Love HomeGoods. I have been to every store in the DFW area. Great finds and great prices.Note: If you see something you like you better get it then. Otherwise, you may come back and I have already purchased it. 😁I have purchased kitchen barstools, vases, sideboards, nightstand, lamps, pictures, etc.

What can I say.....the store Manager Michelle, and her staff are phenomenal! While shopping, I had limited time and space Michelle went above and beyond to ensure my purchases were personally delivered, and perfectly intact!They made my overall shopping experience 1000 times better, with their pleasant attitudes, willingness to help and top notch customer service. I will forever be a customer of this location.

We love going to this store and can pretty much always find what we are looking for, or at least find a few things we want if were just browsing. The layout of the store is more open to accommodate COVID safety guidelines. Right after the shutdown, they were pretty barren, but they have gotten much more selection now. I can usually find great kitchen & cookware and clearance items like these Lenox Christmas ornaments at a fraction of their retail prices. The staff has consistently been very helpful and courteous.

The lady who I assume is the manager was rude and unprofessional! I left my entire cart and furniture and walked out just based on her attitude. So sad but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope they get better management.

I had to return two beautiful paintings. The paintings didnt coordinate with my bedroom colors.😪 I couldnt find my receipt from the purchase on December 18, 2020. I talked to the assistant manager, Nikki. Shes an incredibly nice person! She was so patient, compassionate and professional. Nikki is definitely in the right position, management!!! Please let me know when you promote her to manager! Hopefully, soon! Nikki deserves it!😁😉❤💥

It was a very nice visit to HomeGoods today. It is a much bigger nicer store than the one near my house and very easy to shop. I also got to say hi to my grandson who works there.

I like home goods but when it came to color selection in linens its very limited and bland. Mostly white and gray. But its a nice store, very neat and clean and the people are very nice😁

Seems like prices are increasing on a number of items. Find similar new product can be found online at same/better prices. Bargains can be found but not as many as in the past.

Like ... literally ... there is too much to buy ... sigh.

Love this store! They have done very nice items at great prices. It can be a littke cluttered and disorganized at times, but they have a great mix of things for the dosage they occupy.

Id never been to Home Goods before. If you need assistance, be sure to ask for Logan. Hes an absolute gem!

I feel like I was coming here quite often pre Covid. The store is clean and I never came across rude staff member. I was here the other day and the staff seems more friendly/social but that may be due to the front door having to be tend to like most stores are doing during these Covid times.While I LOVE coming here its more often that I find what Im looking for at a competitor a bit cheaper.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Sales associate wouldn’t scan coupon, she didn’t attempt or try. Yelled abruptly in front of other customers she’s never seen it and I probably didn’t read it right. I felt extremely embarrassed. Store associate states there is a rule stating she can’t attempt or try to scan a coupon unless it’s authenticity is proven. I don’t believe this at all, even so she didn’t have to embarrass me. Will not return or recommend to any one at all. All cashiers should know you receive a discount of 10% when applying and approved for a credit card.

Sheila, the manager is an amazingly kind human! She is so helpful and I appreciate her so much! She has helped my mother and I several times with different things. Every experience with her has been wonderful.

I love this store. The prices are awesome and the employees are very helpful, courteous and professional. If you want items that are statement pieces, Home Goods in Cedar Hill is the place to go. I go there first when I am looking for pieces that are timeless, functional and beautiful. You wont be able to beat the prices anywhere else.

Probably the worst job I ever had. Let me start off by saying when I first excepted the position, they told me I would be a sales floor associate.but somehow I ended up being in the stockroom assembling furniture and cleaning restrooms. My first day in the stock room was hard because none of the training videos teach you how to do anything. Plus the stock room manager mrs. Felicia didn’t help AT ALL either. She literally was yelling and saying “you ain’t doing nothing right” and walked away. She never showed to do it the right way. Which in my opinion is not a very productive way of getting things done and helping new employees learn. They also documented me for some days that I was supposed to come in and work even though I was not on the schedule in the break room. So when I go up there to ask why and show them I wasn’t on the schedule. She takes me to the back managers office and takes this binder out of a filing cabinet and shows the days I’m supposed to be working like I’m supposed to know how to get in this locked up cabinet and look for my schedule.I also worked there a month never to receive my associate discount card. Most unorganized people ever.
