The gentlemen that was working today interacted with all of the guest in the store. He had great customer service and multitasking skills. Super nice and helpful!!The store is also nice and clean!!

Leia the representative that helped me went above and beyond assisting me! I cannot stress that enough lol I was looking for a specific size for some T’s and she was able to find them and went to a whole lot of trouble getting them! I really appreciate that, she is the best with her positive energy! She was high informative as well letting me know about discounts I could take advantage of! Will make this my go to store!

A little wait time to go into store due to covid and small store but worth it. Everyone was very helpful. Christopher or maybe Christian (I should of wrote it down) was very awesome at checkout!! This particular store is very small inside and it was really hot in the store this day. Couldnt really find what I was looking for. Ive been to this store many, many times and it seems to be going downhill over the years. I tend to find more stuff online then the actual store.

I think this place is amazing! TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE! I come here for Vanessa and Catie though they were quite nice and helped me find rare collectibles! Would recommend this location!

I always find neat clothing and absolutely love the employees there especially Vanessa she always makes my family and I feel welcome

Great customer service, I was happily greeted by employee who also helped me find the hair dye I needed. The place was also very organized and clean. Really enjoy coming to this location.

They have alot of graphic tees from bands to tv to anime. Plus they have a huge variety of pop figurines and cute key chains. Great place for those with an inner geek.

One of the smaller Hot Topic stores, which means a limited selection, but they usually have what Im looking for. Store is always clean and organized no matter how busy it is, and staff is always friendly. Vanessa in particular is super helpful!

We waited for over an hour n finally gave us a table, there was 10 tables ready to sit people,but they were not giving the tables, why? Dont know why, but there was a lot of people waiting n mad...Kellie our waitress was very nice n took our order right away,but we got a bad experience for this to be the grand opening, we would expect better efgicient customer service...😞

Kind of small and hard to move around, but its a Hot Topic. Friendly staff and easy purchase experience. A pretty wide array of items and its nicely organized.

I love everyone at this store and prefer it to every other location Ive been to. I go so often that most of the employees recognize me and a few of them know my name. When I walk in I feel at home and comfortable. A couple of the employees, Morgan and Vanessa, are always SUPER helpful and Morgan always has a conversation when there arent other coustomers that she needs to help. The selection is great and if you cant find what you want someone will offer to help you order it from the site. 10/10 would recomend.

They carry rare items that are unable to be found anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

The selection is crappy compared to the Hot Topic at Arlington. Has more of a kids audience in my opinion. The employee Morgan is beyond annoying and believes she has to make a comment everytime we go in. She walks up to us to tell us her highly unnecessary comment each time which has us both want to punch her face in for how annoying she gets. (Weve gone in to shop between 3-6 times since it is closer.) She has ruined mine and my girlfriends shopping experience, Morgan commented on something as personal as my Girlfriends body and reffered to her as a thing which my Girlfriend did not like. Not to mention going yesterday and Morgan laughed and made fun of my girlfriend simply for being lifted up to reach for something our friend wanted. Therefore we will not be going again, most annoying employee us three have faced.

This Hot Topic is very small and cramped. Staff however, is very friendly!
