My husband and I were a little worried trying to find a new mattress would be like shopping for a car when the salesman flocks in for a sale. That was not the case with Sunshine, the manager! She was wonderful to work with and not overbearing to get a sale. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us figure out all the steps to getting a new mattress.

I worked with four representatives and all of them provided outstanding customer service. Everything was spot on starting with my experiences/visits in the store to the delivery notification system. While in the store, the representatives were very informative, knowledgeable and patient as I tried out the mattresses so I could make an informed decision on which one would be best for me. Delivery was just a few days later and, as promised, I was contacted the night before at 6pm and then again the day of delivery 15 minutes prior to their arrival. The set up took less than 30 minutes. While I was trained on the remote control system, it was realized a small adjustment needed to be made on the base. The delivery guy was very nice and adjusted it to ensure it was perfect before they left. I highly recommend Midwest Mattress as I had a wonderful, positive experience!

Dakota, the associate who helped us, was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. From our experience it was pretty easy for us to decide on a bed with the help of Dakota. What helped us decide on a bed was that the company is local to Iowa and mattress is made in the USA as well. The total experience took about an hour. — bed testing 40 minutes, deciding on additional accessories 15 minutes, paying 5 minutes. Quick and easy!

I needed a mattress in a hurry-Midwest Mattress was great to work with on such short notice! I had done quite a bit of research on mattress sets so I did have some knowledge. Everything from the minute we walked in the door, tested the beds, sales approach was wonderful. The price was very competitive. However, what sets this store apart are the people. The bed has just been delivered and even the delivery guys were the best. I wish all retail stores would take lessons from this company. Purchasing would actually be fun again!

My wife and I were passing through Cedar Falls and in need of a new mattress for our camper. We stopped in and the store sales person (Sunshine) showed us the mattresses that met our requirements. She had a floor model that we liked but said she was not allowed to sell the floor model unless the warehouse had a replacement. They did not. After a second call to her boss the sale happened.
