They take the time to make sure that I feel valued as a customer & they send me discounts to use towards my purchases often. They accept my insurance & the warranty they offer on their glasses are for unlimited repairs throughout the year for a low cost. I am a customer for life.

Melina and the other gentlemen there are great. There is an older Hispanic woman there that is rude as can be. She insulted me by basically saying I couldnt afford a pair of glasses. This is the 2nd issue Ive had with this employee. I spend a lot of money with this location in particular and will no longer do business with them if from here out if she is still there. I bought my pair this time but that will be the last I promise. She needs to be transferred or let go.

A very unpleasant experiance do today went in to get new glasses, purchase before at this location both big guy and the General Manager the older lady with an snotty tone like,How can I help you, they look at us like we didnt belong there, like we didnt look rich enough or whatever there deal was, It didnt feel welcoming very akward, they spoke to us infront of other costomers they were attending embarassing enough, still went in because we wanted to buy name band glasses Lenscrafters these two indiviuals should be look into very closly every one should treated with respect regardless of what people look like there ethnicity, we ask of some spoke spanish very rude just out of this world thank God I speak good english to guide my husband was not noticing the ugly of how people are.

Older Hispanic lady made our trip extremely unpleasant. Did not catch her name but she was extremely combative and snooty with us. Spent a long time gossiping about other customers with coworkers. Everyone else in the store was cordial but that lady ensured we wont return to a LensCrafters.

The great folks at Cedar Hill Lenscrafters always take good care of me for adjustments and when I am in need of a new pair of glasses.
My mother and I went to the store and spent over $1800 on four pairs of glasses. My mother’s glasses after a week began to bubble and show signs of blind spots. She contacted the store and was told there was no warranty on the lenses without a purchased warranty. To our dismay it would seem appropriate for anyone to back their product within such a short window but no one would except responsibility. Needless to say she HAD actually purchased the warranty and over the phone asked the managerto go ahead and order the new lenses for her glasses based on her warranty. The manager responded with that they would not even place a new order for her lenses and accused her of using chemicals to clean them. They required that she arrive at the store and pay the $25 warranty deductible prior to ordering her any new lenses. She was out yet again by the inferior response by this store. She has yet to had appropriate responses from management and was only accused of mishandling of their inferior product. They have given her the run around. She is a busy person and left to haggle this out for no reason. I ordered two different sets of frames. My experience I picked up one pair. Was called back to pick up my second pair and was presented with the exact same frames. When I questioned the manger and told her I did not buy two of the same frames she challenged me. I had to make her go back and look at the original pictures of my purchase to even get her agree that I was correct. This is in reasonable. In addition it took and extra 30 days to receive my second pair and am still confused why I was challenged in the first place. I asked her “why would anyone buy two of the same frames?” To her response instead of seeking to solve the issue was “people do it all the time”. This is hands down the worst customer experience ever. I have worn glasses for 20 years and have never met such an adversity. They fight against you instead of helping you. I will never use Lense crafters again if this is acceptable service and management .
I left my private doctors office upset because I was told it would cost $800 to add Rx lenses in my Tom Ford sunglasses I’m addition to paying for new eye glasses. I asked for my Rx and came into Lense Crafters where Chriselda and another gentle assisted me. Not only was the staff nice and knowledgeable, I was super impressed with the digital technology that was used which saved so much time. I was even more impressed with the pricing. I got new glasses, added an Rx to my existing sunglasses paid less for both of them together compared to what my pvt dr was going to charge just for the sunglasses and was in and out in 20-30 mins

I went to LensCrafters with the intention of buying a pair of glasses but instead walked out with three new friends. I was having a bad day but when Monique Stanford approached me she was very nice to me seeing that I was frustrated, her attitude made my attitude a little better. The next person that helped me was Monique Richardson she was also generous as she walked me through trying on all the glasses I liked. Before and after I tried on each pair she wiped them down for me, no matter how many I tried on. Yolanda Pedroza also helped me pick a pair within my preference when I asked her opinion. Finally, after one hour they helped me pick the perfect pair. Thanks to those three people a bad and gloomy day turned into one of the best!

Outstanding Customer Service. Service on 2/12 was over and beyond. VSC was having issues and customer service with VSC was garbage. I forgot their names but the main associate was a sweet lady with glasses. We also received from a gentleman. Both were extremely helpful and kind.

Just tried to go look for some high quality frames here. Opened the door and there is like this tiny little area roped off. Guy comes up and ask me why I’m there. I told him and he very quickly told me that there was 2 people ahead of me and that it “might” be an hour before shop their frames. Well let’s just say this. I WILL NEVER EVER WALK INTO A LENS CRAFTERS AGAIN! Every opportunity I get I will discourage anyone from doing the same. You guys might wanna go to Chick-fil-A or Costco and brush up on your customer service! What a joke!

I placed my order on July 1, 2020. Spent almost $500.00 on my glasses. The representative i spoke to assured me 10 days, i don’t Live in Texas but I was going to be here for 2 weeks. I called To see if my order was ready or not because today makes the 10th day. The representative who helped me with my order said that he could have them shipped to the nearest lens crafters. I called today and the woman who i spoke to was very rude and snappy. Take your business elsewhere. I get it, covid-19 has impacted production, but don’t set expectations you do not plan on meeting. Tell me otherwise so i don’t Have an expectation.

Frustrated customer!!!! I had my eyeglass prescription filled there on 7/18/2018. As of today, 8/6/2018 I still do not have my glasses!!! I was told by one of the customer service staff that the frame I chose, had been discontinued. No one bothered to call and notify me of this, had they, I would have been glad to come in and pick out another frame. If I had not called, I wouldnt have known this much! No calls, or updates for customers, at least for me. I need my glasses and they have taken my money! Their reasoning is ALWAYS, well, weve been busy today and had not had a chance to call. Well, for me, their customer service is crappy at best! I wont use this location again! Traveling across town, is the better option. I called this morning and Monique, said she called to check on my glasses and they have been shipped and I should be getting a notification today or tomorrow. This is ridiculous!!! 8/8/2018 will be 3 weeks since the prescription was filled. They blame it on the lab. Arent they one, just like a married couple?

These Mfers think that I was born last night. I came in a month ago to get the same lens same frames and the price WITH THE HOLIDAY COUPON is now doubled what is was before. The guy tried to tell me I was wrong but I told him...your the same dude that quoted me the price last time!! Im very disappointed because I wanted raybands but now I would need to pay almost 500 JUST FOR THE LENS!! They use the holiday coupon to get you in but once your in the prices is jacked up. Its false advertising!! I will never shop with them again. They dont even deserve the one star.

Frustrated!!! The service here is TERRIBLE!!! Im not sure if the people here know what their doing. First I was told by a guy whose been there at least 15 years my measurements would be in the system whenever I returned. Then I was told by Yolonda Friday 1/3 my measurements will stay in the system for 7 days. Today YOLONDA tell me they will only stay in the system for 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!! I was told by YOLONDA 1/3 once my $300 frame allowance from my employer was released I could call and make the payment over the phone!!!!!!! Today YOLONDA tell me I need to come in the office again to get my measurements retaken!!!!!!!!!! IM DONE with this location. Not to mention Ive heard several coworkers say they no longer do business with this SORRY location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Optometrist is great!!!!!!!!!!

Frustrated! Told us on phone they were a vsp in network provider. Then after get over there And waste an hour find out that was not true.Then got to another place that was amazing but since lenscrafters wouldnt release their authorization on our Insurance it took another hour calling vsp. But thank.God for vision city they took care of us!! And all in 24 hrs!!
They have the worst customer service ever. I needed a form to be filled out and they have giving nothing but a run a round and now they want to charge me a $25 fee for the form. Someone should have told me that from the jump. Would I recommend this place. NO!!!
I have always had great service from Lens Crafters but I have to say Yolanda and Monique really take the cake!! I got there close to closing but they still toke the time to find me the perfect frame. I told Monique what I was looking for and she selected the perfect pair of Prada glasses. I love my new glasses and recommend them highly.

Ive been going to this place longer then the manager (Yalonda). I bought glasses for everyone in my family. I get a call after i leave the store and it Yalonda asking if we put the glasses we where looking at back? I had her on speaker phone and my 5yr old said dad we are not bad people smh broke my heart. Associate who helped, although friendly and sweet, was desperately lacking in knowledge of their computer system and the application of insurance benefits. When glasses came in they had no prescription in them. The manager didnt care. We opted to cancel the order at which point the associate was still struggling and needed help with the refund. The manager didnt take over even at that point or try to resolve the situation or anything. In fact, he was rude and kept saying we had to wait. I still dont know if the refund was successful yet as Im told it takes a couple of days to show. (It was an FSA card). The only good thing I can say is they do have a nice selection of frames.
