Went to find controllers and they an abundance of everything. I always find what I need here.

I know, you think this is the only place to by games. But they dont act like it here. Been doing business for years with this store. Friendly helpful staff. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Bought new and used systems here also new and used games. Any time had trouble they care of it. I like this place.

Easy trade in. Able to find a game for my son. Employee was very helpful. Wait time was not long at all.

The staff went above and beyond to help us. Did not get the names of the two guys, but we went on Monday, February 22nd around 1 or 2. The staff was simply the best!

I really like this GameStop location. They have a great selection of games for my son to choose from and at good prices. I dont know much about video games, but anytime Ive stopped at this location to get video games or game equipment for my son, the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Around the holidays it gets pretty busy here, but they usually make sure to have extra help to keep the lines moving. My son loves coming here to get all of his games. No complaints.

The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. He had people waiting outside for the ps5 for hours just to come out when they opened and say they didn’t have any. This has happened multiple times. Save your time and shop online or a different store.

The employees here are amazing! They were informed about the sales and genuinely helpful all around. They had some pretty good sales going on too. One of the employees even made my little girls day with some legos.It was my first time shopping at this store and I can definitely say it will be the one I visit from now on.

Very helpful staff however they are watching your every move 😐. I walked in today to purchase gifts for my brother whom loves Pokémon and I was totally unsure of what to buy him. Employers just kept on watching me.... very uncomfortable.

Its a cramped little store. Parking is the pits. Transactions seem to take 10 minutes or more. But the people there are friendly and helpful.

The General Manager does not follow store policy. If you have any problems with staff at this GameStop contact customer service and report what they are doing. Took 3days to purchase a gift card for this store. General manager as well as staff refuse what they were informed by staff.Very arrogant staff.

As I am still a kid you might not believe me but, I think it has good quality headphones,used games in good condition and really good controllers.

I will literally to refuse to go to any other gamestop in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.. these people are honest like no other and they know how to do their job.. this is literally me second family.. This place is the best! Truly helpful staff!!!! I came in to purchase a pre-ownewed WII console. I mentioned that our old one was no longer working. The staff inquired what was wrong and gave me a tip to fix it and it worked! They are not out only to get a sale, but to actually provide friendly, helpful service. Top notch and greatly appreciated!

Want To say This Gamestop will always be my favorite. I want to Personally thank Kim and Bryon for what they did. In short, there was a limited edition Ps4 Pro and this was announced a little late (Sony...) I didnt hear about it untill it was too late... Anyways, I pleaded with them asking them when they would get another one, Since they said they was probably not going to get another one, I said i would be for extra shipping and handling if i had to i was very serious about this lol.A Couple Days later, Kim and Bryon came through they was able to get another system (Brand New) i was able to buy the system thanks to them. Im really grateful for them now i have this beautiful system to add to my collection, thanks again for the splendid amazing job.

They have quite the stock, considering its in a mall area. It might be difficult to find with Google maps GPS leading you to it though so just look for Barnes and Noble then its across from them.Also its GameStop still, take that in to account, dont trade in your games here and check other sources first.
