I came to dealership on 9/27/21 to have a nail removed from my tire & ended up needing a new tire. Horrible experience. They literally raised the price while we were driving there. Then the car, which my son had called that morning to confirm was ready for sale, not only wasn’t ready but wouldn’t be ready til Monday, but they wanted us to pay for it today and come back for it two days later. Bought a better car for a better price elsewhere.

Terrible experience with financing. They offered me extended warranty on the vehicle. I wanted to cancel the warranty a week later and they asked to fill out the paperwork. They told me itd take 8 weeks update the total balance on my statement and its been 6 months. I called and emailed them several times but no response whatsoever. Horrible customer service
After talking to Farzad Aleem on the phone about a liftgate issue I was having with my Mazda, he said just come by and theyd take a look without an appointment and then let us know if we needed to make an appointment or not. We stopped in this evening and Farzad asked Brandon to take a quick look to see what the issue might be. In about 15 minutes the liftgate was working and our car was washed! We were very impressed with everyone at this dealership!

Worst experience at a dealership ever. Most incompetent group of individuals I have ever seen. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation but they ended up replacing my brakes and charging me 1500 dollars for it. However, I was told specifically it would cost “15 flat” (those were his exact words). If someone tells you something will cost 15 flat that does not mean 1,500. I was forced to pay that or else I couldn’t get my car. The people they have working there must have been dropped on their heads because in no world does that make any sense. Never coming back and I encourage anybody else to look elsewhere.

Kevin Holmes took care of me from start to finish. I have had several bad car buying experiences in the past and was stressed going into this dealership. Kevin immediately helped me to feel at ease. He was so patient with me, even helped me find a speed bump during our test drive so I could test out how the speed bumps in my neighborhood would feel in a Mazda. He ultimately helped me find the perfect car for me which, in fact, was a cheaper one than I originally went in for. I also appreciated how mindful Kevin was of my time, doing a good job to ensure I got out of there on time. All of the people at this dealership were attentive and helpful. My review is only based on sales agent helping me. I have been to this Store to take a test drive of Mazda CX-5. During appointment and after test drive i did mention my timeline is 3 months and also wanted to get a sell appraisal for my Touring. While the appraisal was good the sales agent who was helping me told me that it was good only for the day of the appraisal when i saw that the appraisal was good until the 13th of this month.Updated: Manager had reached out to me and had addressed the concerns and apologized for the miscommunication. Overall it was a positive experience. Sold my Vehicle to the quote mentioned hope everything goes smoothly. Will be back here in 3 months to buy the car of my liking.
Very disappointed, I do not recommend this location. The sales Manager is very unprofessional, rude, impatient and spoke to us in a very threatening manner he was completely out of line. He is an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair, unfortunately I did not catch his name. We were at this location for hours and the sales manager did not want to work with us on the price at all. We had less than a $3,000 difference in price and he let a $27,000 walk out the door. We were going to buy the Mazda C-X5.
I bought the car. We were going to blood brother, best pals. Then I walked out the door. Now I call and leave messages yet no one calls me back. Did we break up? Bet some one will call me Monday after I call corporate.

Highly recommend this place! Jordan McKenzie the sales consultant me and my boyfriend worked with was absolutely amazing. Helped us find the perfect car within our price range. He was very caring, aware of our needs, willing to stay after hours just to help us, plus helped us get cheaper insurance. Adam Kendal the finance manger also put in a lot of work to help us. We don’t have much credit established so he really helped by putting good words in with the bank.
They barraged me with emails, text messages, and calls from both sales and managers. I had to tell them multiple times I wasnt interested. I told the manager on the phone I wasnt interested anymore, and the next day the sales agent also called and asked me why, and then proceeded to shout OKAY and slam the phone on me when I started saying it wasnt comfortable.I havent had any other dealership be this rude or harass me as much across all the cars Ive seen. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and the stereotype of an aggressive salesman.

One of the Worse dealership to visit and deal with. Drove 1 and half hour away to look at their Toyota Corolla. Vehicle was super dirty, had a empty tank of gas. Vehicle had mirror problems and the controls were not working. Took the vehicle on a test drive for about 1 minute and had to stop my test drive because the vehicle was about to turn off because it had NO GAS. That’s not a way to take care of vehicle that are for sale. No one wants to Spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle and in a couple of weeks it has problems due to the dealership neglect of maintaining and care for a vehicle that’s for sale. Once returning to the dealership from the drive. We went in to talking about buying the vehicle. I was not happy with the service by this dealership. I sat for 30 mins for them to work out the number to purchase the vehicle. The managers did not value the customers and On top of that all the mess, I had to deal with they lost the sale for $300. They wasted my time, and horrible service and we’re not willing to work with their customer. Three days later they called me and wanted me to come and buy their vehicle but they still did not want to take the $300 off for all the inconvenience and make the sale. I told them I was NOT interested. About 2 days later the head manager called me and asked if he can help me get into another vehicle. I told him no I don’t want a Mazda. He told me that he is available any time if I changed my mine. He also told me that their Toyota corolla was sold. I told him thanks and that was the end. Couple days later I’m looking other vehicle to purchase in the area. It came to my attention that the manager lied to me and their vehicle was not sold. Matter-of-fact, they changed the price from 14,300 to 14,500 and listed it for sale. EVERYONE!!!! Please stay away from this dealership. They play games and waste your time. Stay away from Dealers that are dishonest and don’t value their customers. They don’t care about you. Good thing is that there are many many more dealership out there that will appreciate and work with the customers.WORSE dealership and service, DISHONEST, waste of time!!!!Don’t deal with General manager Mike Maguire

Six and a half months after we bought a used car from them, we still dont have the title or registration. Filed dealer complaints with WV DMV and MD DMV, but they knew how to BS the bureaucrats and make them go away. Probably retaliation for not buying their Extended Warranty which they pushed very hard. Weve received dozens of spam calls and junk mail continuing to push the Extended Warranty. The Car has been very good, but GEEZ this Dealer is a Piece of Work.

I have really enjoyed my service at Mazda Catonsville since Mazda Owings mills was discontinued. My car has always received high quality service and great feedback of what to expect to keep my vehicle in top shape. Recently, I have purchased a new 2017 Mazda 3 in addition to my 2014 Mazda 6. When I say professionalism was thrown out of the window... I was appalled at the treatment my wife and I received.I scheduled an appointment for service and noted that I had a “WE OWE” sheet I was instructed present for installation of my auto Start. We came in contact with the service manager “Bobby A.” Who proceeded to explain that1.The price quoted was incorrect and asked if I was paying the difference2.They don’t do that work on Saturday’s3.They did not have the parts in stock4. They did not have a loaner vehicle to give my wifeEvery excuse not give me serviceMy reply as the customer who is also a Retail Director of a hospital knows the customer service comes first with the up most hospitality. Also, the price of the auto start was not my issue as a customer. I came with the proper paperwork which should have been carried out while the office investigation as a service manager was handled in the background separate from the customer. That was not given to me. I had to ask for him to reschedule me once the he has loaner vehicle for my wife, but the service had to be done on a Saturday due to our schedule. Even that curtsey was not given to me. I had to reach back out 6 days later to follow up which his reply was that he was not ordering the parts or doing the service until the difference was paid.I asked well as your customers with a 20,000 vehicle who has been a customer of your who has paid for 1 vehicle fully serviced by Mazda already has to do with a $600.00 difference that can be handled between managers and not your customer who has presented the proper paperwork???Needless to say, My wife 8 year wedding anniversary new car surprise with the bells and whistles has been ruined by Mazda Catonsville all within 1 week.....

The dealership has great potential for business but I went in to the dealership about 7 months ago to possibly buy a car for my younger sister. On August 10th of 2020 to be exact. I went in to see a sales advisor that has several years experience in the business. We saw a few cars and came back into the office. He asked us what we would like to do. I asked if we could have a couple of minutes to discuss the matter. He asked for our social security numbers. I told him I did NOT want him to run our credit if I give it to him till we spoke about the car and found out what we wanted to do. She was nervous about buying the car. All I wanted was her to be comfortable in the car since it will be her daily car to get to and from school and work. He gets up and gives us 4 minutes to talk about it. My sister said she did not feel comfortable buying the car. Mind you we have yet to break down the numbers. Then I get an instant message on my phone that my credit was ran through two banks. He comes back and I asked did you just run my credit ??? He says no then I told him I just got two notifications on my credit. He proceeds to say oh, yes I’m so sorry. He then goes to say that it was not him it was his GENERAL SALES MANAGER. I got upset and told him I wanted to speak with the General Manager. Mike. He was NICE and POLITE says that he would take care of us. Fast forward 7 months later no one took care of us. It’s still on my credit even after talking to Daniel Matysek who is Mike’s manager. I am unhappy. It takes any disputes about 30-90 days to be processed with any credit bureau. This is my honest review. THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT my permission. THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I have been checking MileOne dealerships online for a Mazda CX-5 for almost a year. I finally decided to make a visit to one. I called the dealership a few days ahead to make sure they had the car in stock and was able to set up an appointment to view the car with Kevin Holmes.When I arrived Kevin had the car out front with my name on it. I only really went in for a test drive, but ended up leaving with a car! Lol they gave me a great deal and really took care of me! 10/10 would recommend!I received friendly greetings from the staff, the sales manager, as well as the store manager. The store manager even gave my family some food to take home on our way out because they ordered too much for their team lol.Car buying can be a bit much, but I really enjoyed the whole experience, and I’m so glad that I decided to go there!
I went to this dealership in October 2020 to buy a 2020 CX-5 grand touring. While going through their catalog I came across the 2021 CX-5 carbon edition. My sales consultant explained me the features and quoted the price around $30000. I was very impressed with the price and features but they don’t have it in their inventory until end of November. So I said I will pay some cash in advance and book the car. Then came their sales manager. He quoted the price as 35k-36k. So that was not in my budget and ended up buying the CX-5 grand touring for 32k. Last week I was just stalking their inventory and found 2021 carbon edition for 29.7k and realized there was a miscommunication.

Clean shop, respectful service writers, no pressure to upgrade repair items, which is rare at the big auto dealerships. Car was serviced to address a recall notice, and returned washed and vacuumed. Courtesy and honesty still rates high with most regular folks today.
I set my heart on a Mazda CX-5 Touring, but was open to other makes & models and shopped around. I received an incredible offer at another dealership and returned to Mazda to discuss. Well, they also gave me an incredible offer closer to my dream car, but it wasnt just right (my heart was set on the touring, not the sport). I worked with Herb, Tarek, Adam, Mike, and Carlos - they made it work for me! I was able to get my dream car as a gently used 2020 for a great price. They even stayed late and moved as quickly as possible to get it cleaned. These guys really went above and beyond for me. All have checked in on me multiple times after my purchase. I am completely satisfied and definitely will come back. I owe them a beer or some homemade cookies!
