Terrible selection, over priced, and the staff is extremely rude. I will never go back to this place. I highly suggest not shopping at places like this that don’t appreciate local customers.

I will never go to this liquor store, even though it is the closest to my house. I will make sure my money is spent at places that do not regularly practice discrimination, specifically with management. There are so many wonderful, locally-owned, liquor stores in the area that are not condescending, who appreciate their loyal patrons. I will make sure that my money is spent with these places.

This place has an awesome location and is supported by the huge superstore in town so they usually have whatever youre looking for. I wish they stocked some of the small batch and hard to find liquor the superstore does even if it was just a small display cabinets worth. But overall its a good convienent go to spot for the usuals.

I literally used to go almost every day, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately even though every member of the staff has seen my ID and recognizes me and my order, due to company policy I can not be served due to the fact that I lost my ID. Normally this wouldnt be an issue because in normal times replacing an ID or getting a temporary one is a minor inconvenience, that can be solved in a day. Due to Wuhan diease however, its going to take several weeks just to get an appointment for a temp ID. I guess thats what I get for trying to do business with a corporation...

I love that its convenient to my house. Its a smaller version of Bubbles and the prices are slightly different given the prices in our area. Their inventory was a bit low but thats pretty unusual. And the BEST thing is they are now linked to the large store for customer rewards!

Excellent variety including local and hyper-local options! This store also has exceptional customer service. We purchased one bottle of mixer that had an off flavor. As it turns out, the bottle was expired. The new trainee we talked with was confused on store policies and would not offer a return. But, Adam (General Mgr), stepped in quickly and helped us resolve the issue. He was very kind and offered the store credit we requested. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and that is one of the main reasons why we highly recommend Village South Wine & Spirits!

I called to see if the product was available and if I could come to buy it within 15 minutes, the person said yes and yes, then I arrived 15 minutes, the person was inside the store, looked at me but said it was closed!!!How can you lie and refuse to sell to clients?!?!!Or was it racism?Worse store customer experience ever!

Very frustrated at my experience here this afternoon. Me and my husband just moved to the area we found the cashier to be rude and refused to allow us to purchase our items. My husband was buying and I didn’t have my ID on me. He started to argue with us that we can’t purchase and when my husband asked if I hadn’t come in and stayed in the car, we would have been allowed to purchase..the cashier agreed! We won’t be returning.

Ive been going to this place for a year and still have yet to find any friendly staff. They dont even acknowledge you. Never ask to help. Staff turnover is a regular occurrence. Drive a few minutes down the road to Payless where they actually care about the customer!

This place officially lost me as a customer today, and I used to go there pretty regularly. I love the little promotions they do, but apparently it is now such a hassle for them to deal with. Not sure why they offer them if its such an inconvenience? Two really bad experiences in a row.1) Last time I went in I told the cashier that I had a coupon on my phone. He sounded annoyed and told me I had to enter my phone number in the iPad to be able to use it. So I did while he helped another customer. He then rang me up and told me the total without deducting the coupon. When I asked him about it, he was SUPER annoyed and said you have to tell me you have a coupon BEFORE I ring you up. .... which I had done.2) Today I got the text that they were doing their Budlight buy 2, get one free. Its my favorite sale they have! When I went to check out the same guy from last time very rudely told me that the budlight lime was not part of the sale, which was weird because last time it was. But no big deal, I put it back and grabbed another Michelob. Then a different guy rang me up. I reminded him about the promotion (learned my lesson last time), but he only took $11.99 off instead of the $13.99 that was charged for each pack. I told him this and he insisted that one of them was on sale and thats why it only took $11.99 off. Receipt was printed, and none of them were on sale. He very rudely said sorry, that was the computers fault, not mine. Never offered to do anything about it.Its a shame that their customer service has gotten so bad. They used to have really friendly cashiers.

I PURCHASED 4 ITEMS. CASHIER ASKED ME IF I WANTED A BAG, I SAID YES AND HE TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL GUILTY BY SAYING THAT THEY ONLY HAD ONE BAG LEFT BECAUSE THEIR ORDER HADNT ARRIVED. POOR SERVICE. THE TALL BLONDE GUY IS EXTREMELY RUDE EVERY TIME I GO. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THIS STORE. WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN THOUGH ITS THE CLOSETEST TO MY HOUSE.

Nice upscale liquor store. Parking lot is a little hazardous, but nice large open store inside, easy to navigate, larger selections and reasonable prices on most common drinks.

I have actually smelled alcohol on the breath of the manager/cashier and watched them sell to a obviously drunk person. I dont like their selection or lack of either.
