I thought Walmart was using off hours to stock the store. Today, at 530pm this location was actively stocking. It was hard to move around with pallets in the isles and multiple people shopping around pushing carts. I was able to find most of what I needed, but there several shelves that were empty and out of stock. There were about 6 checkout lines open and every line had 4-6 people. While i can appreciate the effort of getting back stocked up this should have been completed by 5pm when people are just running in after work hoping for a quick shopping experience.

I would normally give a 5. The associate was very professionally and apologetic for the wait time. I received my order correctly other than what was out of stock. My order time and my wait time was delayed. Only 1 person delivering groceries on a busy day. She did the best she could. This store and many others need employees and help. I think in this case the online manager should have taken control and helped her. But no manager answering phones or insite!!!

I am Visiting here in Dallas Texas because of the Death of my Brother only 62yrs old unexpected from Cancer. I live in PA.near Pittsburgh. This Walmart was fine we found the items we needed. But a lot smaller then we are use to. Thank Goodness 😊 for Walmart you can always count on them having the things you need.

I defended this place as convenient to those who hate this company. It’s convenient, but with no one checking out you would think they would just make more self checkout lanes or make the ones they have more convenient. Not going back until they find a way to check you out more quickly. Great method would be just changing the registers you don’t use to self checkout…but I refuse to wait like I did again! And I’m stubborn enough to drive further! This was horrible!

Worst experience with a pick up grocery order ever! I waited in my vehicle for someone to bring out my groceries a very long time. I was charged for items I did not receive and trying to get a refund is almost impossible. Frustrated Customer.

Love them. In a crunch for time. Went in and shopped really fast. They had everything I needed and more. Its hard to go in and get what you need and come out with that item. Thanks! Iove you guys!!

This is a very clean store. With lots to choose from. The people are very nice and helpful. There is always a scooter available to use - which is important to me.

My first time going here, I must say that I liked it. Still using health safeguards, such as masks and sanitizer stations by the baskets. They make sure that the shelves are stocked.

Average Walmart, cant expect to much. This store was better a few months back, now it is under stocked, and what is there, (especially some produce) looks like its been there a while. Weve had to drive further to a different store to get what we need.

Rude, let me say this again RUDE. There is never enough Human Cashiers Available. Machines can not do everything. The MO Counter has Rude People. A nasty person told me I couldnt separate my Money Order Purchases. So I ask, if I go through a Human Cashier and say I am paying separately for some items, would she say she cant do it? She gave me my Money Order. I asked to speak to the manager. Without knowing what the true reason was he started defending his employee without knowledge of what truly happened. I told him that I come every month and no one has ever said anything to me...he said they were not going by the rules...really smh

I like the Neighborhood Walmart because sometimes it’s better to go in and come on out, except when you have to wait in line forever! I feel like after I have come to a Walmart they should have all registers OPEN!! That’s the point of it being small and convenient...right?? Walmart just need to do better. Period.

They are the most friendly people ever. I love their customer service. They remember customers and offer solutions rather than problems. J got prescribed a new medication that was not generic the pharmacist helped me find a coupon that brought the price down to $0.00.

Really wide selection of ready made and made to order food. Wide selection of groceries including lots of gluten free options.

Not good that there were long lines and NO cashiers at 4pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Forcing customers to use self-checkout is unacceptable.

I prefer this Walmart over the bigger one in DeSoto. Its smaller, quieter, and tends to have products the other Walmart ran out of.

During a deadly pandemic, it was incredibly disturbing to see two employees ignoring safety precautions. One was virtually blocking the isle and, despite having a mask nearby, talked without a mask for several minutes, while hinting he was sick! Another employee talked with him casually and completely ignored social distance protocols by standing almost on top of me to talk with the other employee. With steam coming out of my ears I didnt move until she got out of my personal space and he put on his mask.Employees must do better. I wont shop there anytime soon, if again, during this pandemic.

I have been to the neighborhood walmart in a long time. I was on my way to Aldi across the street but they were closed and Walmart was open I was really surprised at the fresh herbs and pre cut veggies it was a great experience I will be back

Do grocery pick up at this location. When the pandemic became a well publicized event and items in various stores were out, this location had several items and allowed pickup which was great. They took their tissue stocks and broke them down into the smallee pre-packaged bundles in the larger packages of tissue and sold those, ensuring customers were able to get some tissue instead of having none. I thought that was a great idea and wished other stores had followed suit.

The only reason I am writing this review is because of the bad customer service provided by this location regarding an issue I have til today since a month ago possibly longer. I called this location to let them know that one of their customer left a shopping cart in the alley way write behind my house. I do not shop at this Walmart I do all my shopping at the regular Walmart. I called them 6 times for the to pick up their cart (I would gladly have taken it BUT I do not have truck). I left the person the exact address of where it was. I called a 7th time and actually spoke with the manager and he also asked for the information that I had already left which tells me he didn’t even bother to review the messages I had left over and over. If this is the kind of customer service they provided to me over the phone I would hate to imagine the type of customer service they provide inside the store. I also received a letter from the city to get the cart out of my property or get a fine.

Best Neighborhood Walmart in the area!

This neighborhood Walmart is conveniently located really close to my house so its nice to run in here if I need something quick. I really like going here vs. the big Walmart. This store is always clean and well stocked. I like that theres no junk in all the middle aisles like the big store. The customer service here is much better too. They are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the produce. It never seems fresh and when I buy it, it goes bad pretty quick.

I came in here simply to grab some alcoholic beverages for our party. Based upon that, they have a great selection to choose from in regards to beers, wine coolers, and wines/champagnes. The prices were pretty much the same as you would find them anywhere else. The self-checkout line was short and the process to make the purchase was quick and easy. The self-checkout attendant was friendly as well. So far so good with my trip, Ill see how it goes on a regular grocery trip and provide an update.
