Terra was amazing, it took a lot of time and effort to get all of our various accounts transferred from other providers and she did great, lots of patience and knowledge.
Ive had Cricket service for a little less than a year, its been fabulous. I hate dealing with customer care, so I go into the store and they do it for me!! Right around back Friday I bought an awesome phone, but didnt really understand all the bells and whistles, so they sat with me and helped me figure it out. They have an awesome staff, who are all super knowledgeable about the products they sell, and go out of their way to make sure I get what I need. My whole family loves them!
Omg!!!!! Terra your the best worker in a cell phone company in my whole time living Ive never met someone as interested and focused and respectful as you keep up the amazing work ...maybe one day here soon youll own the whole dang company !!!!

This is by far the worst Cricket Store I have ever been to. Cricket has some positives, but absolutely lacks in customer service. They do not stand by their products and will charge you an upgrade fee if you switch phones. Heres my advice, you can save that fee if you can take your SIM card out of your old phone, put it in the new phone. Also, if they claim your phone is unable to charge, insist they try a different charger. I do not trust their integrity.
I would do 0 stars if possible. Cricket is a nice company with good products, except if you are older, and have any questions or need any help on how to use your new upgraded wazoo equipment you can expect a very condescending attitude from a young person who will apologize because he is not able to explain every damn function or every damn phone that he sells and that I am obviously a old dumb ass. Not his exact words but his exact meaning and mannerism.
My husband has been with Cricket wireless for years. He recently had his phone stolen. He has been paying the extra $7/month for insurance to cover theft or loss so we went into the store to file a claim. The store manager couldnt tell us any information about his account (model number of phone, how many gigs, when we bought it, etc...), she did try to start an insurance claim, but she couldnt complete it. We stood in the store and called the claims department, at first they tried to charge us $350 for a replacement phone, when their policy clearly states that his particular phone is only $250. Then the call cut off so we called back and they wouldnt help us, stating that we were over our limit for filing claims. This is the first claim my husband has ever filed in all the years hes been with Cricket. The store manager told us to wait 24 hrs and call back, so we did. We followed the automated instructions and started our claim online, but when we tried to submit the claim we kept getting a message saying that my husbands phone number is invalid, then the claims department wouldnt even speak to us and told us that our information was incorrect. So we waited a couple of days and tried again, same thing. So after about a week and a half with no phone and no help my husband decided to switch providers. Then this morning my husband called the store manager in cedar city to cancel his service. They couldnt cancel our account, we called customer service and they wouldnt cancel our account, we spoke to the claims department and they wouldnt cancel the account. All the women we spoke with this morning were vastly unhelpful and inadequate, one of them actually told me to stop talking. I cannot believe the customer service from this company, dont waste your time or money.
I bought a refill card from wallmart for my Cricket phone..When I took the plastic strip off the back it took off all the numbers needed to refill the phone service..Cricket said there is nothing they can do, even though there is a SKU number on the back that has all the info they need..I know this for a fact because how else would you be able to scan the bar code at the register to be able to activate a specific card, with a specific number to activate it ..Anyway..Cricket wont help.. And Wallfart wont return it because the have a no return policy for Cricket cards ..Flushing 40 bucks down the toilet would have been better because at least I would have been able to wave bye to my hard earned money as it went away

Went in to get a phobe for me and my wife and i was pow on cash they offered us a deal and it was still too high but they told us to come back as soon as we had the money and they would get us set up returned the next day and asked about the deal and they simply said sorry that deal was for yesterday there is nothing we can do to help you this wasnt a promotion this was there boss trying to drum up business but because we didnt have the money at that exact momebt the deal was no longer available thanos for nothing
