Great help from the geek desk. Purchased another phone shield because my other one they applied was coming off. I had paid for them when the young lady said they are warranted if they do that for life. I informed her thats why I purchased another 60 dollar shield. She was able to credit my account back the 60 dollars. If she hadnt of said that I wouldnt have known.
Clean, great service just didnt have ink we needed. An who wants to order an wait. Thats why I go to the store, to purchase Im not a online purchaser or wait on product. I like to buy and take home what I need.🤷♀️

As for the experience it was not good, I went to get a TV for my mother not once was I approached by an employee to see if I needed help. Luckily I did my research and knew what I was looking for. Best buy is not what it used to be, only friendly face was the sweet lady at the check out.
I spent over 4k on a new work desktop and monitor. Was supposed to be here Im two weeks. Now Im still waiting on it. They allowed me to order the product where their warehouses had none in stock. So now theyre waiting on the actual vendor to provide the computer. The most messed up situation to be in. I still cant work to pay rent and Im short 4k. Would not recommend this store at all.

I bought a new blue ray player online from Best Buy. Watched about 4 movies, then it died on me. My online account said it was no longer returnable by 7 days. I took it to the Cedar Hill location really expecting to eat it and buying another one out right. It blew me away that they were ready to help and didn’t think twice about making it right. I went and got another one off the shelf, took both to the checkout and paid the upgrade difference. It felt good to be a valued customer.
Shopping experience has changed a lot. One used to be able to find just about anything electronic. Not so much now
Made an appointment on line to have my dezktop computer checked out. The clerk assumed I was there to drop off my computer Instead of having them look at it while I was there. They tried to sell me some type of membership. I told them my heat sink had come loose and asked how much to replace ot repai and how long to repair it.r. They took it to the back and a tech came to me to say the heat sink was loose.I said I told you that when I gave it to you. That all you got? IT was . I could have saved my time and gas. It was a total waste of time. Gas, and energy.
Pick-up dept. Staff needs more customer service training on a personal level. I felt as if I were being herded around just to pick up a TV. No real thank you or acknowledgement of patronage. The person working the desk seemed more preoccupied with being right about what he was doing rather than actually recognizing a real person in front of him. The only real person that needs recognition was the guy who carried out my 50 TV to my vehicle. He was personable, maybe trade him out for the pick-up desk guy.
I went in to buy a surface pro. It was hard to get an associate to help, got passed over a few times and I dont know why. One someone was able to help, I was out with my purchase in less than 10 minutes.

The employee are the respectful. The problem that wasted my time is the store. How is the store open that doesnt electronic for sell. The only thing they are selling is cold air from the Air conditioner, and the light from the stores light bud which is free.
Great experience! Came in 15 minutes before the store was closing looking for a particular TV. The employee quickly found it and pulled it from the back then carried it to the register. In and out with 5 minutes to spare. Yay!!

Went in to warranty exchange ear buds the lady that was working in customer service extremely rude and bad attitude. I dont work at best buy but I do kno that the Samsung buds are locked up. So Im not sure why that lady thought I didnt need her to ge them out what Im a suppose to pick the lock and bring them to you cause you dont want to do your job
Sometimes I get mixed opinions from the employees about alot of my questions because I rely so much on their pc knowledge but I absolutely love shopping and just being at Best Buy in cedar hill they are always friendly sometimes it takes way too long to get an employee to come answer all my questions when Im buying from a new department but I still love this place its extremely clean and very cozy inside I love Best Buy

Purchased a new electric stove a Samsung which was $800.00 now $719.00. Has a stam clean and self clean. They will deliver foe free charge $27.00 for new cord and take away old stove $30.00 pretty good. Product in stock and coming in 2 days. Customer representative that helped us great knowledge answered questions.

I received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from the management and sales staff. I bought a laptop that failed after 3 weeks. I had an assignment due that night & was literally in tears. My in-store warranty expired & the replacement device was sold out everywhere. They found me a better device, went above and beyond to assure I got a new laptop and get my data from the old device. Had the WORST experience. JUAN the Assistant Manager ARGUED with me, didnt solve my issue, and refused to let me talk to the store manager. Im waiting for my call from GREG, well see if that actually happens. My issue is still unresolved but If it hadnt been TELISHA actually calling the corporate customer service, my issue wouldnt even be half way resolved. Kudos to her. Horrible store i had a store pickup for amazon they gave my tv to someone else did not ask for id from that person they said all someone needs to do is give an order number they have all the tvs at front of the store with the information on them. They took no responsibility and said i had to go fill out a police report when they gave my tv away. Here now at the police station after spending hours on hold. The manager told me no one would answer my call the phones were turned off at the store and laughed about it. I will never do business with best buy again.

Went to look for a keyboard and got the perfect one and got exactly what I was looking for. I randomly decided to get a vr set, so I asked for help. The guy that helped us was really nice and gave us information on the item I was looking at. Great place to shop at. (Side note) I also got my msi GE66 gaming laptop here. So far this store has had all items I looked for in stock besides the rtx 3080/90 graphics card.

I came in to return some gift cards which I paid with my Best Buy card a couple days ago. When I came to return them the woman at the register told me I couldn’t return the gift cards I asked her to see a sign or somewhere on the receipt that states that and she brushed me off and seemed bothered, calmly I asked to speak to a manager and a young man named Clyde came over and fully explained everything, was very nice, respectful, although he explained unfortunately I couldn’t return the gift card and he gave me a discount on another item I purchased. He is an example of great costumer service and management skill. Thanks so much Clyde.

I had to pick up an order from this store because my local store did not have the product. Unfortunately, my local store did not input the order correctly and made things a little more difficult as far as paperwork and inventory for this store. But the staff went above and beyond and I was able to walk out with what I ordered and didnt have to wait long! They were polite, respectful, and worked well with me and the other store. The store itself was clean and organized.

Overall a decent best buy location. We have bought a few items here and most of the associates are happy to help. On busy days it can be hard to find an associate but thats to be expected.

Good afternoon, last evening I received this text message. I called the store because I was not in the store Saturday 13 March. I had to call back today Sunday 14 March finally spoke with a young lady that this was how BB tracks the labor. Ok understand that but I was not there Saturday. My visit was Friday at 1240pm On Friday we were given a form to complete the gentleman took our phone. Walked away 20 minutes had passed, multiple people had come in and out of the section. No help for us. I went to the front desk asked for store manager. He asked what was we waiting for, we didnt know. Told him we gave the gentleman our phone, he left. He found our phone it was complete, he gave it to us. As we were walking out the store we asked him if he needed the form the guy gave us he said yes. The store seems to be declining. I used to have exceptional experiences there, but recently came in to purchase a TV and the store looked empty and disheveled. It seemed like everything was gone and it was on its way of closing down. I hope Im wrong and I caught it on a bad day. This area needs thriving stores.

I went there to get a specific item but there werent any in stock. They told me to check the website and WOW there was just what I wanted. Set up curbside pick up and 1 hour later it was in my hands :). I know one happy little guy who will get to hear a story about how hard it was to find the Nintendo Switch.

Put a quarter size burn in my center console, rear view camera lines in it intermittently. I bought a 400.00 deck and this is what I get !!! They want me to pay for their mistake then get reimbursed? I dont think so !!! Installer was professional and honest I appreciate that !!!

Im beginning to put smart lighting in my home and the blue shirt showed me everything from smart outlets and power strips to the different smart lights themselves. After I selected my lights I began looking at GoPro equipment for an upcoming trip and got the same excellent service.
