The staff with Altofer were absolutely nothing shy of amazingly above and beyond. During a time of a major shortage in access to lifts we ran into some issues with an older battery in the boom and they were on the job site (mind you it was an hour away from their location) within just a couple hours to replace the batteries and even had the supervisor out on site the next day (mind you on his DAY OFF) to check on us and ensure everything was running smoothly. These guys are top notch and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else after this experience!
