Good donuts, but service via drive thru is very slow. Ive car sat in front of us for almost 20 minutes.

Good quick service but the donuts were to sweet.

We stopped because the sign was on, we left with no disappointment other than there was a little wait.

Donuts are good but they didn’t honor a discount I had.

Nice staff and fast service but the donuts are a lot thinner than before. I think either the dough wasnt allowed to fully proof before frying or the extruder is just cutting them too thin or too quickly.They did taste like a Krispy Kreme donut though, it was alright but just thinner and dense. They just lacked the volume and uniform visual appeal that Ive had in the past from here.This location has been a little hit or miss for a while, its certainly not like it used to be when I was a kid. Hope they get better, really do have good memories at this particular location and dont want to see it flounder.

The donuts were amazing! The staff was very polite and upbeat! We ordered in the drive through and had a very very short wait time. All in all a great Krispy Kreme experience!

I love Krispy Kreme! I received an email for a free dozen donuts for my birthday, I went to get them, they weren’t fresh. 😞 I think they knew they went fresh because they gave me 18 donuts

This Krispy Kreme is so good!! The classic glaze is unmatched!! I’ve come here so many times and each time the experience seems to get better.

The restaurant is was very dirty back behind the counter. The staff person was ringing up order and fixing orders with the same nasty gloves.

I come often to this particular location however they are always out of promotional products and rarely ever open. This is not acceptable for any business.

Krispy Creams is the best! They blessed me for my birthday with 3pack donuts, donut holes, coupons and a birthday hat. Such great hospitality when you come into the facility.

I give it 3 stars because the service was good and normally I get warm donuts. This time it almost seemed my donuts were in the fridge.

Covid covid covid. Every1 hates it but we l o v e these donuts.I got a dozen on an impulse. Just a bit of a cheap breakfast item.Im not a fancy person so the plain glazed donuts will do just fine. The donuts wasnt fully cooked inside the donut. It was raw. This is the first time that my family couldnt finish the dozen original glazed donuts. I only ate two and we even tried to bake the donuts and still tasted raw inside.

The doughnuts were awful. Way too sweet and very thin in size. The service wasnt any better. Would not recommend.

Such a friendly staff! Even called to let met know they didnt carry a specific doughnut and said they replace it with my choice (an online order). Will definitely order from them again!

Bunch of LAZY teenagers with horrible attitudes working there. They NEVER have donuts when we go to the drive thru. We go inside and they ignore their customers. When they actually do acknowledge you it’s with “do you need something???” This location is the closest to us so we try to get donuts from there but no matter what time it is they never have anything available.

He donuts were great as usual but the customer service was excellent very friendly people. I had to ask the donut grabber to change his gloves due to a peanut allergy and he was very polite and nice about it. Very pleased with my experience

Christmas eve my daughter wanted to get holiday donuts. When we went, cones were blocking the drive thru. There was a hand written sign that said they would be back open at 3:30pm. We waited for a total of 30 min after 3:30 and they never reopened. More customers started to arrive and then an employee finally came to the door and said it was something wrong with the machine, that it was “complicated” and to come back in 20 minutes. We drove back at 4:30pm and the drive thru was finally open. The employee said they only had glazed donuts. This is not the first time this location has only had glazed without notice. This location should do better with providing items on the menu especially during the holidays. The actual Krispy Kreme sign is missing from the building which is tacky.

Stop by at 7am for donuts for my sons birthday. We’re at the drive thru and never get help. We go inside and again nothing, tried calling a girl over and she ignores us. Finally she comes over to us and says they haven’t opened the register even though store hours listed state they opened at 6:00am. We drove 25 minutes from Grand Prairie and had to leave with nothing because they couldn’t even give us a time frame for registers to be opened.

The WORST Krispy Kreme location. How is it that a donut place is perpetually out of donuts...with no explanation. I can’t tell you how many times we have gone to the drive thru only to be told they don’t have any donuts. Like, why are you even open? It’s sad that this is how they run that business in this community. This does not happen at their North Dallas locations. It’s a shame.

The donuts are normally good but today they had an off taste. Even my son said they had an weird taste to them. Maybe something went wrong in this batch.

Excellent Service! My first visit here. I was super pleased the store was spotless and the staff was friendly and courteous. They even surprised me with an extra fresh hot donut along with my order! I will be back.

Staff was courteous and even offered if I wanted to sample the new flavor as I was unsure. My order was fresh off the line and handed to me with a smile!

This picture is almost as bad as this latte tasted! The mgr offered to make it again (but I rarely send food back) but I requested my money back, in the drive thru, and she still refused. Purchased at 2:15p, picture posted at 8:25p. It was SO bad that I had to save it to post to prevent others from making the same mistake. I’ve also added a picture of their “box” which is a bag. If I wanted my donuts touching I would have ordered a bag not a box. Go to any other location besides this one. You have been warned.

Young girl in drive-thru was rude and unfriendly. I ordered 3 donuts and had to wait a while, she actually closed the window on me 3 times, she dropped my change and didnt apologize and shrugged her shoulders.

I gave a (1 and a half)stars because the taste of the doughnut was good, i did not like that they were very small, some of them resembled onion rings, bought 6, for 7.78 in my opinion they are not worth it; for that money i would have gone to kroger across the street and bought 3 pounds of chuck roast. Ive found better doughnuts at Wal-Mart for less than half the price. I posted a pic but the photos make them look bigger than they really were. My opinion, spend your money somewhere else.

Very disappointed with my donuts. They were very greasy and squishy as if they were not fully cooked. I ordered the PLAIN gingerbread and they were smushed and filled! Very unappetizing! The cinnamon sugar was greasy and hard. Eleven dollars of my hard-earned money gone to waste! The only high point was the worker at the counter was very polite. Another Cedar Hill business that I will not go to.Note to Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce: Please work on improving the restaurants in our town. The customer service is bad and the food quality is poor. It’s a shame I can’t eat in the town I live in!

When you show up and takes them 10 minutes to give you 3 donuts and youre the only person in line and you can see 3-4 employees just talking and not doing anything, youre gonna leave them a bad review. And its not like they were fresh, they were hard and cold.

Joey and the staff at this location really went above and beyond at my last visit. The donuts were fresh, and wonderful like sugary warm clouds that melt in your mouth! We also ordered frozen lattes and they were also an amazing treat! The woman that took our order was so friendly and fast that it was an extremely wonderful visit and we cant wait to go back. Thank you for such great staff and fresh donuts. Awesome experience. 🙂

Everytime there is a new item advertised, its unavailable in this location. It was 1030am and I asked if they would have more and the girl says not til 4 or 5 pm.

My daughter and I went to Krispy Kreme in Cedar Hill Saturday, October 19th and encountered a very kind heart lady name Claudia. She was nice, thoughtful and professional. I just wanted to give her a shout out! You Rock Claudia! This world would be a kinder, more gentle place with more people like you. Thank you so much!

Donuts to sugary. I didnt have a decent amount of chocolate on my donut and the donuts are too small compared to other donut companies

Drove all the way out here, the open sign is on, there’s a huge sign saying the drive thru is open but they have cones blocking the drive thru. I see workers inside talking but a sign that says the dining area is closed due to Covid so we can’t get inside. I called and asked if they were open, the associate who answered said no with no other explanation. There’s an hour before closing time so I think they just don’t want to work anymore and have already started cleaning up for the night. Will never waste my time driving to this location again.

Very bad customer service. The young man that helped us if you can call it that, did not speak a word to us except to tell me the total. I asked for 1/2 dozen assorted and he just gave me glazed and chocolate. Plus the place is not well kept.

Terrible. The drive thru cashier had ask our order 3 times and disappeared to scan our card. We order 2 iced coffees and it took almost 10 minutes

It would be easier if we could preorder and pickup instead of mishearing each other thru the drive-thru and maybe getting what we wanted.I didnt get my favorite item...the glazed creme filled (they look like hamburger buns) Idk what we got...like a regular glazed donut with a bit of creme inside part of it... almost correct. (it was like ordering a Rolls Royce and getting a Kia)Next time, we will just have them delivered.The employees were all really nice.

Service was kind but very slow. 30 minutes to get through the drive through for a dozen glazed donuts. While in line I counted 5 cars get out of line and leave because so slow. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon. Donuts were good.

I usually love Krispy Kreme but the the customer service at the drive-thru definitely needs to be retrained. When you ask a question you get a crazy look with no response. It was a slow time with no line. No excuse for being rude.

They hardly ever have hot donuts at the times they say theyre supposed to have hot donuts. I did extra shopping just to wait till 5 p.m. so I can get hot donuts and I like that one person said the light will be on but they dont have any hotdonuts and then when I do start cooking on Lake Cook other things besides the hot glazed first after cooking something else first or they didnt even started on time a lot of time time I was in there yesterday I got there at 5:10 there machine wasnt even on the person said it would be another 35 minutes before they had any they need to have them when they say like the other Krispy Kreme 5 p.m. they have hot donuts this place they dont even thinking about cooking any new ones unless some people are there waiting for them Ive seen a hell of a lot of people leave that place because they did not have the hot donuts when they said they would

Went to Krispy Kreme for National Donut Day. Last year, I think I received my free donut from work. The guy at the window made National Donut Day one to remember. I forgot his name but he was working the Drive Thru around 730-8. Great Service!!!!! Well be back soon. Thanks.
