I called all around fir a storage I finally got in contact with first choice I talked to a lady on the phone who was very nice and she reserved the spot for me then when I went into the office the young lady in there was nicer than nice I felt comfortable with storing my items in their facilityIf some one needs storage units this is the place to goMichell Tadeo

They didnt give me a month free when I moved in, but during the two years Ive been there, my rent has increased a total of $9/month. To be clear I now pay only $9 a month more than I paid when I moved in. That, along with the fact that Ive had no problem with sStorage Choice rates five stars

I have had a small unit at this facility for 5 years. Initially I felt the rate was fair and reasonable, however the monthly rate has increased $20 over the past few years. It seems a little high to me for such a small unit. Im told the rate is adjusted based on local competitor rates. In any event I am super pleased as the management did make a small adjustment to my rate due to my being a long term customer in good standing. The Manager, Michael, is absolutely the best! He is super nice, super helpful, and goes above and beyond with customer service.

This is one of the Best storages ever!!! Mr. Michael the manger is extremely personable and friendly. The site is always clean and have easy access hours. I Highly Recommend Storage Choice and price is not too bad either.

Great Storage facility! Clean, gated, and secure. I needed a temporary storage unit that was a reasonable price and Storage Choice in Cedar Hill matched my needs.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility has security cameras and requires a key code in order to get into and out of the unit facility. I was able to open a unit within the same day of completing all the paperwork. I have been very happy with my time at Storage Choice.

I rented a unit from this place I was given some items and made a run to put in the unit I got in there and my items were wet because the unit was leaking the the garage door on the unit. I filed a claim and it was denied stating standing water. Michael the manager told me the lady from the insurance company told him once water hits the floor it’s considered standing water. I was also told the GM would call me regarding the situation and I NEVER received call. Now I have to replace a lot of my things (some cannot be replaced: my baby’s school pictures, my college and high school diploma and pictures of people who are no longer here). I was just given the run around for help.I was able to move my stuff to another storage unit.

The Storage Choice in Cedar Hill has completely met my storage needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well managed, and clean.

Great price compared to other competitors. Very helpful staff. I reserved online and the staff called me just to ensure me if I wanted to transfer to a unit inside the gates. I didnt realize I reserved an outside unit. I appreciate proactive service.

The online rental process was fast and easy. The facility is clean, well lit and available with my unique pass code 24 hours a day. The manager, Michael was so friendly and helpful. Checking in electronically was extremely convenient. I must admit that finding my unit was somewhat confusing seeing as though they have two separate locations on the same strip but Michael was there on site after hours to direct us to our unit. I actually was locked out of my unit and Michael stopped everything to come assist me.  Ive only been a customer for a few weeks but it appears as if its a great safe place to store your items. Awesome customer service when needed, whether on site or online...easy to do business with!!!

Great service. On-site kiosk if you have to make a late night trip to your storage or need a lock or need to rent a storage. I have never had any problems.

The process was quick and we recieved warm and friendly assistance. We immediately determined the size space I needed and did a quick but detailed walk of the premise. Price is reasonable and there are opportunities to earn credit towards next months rent so you save money. Would use this place again!

Very attentive manager who showed me a unit and gave me all the information I needed to know. Even though this process can be done online, I prefer to do it in person and it was still a simple process and you can get more information with in-person interaction. Very courteous.

My experience beginning with a phone call to the call center was pleasant in an already stressful situation. Phone agents are friendly, personable and overly helpful which was an added plus. Site manager rocks! He has a wonderful balance of professionalism and relatability to each person. His customer service is beyond commendable. My only regret is there is not any climate controlled storages which leaves me great concern for much of my belongings; however, SChoice had the least expensive rentals available during my search in the area.
