Love this place. Been coming here for years. The wall flowers are my favorites. They have lotions, hand wash, hand sanitizer, candles. All kinds of smell goods.

The workers in here today were the friendliest happiest people I have experienced. From the person that greeted me to the one who asked if I needed help all the way to the checkout. You have an excellent group in here and it shows!! I came in oct 19th at 245 and just wanted to give a praise cause it was indeed refreshing and they deserve it! Thanks ladies:)

Everything was so nice and organized where I went during the Semi-annual sale, that I found everything that I wanted so fast and easy. I went straight to each thing, (since I already had in mind what I wanted) without a problem. Whats even better, I came out with great stuff without overspending! 🤩

Super helpful staff without being annoying. They always have specials and you can try all the smells before buying.I havent been in a store for a while cuz I just love all the beautiful smells, shower gels, lotions, perfume sprays, air fresheners, candles, oils and I can spend a fortune.

This is a great place to get some smell good goodies that we all love. I personally like there hand sanitizers the best, but they have so many great options there are just too many to list. The only negative about this store is they play the music sooooo loud 🤯👂 that I couldnt even here the lady greet us and tell us about there specials and what was on sale. I found this quite annoying but what can you say. The store and staff were very nice and got us what we needed very fast and we got through the check out process very quickly. I do RECOMMEND this store to others but I would RECOMMEND to the store that they turn there music down by quite a few decibels and everything will be fine. So happy shopping and I know you will find some goodies just like we did....😁

Great products with wonderful scents in lotions, candles, bath care.

I told the cashier that I wanted to give my phone number so that I can earn my rewards, so said okay. She still forgot to enter my phone number then told me it was too late since my receipt had already printed and that they didnt offer that rewards program anymore, which is a lie. Their customer service number is bougus, you can never get through to them. Guess I will be doing business with Victorias Secret from now on.

Their shipping and delivery are horrible, they can have your packages up to a few weeks to months, ridiculous. Their shipping partner newgistics are the reason.

Went in on August 4th and Pasha was very helpful. She helped my find a fragrance appropriate for my daughters and mad our shopping experience a fun one. I will visit this location again.

I called and spoke with a store clerk for candles. She they were in Stock so I rushed over. The experience was extremely fun and worth the drive. I do not remember the first clerks name, but she was so attentive and super friendly (young black lady). I bought over 30 candles. Ashley Hall in the Parks location took ever bag I had to my car for me and wanted nothing in return. Thanks both of you young ladies. Kudos to you both. Highly recommended. .

Cedar Hill location was so beautiful, fully stocked and smelled good! Prices are high to me (its just soap) but found myself spending $60! Friendly staff too.

Online expensive freight. Took 2 more calls to straighten out errors they made by not contacting me for what to do if something was good. Plus had to pay shipping again. They did refund from buy 2 get 3rd free 2 times. We have 2 stores in town so if they dont have what I need there I wont shop online for better deal. A Christmas gift was 2-1/2 weeks late because of SNAFU.

Too bunched up

Im in love with their line of glitter body sprays. They dont smell cheap or like alcohol like most body spray, and the scent and glitter last for a long time. Just be careful not to spray too much or youll look like a pixie lol.

The store is always well stocked and has a very vibrant look to it. They do well with the marketing and advertising. But the employees are hit and miss here. Sometimes you get greeted at the door and they tell you about the special deals going on. Other times I come in and I have to question is anyone even working. Its a great place to grab some beautiful fragrances and lotions for your lady. Any woman would love the selection they have.

In love with the clean fresh scent of Focus... Eucalyptus & Tea! I went for their semi-annual sale, and of course, everything was on a great sale except the aromatherapy, which is where the Focus is! But I bought it anyway!

I have to say I was disappointed with my shopping experience today at Cedar Hill. Usually service is great, this is where I usually shop. Today, we were only greeted from the side of the store, no one asked if they could help, even though we were clearly looking for something specific. We finally asked, & only got a half answer. I was 2nd in line to a person who had already been waiting for a while, because no one was at the check out area. I had to yell to them up front, that we were ready to check out. Cashier wasnt very friendly & hurried at the end of the transaction & left. I usually get a coupon for my next visit, but not today.
