I just moved from the North Dallas area and I am finding Cedar Hill a great place to live this particular Starbucks has excellent customer service and makes an excellent espresso drink hot or iced or Frappuccino
This establishment showed a lack of customer service. Give service to the last car who is in line 20 minutes prior to your closing time. The two young ladies in the photo literally said And?! Were closed now and weve thrown everything away. I honestly find it hard to believe they threw coffee away if hasnt been ordered. I would have been completely fine if there attitude was completely different. They served the car in front of my daughter and I and also gave them two free breads after the gentleman started yelling at them?!! Im not a confrontational person but if thats what it took, goodness.
My grand daughter wanted a specific drink she likes and they no longer carry it. She was upset because she doesnt really care for the other drinks. She did try the dragon fruit refresher, but didnt like it. Told me we have to find a new drink place that will have what she likes too. My green tea was good as usual.
This is a good location. Typical Starbucks experience. Its close to my house so I go there often. Staff is friendly. The only thing is the drive through can be a pain because of the way the location and parking lot are set up. Not really easy to maneuver around. I sat in the dining room this time. Placed my order through the app so I didnt have to stand in line. Set up my computer and relaxed. The dining room area is just ok. Not as upscale as some of the other places Ive been. It was clean except for a few crumbs on the table next to me. It was quiet for the most part and I was there for about 2hrs. Masks are recommended but not required. The staff all had in masks. I will come here again.
I went to this Starbucks during non-peak hours and the service was pretty quick and accurate. The only thing is that this Starbucks is much noisier than an average Starbucks so it was difficult to sit and work on a laptop. Also there were several flies inside the store that were pretty annoying. If youre here for a quick grab and go its fine, but I wouldnt recommend this location to read or work in.

They were great! They were patient with me as I navigated through the menu to find something fit for my husbands taste buds.

Believe the bad reviews! We moved to this area in April and started going to this Starbucks location. They mess my drink up 5 days out of the 7. When I send my husband back to get it fixed, it tastes exactly the same. It’s not an over the top order, but they can’t get it right. When people pay $6+ they expect it to be made correctly, consistently. Not hit or miss. Do your- self a favor and find a different location.
I’ve waited in the drive through line before for long periods before. The last time took 25+ minutes! I’m not exaggerating. And the line was not that egregious. When I got to the window there was no one there for up to 30 seconds so I just drove off. I vowed then and there to never return to this Starbucks location. There is another Starbucks off Main Street just down the highway or spend $1 more per drink at white rhino. Both are better than this place

I visited today for my bold roast coffee w/ sugar and cream. Well I have frequented Starbucks in several states where some have Real Sugar not stevia or raw sugar. Therefore I Never assume that they will have it at all locations. Hence why I asked the server. She said yes and then put stevia in my coffee, when asked about it she rudely stated that stevia was sugar. It’s a alternative. Nasty attitude about the situation. So no I was not looking for this all before my coffee.
Im not sure what has been going on lately but the quality of my drinks the past few weeks have gone downhill. I drink starbucks daily and this one is the closest to me so I usually opt to go to this one. I get the same drink literally everytime. Its always made differently when I do come to this one. Its either the person taking my order didnt ring up my drink right or its just made wrong. From missing ingredients to not getting the size I asked for. Even having issues I still order here hoping that my drink will be made right. I think its time that Ive just stopped coming here

I am suprised and disheartened to see so many flies inside this Starbucks flying and landing on drinks and food in the inside pickup area.And literally the staff acted as if this was no big deal..like its as if the flies were invisible to them.. which is another concern altogether..The only reason I went in is because the line was super long... #disgusted.... smh

Usually, I enjoy Starbucks. Uhmmm..this time, not so much. I ordered a small strawberry lemonade for the 1st time there. I didnt look at the price and ordered small because I didnt want to order a large and NOT LIKE IT. The cup was super small for $4.00. When you consider the added ice cubes inside. I think I got 4 sips! Guess it was a $1.00 a sip!🤔🧐Wheres the juice?! Will I return? Of course, I will definitely try something different and look at the price!
Garbage service takes waaaaaay to long. Everytime I’m here plan to wait 20 min. Mind you it isn’t even a long line!!!!

Come on Management! 22 minutes???Another 22 minute drive thru wait to add to the long list of complaints at this location. The worst part is the staff was so slow, that by the time I got to the drive thru the only greeting I received was a pre-recorded one. Sorry, were closed! Thats how long they took, and I was in line WELL before 8pm!!! I will be going to the new location, this one is ridiculous. Management should accept all those in the drive thru before 8pm and put up a sign in the dribe thru at closing.
Your drive-through says it’s only 8 foot tall. Not all of us forget an a drive-through so why would you close the storefront? We’re in Cedar Hill Texas?

Employee was rude and unhelpful at the speaker.. got to the window and several employees were playing on their phones.. went to pull out of the drive thru and I almost hit one of the employees who walked out in front of my vehicle because they were on their phone.. and then my drink was wrong too! Wont be coming back!
Waited in line for 20 mins just to get a messssgs saying they were closed. When i got in line they were open.
The reviews about long drive through wait times should be the warning to never visit this location. Long waits and poor customer service make this a horrible location. Go to White Rhino or the other Starbucks a mile away instead.

This is the worse store ever. I ordered my usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. And tasted like milk and ice. This the 1st time ever. I go to Stackbuck at least 3x a week. Never this store again. You all need to re evaluate this store.

I just went to Starbucks locates at 455 E FM 1382, cedar hill, Tx 75104 and it reminded me of why I never eat out. We got to the window and noticed the cashier grabbing everyone’s cups by placing her hand snug on the top of the lids where we have to drink from. She was not wearing gloves and had her hands in her pockets while waiting for the drinks. Not only is it disgusting to handle money then food without washing your hands but there’s also a pandemic going on. The cashier had an attitude when I asked for my money back.
While in drive-through, Morgan a SHIFT LEADER 🥴sneezed and covered her mouth and nose while doing so. However she never washed her hands she continued to make multiple customers drinks. I immediately asked for a refund. Morgan then came to the window very dismissive stating that she did not have to wash her hands because she sneezed with a mask on and went back to work and continued to touch multiple customers, drinks equipment, And everything else besides soap and water. She needs to be reprimanded. We are in the middle of a pandemic and she refuses to wash her hands

Need to work on customer service skills. If one can’t be cordial, you shouldn’t work at a place that deals with face to face interaction.
Line is always super long. The customer service is great though. This is what brings me back.

Today at about 7:50 am, I ordered a Venti Mocha, got home only to find out it was NOT a mocha. This is the second time in a row where my order was incorrect! What a waste of my money because what they gave was not palatable. It went down the sink!

Me and my brother have had continuous bad experiences in this location to the point where we started driving to a different Starbucks in Grand Prairie (a 20 minute drive.) You’ll wait in line for 30 minutes minimum and then only to receive a bad drink. The service is inconsistent, sometimes you’ll have nice employees and sometimes you’ll have rude employees.

Don’t use the Starbucks app here! With the store front closed due to COVID, you might think doing a pick up order on the app is a better solution. Some locations have a designated pick up order spot, but here they will still make you wait in line at the drive through, even when the line is overlapping itself around the building. I copied and paste because they are still doing this!!!!!!
Had to wait in line about thirty minutes for my coffee. Iced coffee wasnt very good at all. Also during drive thru I had to repeat my order three times, and at the speaker she asked me to wait, and then didnt remember that she didnt take my order so I didnt pull up my car until I heard someone speak. Ive been to better Starbucks. The customer service wasnt very good here. I dont think Ill be returning here.

I’ve had the worst experience at this Starbucks. The longest time I’ve waited for a coffee here was 40 minutes only to receive a horrible coffee. New management is in need.

The line was so long all I needed was a gift card wasnt aware that the lobby was open got out went inside no one else was in there and they were just as kind as if I had went through the drive-through

My order was made wrong twice! I ended up getting a refund leaving completely dissatisfied. I waited and waited for nothing. The cashier had an attitude and no one apologized. He completely stayed quiet and handed the refund receipt without saying anything. I expect higher from Starbucks as expensive as the coffee is. Verrrrry disappointed with their service today.
Used to like it when they closed late. Got to the line at 7:56 and lady told me they closed at 8 and I had to leave... she was standing outside. Never again. Dunkin from now on.
Wide open spaces, nice storefront, multiple exits. Good vibes all around. Had to work there for several hours while my internet at home office was down. Plenty of outlets for technology.

Sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Did not move one car for 6 minutes.
I love my local Starbucks! This location stays VERY busy with long lines both inside and out. If you want to save time and skip the lines USE the Starbucks app. The Baristas are very friendly and work as quickly as possible, but most times you will have at least a 10 minute wait. My drinks are always made just right. No complaints.
Well staffed total of 4. Service was fast and efficient. There is large amount of indoor seating and outdoor seating. It appeared while I was there that the drive thru received the most customers. It was not crowed inside or outside. I would recommend as a study location. Easy access to I35. Will visit again.

Starbucks is a good coffee shop. Its become more convenient to order now that I got the Starbucks app. Now I order off my phone and as soon as I arrive I get what I ordered. Another bonus if you like Starbucks is to get the App to get free refills on coffee and tea. The service is great and I love the coffee.

Shae at the drive thru was so wonderful! Our full order wasn’t quite ready so she started up a conversation with us asking how our day was as well as complimenting us. Then checked to see what the hold up was. Very sweet and polite! Made the experience better.
