I have always enjoyed shopping at Sprouts. The fruit and vegetable sections always feature fresh product at very reasonable prices.They had my all time favorite Envy 🍎, the 🍌were ripe and firm. The Brazilian nuts were economically priced. This location is clean bright, and well organized. It has an open floor feel to it as there are not so many shelves that put you in the mind of a maze.

Normally, this sprouts is a great place to shop, selection and customer service wise. however, the last time i was there, my friend and i purchased mac and cheese from their deli area. the expiration date was not for three more days, yet when we opened them up, both smelled sour, and mold could be seen on both as well. the manager offered a refund, but it was clear that an old bag of cheese had been used and mixed in with the fresh cheese. this was my first time experiencing this from sprouts and my friend’s second time experiencing this. i enjoy their deli items a lot but this was very off putting and disturbing coni from an otherwise excellent establishment

Clean, well stocked store with a helpful staff that seems to care. A very diverse selection of items from cheeses to medicines. Well lit and easy to navigate with comfortable aisles.

Great for pickup, lots of choice prepackaged. Helpful, polite, great for seniors that move slow and want fresh veggies. Some organic choices. Just right size. Choices of vitamins and health options.

A bit pricey. But everything is so worth it. Im a diabetic and they have lots of sugar free stuff. Love this store

I usually stop by this location when visiting the Cedar Hill area. Its usually good for finding quick meals if youre staying at a hotel in the area. I dont always want to eat out but always seeking a healthier selection than a lot of restaurants offer. Prices are sometimes unreasonable for simple items. Its a toss up. Other items are priced as expected for the quality.

The gentleman that helped me this morning (10/2/22) was very knowledgeable and made shopping a breeze. I didnt get his name, but he was super helpful and I appreciate it because I dont enjoy shopping for vitamins...lol. He is an asset to this location and needs a raise!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Butcher at the meat market was extremely nice to me for me being the first time I buy there. totally recommend this place even though the prices are a little high than anywhere else in town!!! thats the downside about it

Wholesome grocery store, variety of healthy food choices and supplements. Large produce and bulk ingredients in bins. Also deli counter and meat and seafood counter. Helpful, friendly staff.

I live up north dallas way and work in Duncanville. Finally decided to try this Sprouts. I just left on a Wednesday at 11 am and management needs to get it together. Had about 5 people goofing off, joking and talking loudly. Meanwhile the sanitizing wipes were empty so I couldnt wipe my cart down, the plastic bags in the meat section were completely out, I almost picked up bread that had an expiration date of almost two weeks ago, and no registers open only self-checkout. I was only in there for 10 minutes, Im sure theres more. Very obnoxious

Workers were courteous while answering my many questions about where everything was. I was shopping for a vendor, and the card didnt work for the transaction, and the cashier was nice about it. He didnt show any frustration with me.

Overall I really liked this place…until we tried to checkout. Buying two items took about 5 approvals from an employee and way too long. We were not the only ones having a hard time either. If you want to use self checkout stations, please make sure they work.

Very disappointed the prices at Sprouts. I find numerous items at Sprouts selling for about 48% more than at the well-known chain. That includes name brand breads and fresh meats. On the other hand, they have a wide variety of great items and ready to prepare meals.

Its always fresh vegetables and seafood,theyre the closest to buy good food from. A little pricey but you get what you pay for,quality.

Great for Organic non-anti biotic and non-Gmo tampered fresh meat, produce and pure food. Keto aisles!

My friend always gets his pie from here and Ive always appreciated their food and groceries because of their freshness and variety. Like, I feel healthier just walking through the door. My only complaint would be the price, but you dont walk into Sprouts expecting Walmart prices ...

I love this place but sometimes they need to do better. Shelves need to be restocked and a lot of fruit (strawberries and Jícama) had mold and was not removed. Also pay close attention to expiration dates. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I love this store BUT not the Insta-Cart! I asked fr no subs and was subbed. Asked to be notified when they were on the property but no notification so looks like I need to shop in person as Insta-Cart wont be getting any more of my business

I actually went in to pick up some bell peppers because the previous week they had a nice selection of them. This time the selection was not so great. They were much smaller and softer than I like them. Needless to say, I left them there since they lacked the firmness and size I was looking for.

Store is clean and had great products. The only thing I don’t like about this location is the parking lot traffic. And some people can be rude and not let you cross to enter or exit the store. But other than that. The store is great and staff is nice and helpful.

The produce is always bad! The blackberries I bought were bitter and tasted old, strawberries are the same. It’s sad that I have to shop here and then go to Kroger for my fruits and vegetables. Whoever is in charge of this area is seriously not doing their job.

Clean produce, friendly staff who helps you with any items not on shelf except one girl in deli. She helps you on her time not yours not to mention the eye rolling! I love this store. Nice selection of just about everything. Cedar Hill location

Only drawback here is product labeling can be misleading if you are trying to eat a little healthier. Have to read the nutrition list and ingredients. Fat, sugar, sodium etc. Good fresh seafood, beef and pork selection and not over priced.

This is my go to grocery store. They always have my favorite healthy foods, drinks, medicine, baby products, and cleaners. For people who are more conscious about their health and well-being, this is the spot to find what you are looking for. The employees are always nice and love to build a relationship with their customers, which is important to my family. Their bathrooms are also the cleanest in the whole strip, so whenever duty calls you will always feel comfortable knowing they will provide a clean place for you to take care of your business. Best prices on fruits and vegetables; sells some of my best products that some other grocery stores dont carry such as A2 milk, cage free eggs, etc., and best deli sandwich meat ever - garlic and herb sliced chicken breast. Place to go also for fresh nuts and snacks.

A lot on sale today... of course the usual price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. I like Sprouts just fine but I have noticed I have to watch ingredients. They are NOT Whole Foods, where the ingredients are all natural and healthy automatically. Sprouts sometimes has HFCS and food dye in their products, so read labels.

Management made the decision to install a half dozen self check outs and only keep one staffed check out open which never has anyone at it. Basically you have to ring your own stuff up or feel incredibly awkward by asking for someone to check your stuff out like a normal store. Wouldnt shop here if I didnt have a dozen regular weekly items I prefer from the sprouts stores

Super friendly helpful staff and great healthy choices

Great store and products, super frustrating experience with their new check out system. They installed a half dozen self checkouts and now its impossible to get someone to ring your groceries up for you. If i wasnt shopping at Sprouts specifically for the produce it would be a different story but much of what i buy here doesnt have a quick easy way to scan a bar code so it means toggling through their system trying to pick out all the items. If i wanted to ring up grocery orders Id go get a job doing it, how about you consider adding some staff back to help check out customers that dont care to use the new self checkout system?

The produce is good quality but the quality does not even begin to make up for the price point..

I have missed this place so much like a lot I love it its the same store just like the one all the way from Irving Coppell.

Customer service in the deli department is extremely poor. Every encounter Ive had has been a wait and not due to their assisting other clients. My last experience involved my waiting 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the clerk who was on the computer. When I asked if someone else could help me I was told by the other clerk that he was not trained to do that task. The response from the manager was he would speak with the clerk. There was no offer to assist me with my order. There is a culture of indifference toward customers.

Not only does it have great products, but this store has taken measures to ensure the safety of its customers. Thank you Sprouts!

Wide and and wonderful selection of household goods. The meat they have is fresh and free of all those chemicals. You can never go wrong with All Natural and organic foods. They are wats best for our health.

I drive out of my neighborhood to go to Anns because no matter what they have time to help me. I loved Spouts when it first open I could always get help. Please note that this is changed I asked two different people and waited five minutes for help before walking out. Are fruits and vegetables are amazing. I know I know to only go to the store when I can self serve and that would help is needed to find herbal items.

I have shopped at Sprouts in Fort Worth and Keller for years and shopped at the one in Arlington sometimes and all 3 are friendly. They all acknowledge your presence and are smiling and helpful. I now live in Duncanville and shop at this store....huge different in customer service, care, response. The ONLY one who seemed to notice me was the cashier.

Absolutely love Sprouts. Especially during the Wild caught salmon season. The prices on their grass-fed beef are excellent. I love the bulk section as well. From nuts to spices and grains, the variety is endless. Theyve got some sweet treats there too.

Very rude employees one employee even ignored me when I said hello to them and I only said hello because I was getting in their way the only people that were nice were the people in the deli they went out of their way to be nice to me I only went in the store for instacart I will never accept another run for this store because if youre rude that means you dont like your job and if you dont like your job go work somewhere else so somebody that would appreciate that job could make a living I do not recommend this store there is no customer service whatsoever I worked at a grocery store for 10 years if we would have acted like that we would have been in the office getting lectured or written up very bad store experience

Never had a problem here, and I will continue to shop here, but someone beside me showed me that there were some bugs in the nuts. I saw him at the cash register, he said he told the cashier and the manager. 15 minutes later when I was leaving no one had come by yet to do anything about it. I don’t think it’s a big deal but there were multiple bugs going from container to container.

Who’s running this place ?? Children because my experience here was not the best I think everyone in here including the managers need some training in customer service seriously I was trying to locate an item I stopped who I believe to be the manager not sure but I did get her name which was kellie she seemed so uninterested in helping me that she grabbed another employee to assist me as if I was bothering her, plus her attitude wasn’t the best I just don’t understand if you don’t like your job then why work there doesn’t make any sense I will never come back to this location and I hope this store goes through some sort of customer service training
