The Dollar Tree experience can go in one of two ways. A smooth hit and run and out the door. Or get the 100% all the way DT experience. I’ll venture here for batteries and birthday cards. It’s a dirty place with strangeness wandering about but that’s part of the fun. Always keep an eye on the register as that is usually were things go bad. Try to check out when theirs no line as this could easily become a pain as this part of the store is where ineptitude from patrons and employees will occur. So do your best to be a pro and keep it simple keep it smooth and don’t interrupt the Dollar Tree flow because most likely that will occur at the register just a few feet from the door.

Always find something I need at this location. They didnt have tje airwick refill device however.

I wish I could give it zero stars. They require face masks which is perfectly fine I’m glad that they do. But the cashier that helped me today was wearing lace as her face mask. You could see all the holes. It did nothing to protect me or anyone else that comes into contact with her. I will no longer be coming to this dollar tree.

They have a very clean environment & made my family feel welcomed. The products were very easy to find & the store was well stocked & organized. The staff were amazing, friendly, kind hearted, and greeted us with a smile and positive attitude engaging with us and encouraging our return. All around 5 star rating!😁

They actually had my chicken wing sauce couldnt find at the one in Waterloo or evansdale

The new manager has really clean the place up she deserves a raise still. dont offer mask they should offer anything to sell 1 for 50 cents over all looks alot better

This store is clean and has great inventory.

I order hundreds of dollars of product every month from this store and the customer service is great everything. Barb and her team do a fantastic job of communicating when orders will arrive and have it all loaded up, counted, and ready to go when volunteers arrive. Great people!

Best Dollar Tree Ive been to! Largest selection and friendly employees. Dont know of many other places to get name-brand sodas, energy drinks, and big packs of candy for only a dollar!

Found everything I needed plus a few extras.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got to this location at 8:03 PM to pick up some cards. Go up and the doors are locked and all the lights still on. Look at the sign and it says they dont close until 9 PM. Looked in and saw no one. Tried calling and was ignored. Called the other location and they said the A/C broke and locked the doors. THATS your excuse to lock doors and NOT put a Closed sign up? Pathetic and horrible guest service

Not happy that this location seems to just close the store whenever they feel like it. Got there at 805 last night and a sign was taped on door saying, closing at 8 due to weather. (it had just started to rain/sleet/snow) The last time I came here, the second I walked in (about 630 pm) the employee tells shes closing in a couple minutes because shed been working all day and someone didnt show up to take over. Is this normal policy for dollar tree?? I find it extremely inconvenient & inconsistent. What a waste of my time & gas. From now on Ill only go back to the brandilyn blvd location or waterloos Hawthorne Ave store.

Their cards are only 50 cents and they have nice sayings in them.

All kinds of pretty cool stuff and we can stuff Christmas stockings for not alot of cash which helps the Christmas budget the staff will help ya find whatever ur looking for

Pretty gross displays and barely anything is organized. the bathrooms are disgusting

Dirty! The whole place was filthy. Floors covered in trash, displays beyond disheveled. Shelves and product so dusty I didnt want to touch anything. Been shopping here since it opened and its gone severely downhill in the last 2 years.
