the same thing. Im pretty sure we will be back again tonight, and many more.

BEST Place For Smoothies & Healthy Food in Castle Rock! Staff is AWESOME! Kathy ROCKS! I just tried Smoothie King yesterday, and let me tell you Vitality Bowls smoothies are 10x better! I literally go here every day after the gym! I have never had a bad experience and the one time (out of 300+ visits) that I did not like their shake, they immediately replaced it with a shake that I liked.

Only people in line with 2 employees in the back. Made eye contact never did come to take our order (3 large bowl’s) continued to refill the peanut butter squeeze bottles.

I come in all the time and customer service is fantastic. When ever I come in and Hopes working, she always gives me great recommendations to try and always has a smile on her face. Love this place so much!

Got a steak panini and was not very happy with it. Bread was decent, flavors were okay but the steak tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and was really hard to chew. Way over priced for a very mediocre sandwich.

Service was excellent. Bowls and juices were delicious. Makes me feel good to put nutritious food in my body to refuel after a workout.

The food selection and juices are “one-note” and bland, which is surprising considering the ingredients. Everything tastes the way the restaurant smells, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. The avocado toast was just okay. Definitely overpriced. I would’ve been happier had I gone to Smoothie King.

The Açaí bowls are super good here! We love the Vitality Bowl and Nutty Bowl. The only problem is that the service is verrrryyyy long. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your bowl. The person at the front often disappears to the back and it’s not a great presentation when a customer is waiting at the front. Overall we come back because the bowls are so good!

I was craving an Acai bowl on my way to work, so stopped by Vitality Bowls. After looking at the prices for the acai bowls, I should have just left, but didnt have time to stop anywhere else. While the Dragon bowl was pretty good - the price was absolutely ridiculous! over $13 for a reg. size bowl. Really wishing there was a Nektar in Castle Rock - much better bowl at a fraction of the price!

Nice selection..Alena, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me and offered her services when I told her I was a vergin to Vbowl she exsplained things in detail, for me...Love the atmosphere in there.I love that u can grab a game of checkers, sit on the couch, injoy your smoothy and sit face to face with a friend with no phone in hand....

I got the salami panini and it is so small and doesnt come with a side. The plastic wrapping around the meat was still on it. The juices are decent but not worth the cost.
