By far one of the best retail visits I have had in a while.

I shop at Natural Grocers, Castle Rock at least 3x a week.. Yesterday I was in with my son who has Down syndrome. We were checking out and a woman came up to the cashier enraged that a few people didnt have masks on and she wanted to talk to the manager. The clerk amicably explained we allow those who are medically exempt from masks into our store. The woman angrily replied theres no way they are all medically exempt. Mind you there were only 3 people. 2 of 3 people was myself and my son who has Down syndrome and yes we are medically exempt. I applaud the cashier and her amazing demeanor. I want to thank Natural Grocers Castle Rock for not discriminating .I encourage everyone to patronize this store!

Consistently out of stock on vegan items..Same with sprouts.Same with the new natural grocers.Officially done being after 3 years of hell.. never had this prob until covid... hm wonder why. Smh

Vitamin Cottage deserves to go out of business. They support the local government and not their paying customers. They wont let you in without a mask although they claim to be a holistic alternative which is obviously a gimmick. Never-mind your own health or how much you have spent with them.

Quality service and products. Store is clean and neat. Visit frequently for the organic coffees and vitamins.

My very favorite place for a healthy food. Not only they have a great collection of organic produce, but it tastes so fresh and homegrown (not greenhouse grown). This store beats the prices of other stores with organic produce, and its without even going into the details about the quality of their food.I like their selection of gluten free breads!The staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have to give some credit to the store manager for their success!Most of the time Im handful (having 2 kids with me), and they ALWAYS there to offer me a help. Im not going to lie - had to use it a few times and very grateful for that!Overall, its a super clean and organized store, and Ill definitely be back!

I have shopped here a handful of times and 3 or 4 times now I have had items ring up at prices different from what was listed on the shelf (several dollars different). Each time, before bringing it back to the cash register for correction, I went back to it the shelf to check for myself (and make sure I didn’t just pick something up from the wrong spot) and sure enough prices were listed different than what was on my receipt. When brought to the attention of the cashier, both times I was treated as if I was being a huge inconvenience to the staff. I don’t believe I was being rude or acting upset and I even thanked her for fixing it... I understand this stuff happens and it wasn’t the cashier’s fault, so I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was. Unfortunately, this seems to happen frequently here — at least for me. Ultimately the issue was corrected and I was refunded the price difference, but I might be done shopping here.

Overpriced and under whelming.

Good place to go for decently priced good food. The cashier who served me was super friendly and very pretty with that lovely hair color! The peanut butter they make is excellent! They have some nice soaps.

Nearly everything here is organic, if it can be, it caters to people who want to know where their food originates, its will organized, not overpriced, everyones friendly, they give away chocolate sometimes... What more can you ask for in a grocery store?

Our least favorite natural grocers so far: they’re frequently out of stock on items and seem to have issues with inventory. Several of the regular staff members seem rude or cold. My husband returned some sugar he’d bought (unopened, just wanted organic instead) and the cashier made a big deal about it before finally saying she had processed the refund. No refund ever hit our account and the employee my husband spoke with told him he’d have to call corporate. Can you imagine? Instead of just looking it up and giving us a $6 gift card?! So we have called corporate (for $6!) and will be following up with them I guess as 3 weeks have gone by and we’ve heard nothing. We have had nothing but 5-star experiences at the centennial Arapahoe ng so I guess we’ll make the drive to that store. They have better management and outstanding customer service.

We shop at this store a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection is good for the store size and they are always willing to order something for you if they dont have it in stock - even if its something they dont typically carry. Its also nice that they always open other checkstands if a line forms at the one(s) that are open.

Head to the back, in the refrigerated nut section, and get a bag of the native American pecans. They are small, but they are packed with flavor. Tastes like Texas. Oh, and, shop the rest of the store, too.
