Great help from employes is maybe best thing about HD.

I had to make several trips to the store tonight to help with a home repair and Im so glad I meet Gabriel as he was a BIG help. He helped me figure out the exact fitting that I needed to fix a Leakey toilet line. Thank you again Gabriel for all your help and going above and beyond to help me get my project and problem solved. I love Home Depot and employees like Gabriel are what make them great!! I highly recommend that you see them for your home repair needs!

Worst home depot Ive delivered to. Called ahead 2 days, and they said 5am. Scheduled a pickup based on their time, and when I show up, nothing. They tell me it wont be until 6am. The manager doesnt seem to care. They need to get their act together. To top it off I went in and did some shopping. Dirtiest home depot Ive been to in a while.

Store was clean and I found the item that I was looking for but some staff passed right by me and never asked if I needed help with anything or acknowledge me at all. I was disappointed because Ive been to other locations where the staff was extremely attentive & welcoming.

My go to place for hardware and houseware needs. The Home Depit in Cedar Hill and in Wheatland are both good choices. I find their main competitor is higher priced and have limited locations in the general area.

The information on the website is not synching with what is available in the Cedar Hill store. I ordered 3 items on the website for same day pickup. The website said the items were in stock but the next day not only had I NOT received an email to pick up my items... I got an email saying one of my items was cancelled from my order due to it being out of stock. My effort to try to save time by shopping at Home Depot cost me more time and money. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has occurred. It will be the last time as I dont want to shop at this location or this company again.

Great pick up experience. Came and greeted me and asked me where I wanted my items. Loaded me up and we were able to head out. This was my first time doing curbside pick up at HomeDepot.

Customer service desk old white lady and Mexican man with glasses could be more kinder and the sense of urgency is lacking the man over talked me with I was trying to ask a question I waited over 15 mins before anyone in the store even acknowledged me even though associates were walking past me and you all had your light on at the pick up service desk but no one was there for 15mins that’s unacceptable and then you act nonchalant as if people don’t have to pick up things for clients your on your phone and your rushing me. Great customer service skills.

I have been buying pvc pipe and fittings for swimming pool plumbing at this store for nearly 20 years. The past few times I have noticed that the 2 pvc, cpvc schedule 80 pvc and many fittings used in swimming pool plumbing has been dwindling in selection and when it comes to pool specific pipe and fittings Home Depot does not carry any of it anymore. I left on a weekend not knowing where to get 2 pvc or cpvc pipe and fittings until Monday. I ended up having to order pool fittings over the internet. The only thing I can really count on from Home Depot is light bulbs, lumber, paint and tools.

Awesome Customer Service!I called Home Depot regarding a battery for a riding mower. I was lucky enough to speak with Mike Brown in the Garden area, he took the time to talk to me about what I need and what was in stock. When I arrived I was told by another service agent that I was mistaken and they did not have riding mower batteries; he double checked with a co-worker and it was none other thank Mr. Mike Brown who remembered me from the phone inquiry and walked me to the product I needed. Thank you Mike!!!

Home Depot put a bad taste in my mouth. Close to the end of the month or the first days of the next June, I got a lawn mower from their and asked the clerk could someone help me but it in my car 🚗, the clerk said it will be a person out there when you exit the building, okay thanks. I get out side and no one was there i walked back in and asked for some help, its like i wasnt there. But it happened before the lawn mower. A guy saw me fighting too get the large box in my car and helped me out. The next time I spend 319.00 there, it will be a cold day in hell If I could give a zero i would, and Im a Army Veteran Deseret Storm. O Guy name J Dee a manager is the best i have ever seen. Never again...

We came to grab some stone for our yard today, and unfortunately my mom locked us out of our car but we are very fortunate of two associates by the name of Nash and Kp that helped us unlock our car, they didn’t have to help us but they did everything possible to get our car unlocked we cannot thank them enough of how nice and generous they were ! We are very thankful ❤️

Cedar Hill Home Depot is the worst Home Depot around. I drive out of my way to visit other Home Depot’s or even Lowe’s to avoid this place, despite it only being 10 min from my home. Employee are consistently rude and act like they are being bothered if you ask a simple question or need help finding something. The store is not organized or stocked very well but that is not the big issue. The rude employees are what makes this store not worth shopping at.

I was here with my elderly father and we were picking up a few items for a simple project and had a hard time finding some items and available associates however, I believe his name was DUSTIN? He came out of his department and walked us to the product location saw there wasnt anything in the shelf and actually got the ladder to get the items we needed (pruning seal) it made the experience so much better to have someone willing and able to help

Cedar Hill location always clean. I go when they open 6 a.m.. In and out no hastles. Low on paint I needed. No prob.

So normally I go to the Lancaster Home Depot off of 35. But today I went to the Cedar Hill location and Im glad I did. I went to get more paint and the young lady asked me questions that I had no clue to what she was talking about. I told her they never ask me those questions at the other location so I wasnt for sure. She broke down and told me what each option was and told me how long my wait would be. When she was finished she provided me with a stirring stick and something to open the paint with. They treated me like a preferred customer because Im a beginner painter. Lancaster location does answer any questions and act like you getting on their nerves

People are always friendly and helpful. Since COVID started, I sometimes have a hard time finding supplies I need. I hope this changes as the supply chain kicks back into gear. There is no equipment rental at this location.

Store was quiet, although they didnt have the weed eater spool I needed I was able to find the door handles. The self-checkout theyve implemented is top notch.

Lady in paint dept helped match our existing color, was very nice. We bought 3 gallons because she went out of her way for us.

A bit too crowded for me but overall decent. The lady working the paint desk should be more helpful instead of spewing out questions, if she would have paid a little more attention she would have noticed I was confused and still gave me the wrong kind!

So I went in here a couple of months ago now, I believe, and I was actually a little bit intrepidated because I was looking for a small shovel to bury my newly purchased hamster that passed away. Well, I ran in to Ms. Arlene; and she knew exactly what aisle it was on, directed me to it, and then, if I remember correctly, she even followed up to see if I found it OK afterwards. I never forgot. I am so thankful for great customer service--I like when the store employees actually know where things are!

They ARE really Practing SOCIAL distancing efforts at our local Store. I went to grab brushes to start my TV makeover this morning. I was in the store under 10 minutes with checkout INCLUDED. They had a great selection of PROTECTIVE masks, and sanitizers on the front displays. They even had sanitizer by the gallon for sale. Way to go ....you guys rock! All three cashiers were also protected behind plexiglass! I not only found my items quickly...I spent under 11.00 for them!

They have a lot of stuff in there but good luck getting any help finding what you need. I asked them to send me some help when I was at the service desk and went back to the plumbing aisle and after a half hour had to flag down an employee myself as they were walking away after helping someone else.

Purchased a washer that was delivered damaged after waiting 1week to receive it. Then was told I couldnt get a replacement until 30 days later. Needless to say I canceled my purchase 🙃.

You will never get HELP at this business! You can’t find help to save your life and if you do they lead you wrong. Wrong product or they just don’t know cause that’s not there area. Ugggh! Do better Home Depot!

Most of the time I am able to get help from staff and they have most things that I need. I wish they had tool rental like other locations, but that is a minor issue to me.

There is no place Id rather go. I just enjoy looking at tools to add in my box. This time it was a small foldable dustpan & broom. Gave it as a gift.

Love this store. Got my freezer and it works great.

After work we stopped by the local Home Depot to pick up some items for the next day. Needed a flat cart to stack some lumber on and all were loaded with items for restocking the shelves or pick up. The one empty cart was being used by an employee to lean on while playing g on his personal phone. When we asked him if he needed the cart he said yes and then went back to scrolling on his phone. We informed him we needed to purchase around $300 - $400 worth of 6x6’s.This did not phase him as he refocused on his phone. 3-4 hundred may not seem like a large amount but we are a Nation wide company that spends tens of thousands of dollars each year per multiple worksites. Not only did this associate disappoint us Management allowing employees to represent the store in this manner is disappointing as well.This is not what we experience at other stores.

Horrible customer service yesterday I went to apply for a credit card customer service rep. Ask for my ID typed my address wrong and wrong e mail then she ran my credit and said the computer is telling her that she needs assistance. She went up to her manager her manager walked away very unprofessional she went to go hide did not come to assist us. Her co worker tried to help us they asked if they can rin my credit again I said no because that would lower my credit the customer rep should of input my information correct from the get go.

Everybody seems more helpful and nicer in this home depot. Its usually stocked up with everything you need unless its a pre black Friday deal. Parking gets very busy and seems like its a whole lot of people but for the size its not bad at all. They offer sanitizer and sanitizing wipes in the entrance to sanitize your cart or your hands. Customer service center is always very helpful and understanding, shout out to Jasmine. She was awesome. Im a kid when I come to Home Depot.

Their product selection and return policy are really good. But there are not many knowledgeable employees to give you good advice. Still, its convenient and most of the prices are fair. Employees are friendly.
