Went into Batteries Plus Bulbs on Jul 8 2021 to purchase a 12v -5F battery. Greeted by a young man( Christian?) who immediately greeted me and asked how could he help me. I was shocked as in most places of business customer service has gone down hill. When I mentioned the battery I needed he said for your security system,?I replied yes, it seems since Hilco Electricity went out the previous Monday, everyone had been coming in for a battery. Thanks Christian keep up the good work.

To whom it may concern,I am reaching out hoping to get a better response to my issue than what I got at this store. I am in need to exchange a bad battery that is still within warranty period. I am asking this particular store to help me out.At first glance, the battery (Duracell Ultra 12V 55AH AGM SLA Battery with M6 Terminals SLAA12-55C/FR) seems to be working just fine, but when it is in use the voltage drops to maybe a 3. This battery is 1 of 2 of a power chair of a disabled person. I cannot bring the power chair in to the store. I have 2 videos showing the performance of the battery when its in the power chair. I have also been to 3 different places where I was told the battery is NOT good.It wouldve been nice of the store attendant to have been more receptive, instead of being shut down. The store attendant said to bring him the power chair, however, this is not an option. As the person is completely disabled, he CANNOT be transported. And I CANNOT bring chair to store. If it were possible, we wouldve done it since the beginning.Covid has hit us hard, and at this time it is extremely difficult to buy a new battery. The battery is still within the 1-year warranty period. I went in to buy a camera battery and charger. I came out with the charger, information about when the battery is going to come in and some very interesting information. Batteries plus is now fixing both Apple and Samsung products.

I had them replace a screen on my iPad a couple of years ago, and did a great job. So recently my wife dropped her phone and well, I drove over it. Thank god for otterbox, yes the screen was shattered but phone was still good. For under $100 and 2 hours later on a Sunday my wife was back in business. Another great job. Love these people.

If you need it they have it. We had a special battery that we searched for, for months. Could not find it anywhere. We walked in and there it was.

I went in there for a key replacement. There was only one person working but he did his best to get me in and out very quickly.

I drove an hour to get to this place because they always have the specialty batteries I had to have that I couldnt get anywhere else.The employees are always very knowledgable and helpful,on the phone and in person.called ahead bc I was stuck in rush hour/construction,trying to get there before they closed,had my batteries ready to go when I got there,so I could start back home,the night before the huge Snovid 21 ice storm hit Texas.I have been to several of these stores,employees are always awesome,once in Atlanta GA for phone batteries and in Florida too for equipment employees highly knowledgable and helpful.

The store did not have a key like needed, but they were helpful in disposing of old alkaline batteries.

Fabulous Service! I took my iPhone in for repair and they repaired it while I waited. I found them through a Google search and so glad I did. Now I also know where to get my replacement key fob programmed for my car. And while I was there I discovered every possible light bulb and battery I could ever need. I had purchased a watch online & it arrived with a dead battery. It would have cost more to return it, so I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to get a new battery. They had the correct battery replaced for me all within five minutes.

I Purchased a battery from this Batteries Plus for my computer and came to find out it was not what i needed. after calling the store the manager asked me to bring my computer laptop in to the store so that he may check it out so, i did and he did and found out i needed the power card replaced. i purchased the power card and it was reasonable. the staff in the store was very helpful and i was very satisfied.

I bought a battery from this store in February. I based my buying decision based on my interactions by phone and in person with the store manager. However, if the battery had not already been installed in my car I would have called the whole thing off. While finalizing the transaction with the store manager, the owner got involved. He was rude and stand offish. His attitude was like I really dont need your business. He never spoke directly to me - only through the manager. To tell you the truth, I dont know what set him off because I never said a word to him.I will never buy anything else from this store. Had I not needed a battery that day I would have gone some where else. And like another reviewer said, the only other employee (a female) in the store had a similar attitude as the store owner. Dont purchase here unless you have no other alternative!

IPhone 7+ screen replacement went well. Good customer service. Only complaint is the screen is now polarized 90° from my sunglasses which make it appear black unless i tilt my head

Took my phone in with a screen so cracked you could not make out anything on it. It was unsafe to touch. An hour later, my screen was replaced at a cost way less than I expected.

Great - Ordered online 11pm @ night and my order was ready when I walked in the shop the next morning. Really helpful explaining as to why my Samsung battery malfunctioned and the one i purchased is working great right out of the box. I will always use this method for battery related needs going forward.

Great experience, even though my battery was no longer under warranty, they quickly found a replacement and even suggested a battery tender for longer battery life. Less hassle than dealing with the big box store!

Very frustrating. Store clerk couldnt find our online order for a truck battery. After searching for 15 minutes, he found the order, then failed to give us core charge credit for the old battery that we hauled into the store. Then had to go back into the store, wait for clerk to finish with his customer to get a refund of the core charge. Then clerk told me it would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to get my refund.

They have all the bulbs in the world but they were way too expensive for my taste I can get my bulbs batteries and everything in other places at a much better price
