I came to this store to check on my ac and to possibly purchase and new iPhone. Checked in with Marcus waited a Hispanic representative Mr. Henry came to help me but quick told me to waited because the customers before came back and was unsure about buying a item. Marcus again sign in another Lady and she took A seat there was a representative just sitting down at a table. There was a Hispanic customer come in and he was asked to get a mask.When this customer returned the representative that was sitting down quickly came and helped him while me and the young lady was still waiting. That same representative went back to the chair while again me and the other customers was still waiting . And again when he seen a Hispanic family come in he asked could he have them while again we’re still waiting.. If you want fair customer service I wouldn’tRecommend the store

The assistant manager Alyssa was rude and combative when she spoke to me, raising her voice in such disrespect that I had to raise my voice at her. Also one of her assistants threaten me with not selling the phone to you and commenced to taking the cell phone to the back of the store so that I would not buy it. I will never set foot in this place again. T-Mobile is lucky that I dont switch cell phone services and go to another cell phone provider over this. As I am a business owner and it would be a long transaction to switch over. I have been a T-mobile customer for over eight years and I have never been treated like this before. T-Mobile has to do better on customer service at this location. Do not go to this location and spend your hard earned money. This location should not even receive one star, zero stars is more like it.

I greatly appreciate Cindy for helping my wife, my mom, and I through the process of switching services and adding accounts. She went beyond the customer service to get what needs to be done. She stick with us from the long process of removing one line of off a joint account and even help my mother to get a better deal. Cindy was very knowledgeable on everything. I hope the owner or whoever can give her some type reward for her customer service and knowledge.

Im not very happy with the TMOBILE/ Sprint merger. Its seems like the customers are not getting the best support. Im really considering trying another company. Ive been with Sprint for at least 20 years. The service at the place was fine. The workers can only do what the computers tell them to do.

I got 3 lines but ended up returning them due to the service & no phone (back order) for 1 of the lines. During the process, I visited the store a few times. Mike, Joe & MGMT was very helpful but Darius was a triple threat. He was unaware, didnt care, & had the worst attitude Ive ever encountered from a representative. I asked about the restocking fee because there are major loopholes in the contract, he got upset & told me to take that up with them. Who is them????? I guess he doesnt like to be questioned; poor customer service, very nasty & rude attitude!FYI...The Retailstore9795 email mailbox is full, so it would be useless for me to send an email.

Kudos to Mike! Phone had died and was not able to get it powered back up. Came it and Mike was able to get back and running by doing something I was not aware of. He explained what he did but also gave a warning about what could happen if you do it wrong. He even showed me a couple of phones that would be good in case if I decided to upgrade. No pressure what-so-ever to upgrade at that moment as he also gave some tips on things to do if the phone decides to die again. I will say, and if I do, I hope Mike is there when I come back to upgrade.

Was misled on the T-Mobile Franklin hotspot as to what it would do and how much how much gigabyte was on there but got that straightened out and it cost me $45 more than originally cost dont know what to say about it sometimes I go in there and get good people sometimes go in there and things get screwed up still satisfied with the T-Mobile except for minor upsets now and then

Bought 2 phones, service, and lady helped us order screen protectors online said they would be happy to put them on just come back when they come in. So we did and the young man working said rudely we don’t do that unless you buy them here and walked off left us standing there. Poor attitude and customer service.

I came into the store on Friday and was greeted warmly by Jaspreet who answered all my questions and gave me insight on why my phone was acting up. I have an older iPhone 7 that has been draining battery down within hours and so Jaspreet told me about possibly upgrading the phone since it was acting up. He told me about all the new features the new iPhone would have and how much my bill would also go up. He explained things before I even had a chance to ask questions like he just read my mind. Very good customer service and HE LISTENS!

Horrible customer service, we waited over an hour after signing in and they skipped us multiple times. We went twice the first time they said they would not be able to transfer our phone information from the old phone to the new phone due to it being about 2 hours before closing. We let them know we were giving a bad review and the managers response was, I dont care.

First off they need a bill paying machine like the ones in some of the other T-Mobiles I’ve been too!!!!Some of the staff are rude and seem to not care what order you come in.. this makes the wait longer because they decide the sign in the person that comes in after me and I am already on a time limit. I understand others have to be helped but just to pay a bill on services it’s a wait as if you wanted to inquire about services...

I had to return an item I had purchased. The gentleman who helped me was polite and didnt try to convince me to keep the item. He simply asked why I was returning it and kindly left it alone, which I didnt expect. I was sure I would be pressured into keeping it. Aside from all that, they were busy but helped me promptly. I always go to this location because I prefer their service to other locations.

Great customer service from Sydney, she took the time out to really understand what I needed in a phone... I would recommend her to anyone looking to go in this location. All of the reps are very friendly and helped her if she needed to reassure any questions that I had. If I could give the whole team more stars I would!!!!! I got all I needed to make sure my phone was protected and I was only the best plan to fit me. It’s a lot of bad reviews on here but I don’t understand why! My experience here was amazing!!!

Absolutely LOVE this T-Mobile and its employees that I have encountered so far(: I use to go to the T-Mobile location to get helped but after coming here, Im NEVER going to the Cedar Ridge location again!! Michael was our salesmen and from the get-go, he treated us like people, not customers. Professional, helpful, honest; everything a salesperson should be when trying to make a deal. Not only did we get our desired phones but figured how to lower our bill and work out any kinks it had. Thank you Michael and co.!!

Looked up store hours on google, store closes at 9pm. I walked in looking to purchase a phone. I had to a factory re-set a couple of months ago, and I am still having phone issues. I was on my phone when an associate rushed up to me asking, if I needed help. I thought it was rude, but I politely said, I am just looking. She proceeded to say we closed at 8, but my fit bit time said 8:06. I said, maybe I will be back or not. If you close at 8, then why are your doors still open, and you need to learn customer service, and how to apprach customers. I made a call to T-Mobile to report, but its not over yet. I am tired of paying my money for crappie customer service.

I have had the absolute WORST experience, not only with T-Mobile, but with the employees here. Its not that they werent polite to me because they were. It is the fact that they are never properly trained on the new promotions T-Mobile offers. The employee that worked with me failed to give me crucial details for me to get the full benefits for a promotion. It is absolutely insane how many representatives I had to speak with over the phone to settle this mess that employee created. Im absolutely frustrated, upset, and disappointed in how poorly this is being handled. I was told my second s8 would be free. I had to find out on my own that I had to register for a rebate in a timely manner. I dont blame the sales associates. I am extremely disappointed at the manager, whoever it is, for a POORLY trained staff. I am now having to pay the full price for TWO galaxy s8s. Almost $2,000. I will NEVER return here ever again!

He didnt offered any accessories for my new phone and when I mentioned an online deal I saw he said that it never existed and implied that I was lying. And he wouldnt answer none of the questions I asked him and would just say he didnt know instead of trying to figure out it or asking the manager... other than that theyre very good in taking your money.... doesnt matter anyways I switched to Verizon

My phone broke and they fixed it! I actually am so glad I switched to T-Mobile a few years ago! The have been amazing about taking care of me as a costumer! I never felt like that with Verizon. I was treated well at Verizon but I never felt like being a customer mattered to the company like it does now that I am at T-Mobile.

Went there to get the new iPhone XR. New to IPhone so I had loads of questions! I’m sure they were getting annoyed, but the answered every question. Gave me a personal experience and also helped me get access to make changes to the account! Got my new phone transfered my info from my galaxy to my new phone. In and out within 30min or so! Jasmine lied and admitted to the lie in a 3 way call with t mobile customer representative. Whether intentional or unintentional she admitted she lied. In Texas it is 100%egalitarian to record a phone call as long as the person recording the call is involved in the call. She admitted she lied and would not honor her word. Lesson....... GET IT IN WRITING! I will never go back to this store.

I went back to pick up the charger and the employees working at that time Jasmine, Melanie, Michael and DaKeise told me they could not help me and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused to contact him AND STARTED VERBALLY ATTACKING ME BECAUSE I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!?! They told me the manager was in a meeting on a Sunday afternoon (really?) and that he couldnt come pick up the phone. Fast forward 3 days later, I called the store 3 times looking for the manger Colin (never spoke to him) and ended up calling the T-Mobile customer service rep (the 1-800 number) who contacted the store and told them to give me my charger! When I finally got my charger from Tony (Yes, Tony, not Colin), he never once apologized all he did was hand me my charger, no cash register transaction NOTHING HE JUST HANDED IT TO ME! So they want me to believe that those reps in the store when I originally went in there couldnt have called and gotten an okay to do the exact same thing instead of wasting my time for 3 more days only to have A Manager hand me my freakin charger?! and the store manager Colin was there when I went to pick it up and this man never came over and said a word to me. BELIEVE ALL THE REVEIWS, THIS STORES CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I cant believe I went through all of this for a $40 charger!

Me and my family have been dealing with this store for years now. Originally we stopped due to the fact numbers were all over the place and the bill was never what they said it would be. I recently went back to try this store again due to the fact it has been about 5 years since we have dealt with this store and thought it would be different and new employees. I got my own plan and the gentlemen helping me was very helpful, but numbers were everywhere and having a past in sales i knew he was not sure or just more worried about the sale.The next day i went to another tmobile store because my data was not working and also to double check my billing quote from the other store. This store in Duncanville,TX was very quiet and only two workers. The gentlemen helping me was very honest and informative I believe his name started with a I but was very helpful. He informed me my data was never set to turn on and also the quotes from the Cedar Hill store were wrong and would be even more than what i was told.So just to stay on the safe side i will not be dealing with Cedar Hill Tmobile anymore because its a ongoing issue of being quoted what my monthly bill would be. They are more worried about the sale then the customer. It is shown through the years of trying with this store. Be aware if you choose to go to this Tmobile.
