Knowledgeable and patient -I am an older customer and somewhat slow with technology. Jared didn’t mind taking time to explain everything and he did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or the top tier of expense. If his boss sees this, I hope he is rewarded and not penalized in any way I will be back for accessories and I will bring friends!

Go Wireless are completely dishonest. They promised screen protection for life if I bought the protection plan. When I went in to get my new screen protector I was told that it was really only two years. This is the first I am hearing about this after nearly three years having the phone. When I asked to see the disclaimer stating the protection was only two years they said they couldn’t produce it because they no longer had the program. I will be contacting an attorney right away. Stay away from GoWireless

This is the best Verizon in town. Lance and Jared were super professional and very welcoming. They even helped my dad out by syncing his new phone to his car. Highly recommend them both!

I have had a Verizon account for the longest time and recently moved to Alaska, however, I came home for a quick trip and went into this Verizon store to get my phone upgraded while I was home and I had the very best service! Everyone was quick to greet me, even though they were clearly busy. I had the best service while getting my phone upgraded and I wish that I lived closer to this store because I dont get the same service at any other store! Thank you again to all the employees!! Ill definitely be back the next time that I am in town.

Honestly, this is the best Verizon I have been to and have never been more satisfied. They were a breeze to work with. Amber and Mckenzie are also two of the greatest examples of professionalism. They were EXTREMELY helpful in the buying process and very honest. Whether it be transferring ALL of my information to answering my questions. Even upon walking in to the building they were genuinely friendly with a smile on their face which makes me, as a buyer, know that I am in good hands. I just waited in the car while my husband went into this Verizon dealership to do a simple transaction. He was in the store for at least 5 minutes, then came out and got in the car. He admitted that it was somewhat busy, but not one person acknowledged him. It only takes a few seconds to look up, smile and say, Ill be with as soon as possible. Were glad there are two other Verizon locations in Cedar City. Well probably never come back to this one.

Kenzie is the best help with everything I need plus she was super nice to my puppy that I brought. 10/10 would recommend forever. Go to her for the best experience while buying a phone!!

My experience at the store was phenomenal, they helped me set up my insurance claim to receive my new phone and McKenzie helped me apply a glass protector to my new phone and I left a very happy costumer.

Phenomenal vegan ice cream. They have a couple plant based options that even my non-vegan friends said was great. It’s been hard to find good vegan ice cream but this place has it. It’s creamy and delicious. The decor and theme is on point! Yes that pic is of vegan ice cream - it doesn’t look or taste like it! Mmmmm so goood

Version has been fantastic to work with. There are several Versions in this city but NONE provide the ongoing and personal support this store has. I have specifically made a point to work with technician Ryan Holman. He is amazing to work with. I have been in to see him about different Galaxy questions on at least 6 or 7 times since purchasing the phone and he is a genius in my opinion. Thanks for providing phenomenal staff to support your Verizon products.

Went in a couple days ago because my phone wasnt working, got great service from Kenzie and Amber. They were super patient and nice to me because I know nothing about phones.

Amber really went above and beyond helping my brother and I with our phone issues. Roy and Josh took the time to get a weird setting on my phone fixed too. Way better than the service I’m used to getting in California!

Had a problem with my phone. I had been there before and knew they were very very good at getting the solution for me. Did I mention Amber was fast, she was a d didnt mock me for bringing it in.

The staff was extremely helpful to me especially Wade and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new phone or accessory. Wade especially went out of his way to make me feel a little more comfortable with the purchase and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommended!

Kenzi from the Cedar City store was amazing!! We had lots of set backs as I was switching from AT&T to Verizon!! She was available on her day off to help and walk me through steps!!! I did my old phone as a trade in! She actually offered to go open the store on her day off to receive a text from my old phone that was in the safe doing a back up that I neede to continue my update!! Her customer service was amazing!!! Couldn’t have gotten through this weekend without her!!!

I came in last week, driving from Panguitch, to get my cell phone fixed as I could get no internet. The young man told me the problem was it needed a software update and it had to be done overnight. I mentioned that it kept telling me the VPN needed to be loaded and either he didn’t understand or ignored me. Four days later I drove back and went the other Verizon retailer and he fixed it in 5 seconds and did the software update. Please train your employees better.Also as it is a new phone he passed it off that it was Apple’s fault

She was very professional in helping us solve some problems with our IPhone. She also succeeded in helping us lower our monthly Verizon Wireless bill from about $210 down to about $142 per month, without losing any the options important to us. There was another gentleman there that assisted her as necessary, as she was still being trained in her profession, but we did not think to write his name down.. Terrible experience. I would never use this store location. Verizon is great but Shane has horrible customer service. Makes the customer feel stupid because they dont know how to do everything on a phone or if they dont agree with him on his ideas. Find another Verizon store.

This place is terrible we went in to talk about getting a new phone and there was this really nice girl but then my father got interrupted by a guy named Shane who wanted to complain about his pizza for like 10 to 15 min then the next day we go in and he was okay but really cocky (he still kept interrupting us while we were talking to another employee) but he tells us we can disable Wi-Fi off of a phone so because if that we bought a new line and because we were there for 3 or so hours already we decide to come back another day and disable the Wi-Fi off of the new phone we got. We go back a few days latter and the same guy(Shane) tells us we cant do that (not to mention he said he never even spoke to us) so we start to raise our voice at the man says that if we dont lower our voice he will have to call the copsSo we waited for the cops to come. And when the cops come he starts to be nicer and tells us he would have helped us if we werent so rude.The cops asked Shane if he would help us but he refused. The man(Shane) wouldnt even give us the name of the owner. I would not recommend working with this man (Shane)

Traci went above n beyond the Call of Duty yesterday. I needed to get the glass changed on my phone, they had a long line of patrons. I had several errands to run in town while there fm Pioche. One errand consisted of going to Jo-Ann Fabrics to pu black fabric for bunting to use at a firemans funeral in Panaca. She offered to have them change the glass on my phone and suggested I go ahead with that. I was going to return to pu my ph prior to checking out. Next thing I knew she was handing me my ph at the cutting counter n saying Youre All Set! Thanks So Much for helping me shorten the time it took to get my errands done! You Guys are Great!

I went into Verizon to see about a plan and Nick helped me out a ton he got me set up on a new plan and explained and went through everything with me plus he was really nice with it all as well.

I pre-ordered two new phones for my wife and I. I was told by their manager that I would be called when they arrived. That never happened, and I only found out the phones came in when I called them. I then went to pick up the phones and the employee that was there could not do anything to help me because the manager had done something fishy and then never entered the phones into inventory. He called his manager to try to fix the problem, and the manager said he had to be there to fix it, and I could meet him at 1 the next day or wait until next week when he worked again. Apparently Im supposed to work around HIS schedule. The employee that was there was very helpful and apologetic. The manager needs to figure out how to deal with customers - apparently that isnt a pre-requisite to becoming a manager at Bullfrog. I will be taking my business to another Verizon dealer next time I need anything.
