I guess weve been sleeping on this place, because this was our 1st time visiting & weve been here for YEARS! Just by chance we decided to try it out. Well lets just say itll now be in rotation. The meat was juicy & everything was good too. The staff helped explain the menu & what were the most popular on the menu. Well be back to try the other stuff!

Came here for a great positive environment just to be treated like trash and received no customer service just absolutely awful.

My twin sons got some really nice shoes here. They were really nice and courteous. Safety precautions were used and greatly appreciated.

Came here asked for a size and they didnt have in store, my friend came a few hours later asked a different person and they have it. just over all unprofessional

Had the shoes my grandson wanted but not his size.😞

No need to call them its like trying to reach a radio station no one never answer the phone called from 11am to 1:30pm and phone just ring this is Champs in Cedar Hill, TX by the way....

I like this store and would recommend it.

2 have at least 3 floor workers, 1 female two Males all up in there cell phones not offering help and to have a customer stand there for 5 minutes looking a them, until I went to register to the nice young lady/cashier

The Jordans retro 12s was released Friday July 24th we were told that that day was only for reserved shoes. We were told to come back on sunday July 26th for first come serve, upon arrival were told that manager Richard Banks said not to release the shoes until he gave the order. This person has no consideration for people time.

Les looked for and find my size in store. I appreciated the help.

A bunch of RUDE young people working here. Barely greet you when you walk in. Takes them forever to ask if you’ve been assisted. One girl today didn’t even acknowledge me while she was ringing me up, she kept talking to her coworker as she rung me up. Pitiful

Rude I was looking for some shoes for work I’m on my feet most of the time so I wanted shoes that fit I asked to try some shoes and the worker I guess she didn’t feel like going to the back to get me shoes said “are you going to buy them or not!” I felt that was extremely rude as this is my day off the last thing I want is to be insulted so I just said never mind it’s ok and left the store.

So i bought these 6Ringz Online n they had a bad wet smell so i came here n they really took care of me they sprayed the shoes down n put new laces on em i know my girlfriend is going to Lovee the shoes n they made it possible jus in time for Valentines day which is tommoro so forreal shout out to dem 💯
