Day in line overnight for Founders Edition drop. Management was very helpful with letting is know estimated inventory the night before. They were on time handing out vouchers around 7:30 and the line to purchase started moving at 8. Management even advised where the cards would run out in the line so people didnt wait around for no reason. Probably 150 or more that didnt get cards that didnt have to wait extra time in line to find out. Well done Best Buy, bravo.

The last couple times Ive been here the customer service has been superb thankfully they staffed this location pretty darn well every time I visited to pick up solid state drives and various other parts for my computer repair business on short notice.The team here are very respectful professional and able to find me and get me what I need quick and easy including when they need to get the key to unlock the case to get me certain computer parts components and hard drives.They are also very easy to work with here and being able to pull up my business tax exempt for my computer repair account especially when I forget my Best Buy credit card theyre able to look it up quickly and easily and help me out to get that done

Treated very rudely by the Geek Squad. Ignored warnings from some of my friends and went to use their services. I reported my experience to management and began receiving phony strange emails from The Geeks. My credit card has repeatedly been charged fraudulently by Best Buy. VERY disappointed and frustrated with Best Buy. We pre-ordered two phones... newest model... flip phones. Only one was delivered. I was on hold and spoke with three different people for over an hour and a half, just to tell me my order was canceled. The second phone was cancelled, but I wasnt informed of the cancelation. Ive purchased from other Best Buys with no issues. This experience has lead me to not do business with Best Buy anymore.

Sometimes pricey, sometimes average prices. They have the basics you need.For example in September 2020 or so, my old monitor died. It lasted about 9 years so that rocked. One day I was starting my work day, and my screen wouldnt go on, so I had to go over to Best Buy right away.Best Buy had a larger monitor than the one I had before, which rocks because you can see more and it might help your eyes. It has the unexpected benefit of making some menus and toolbars easier to navigate.I dont go here often, but when I do, they often have what I need.

Seamless online ordering experience! I ordered my wife’s birthday gift last minute. I had ordered from 2 other websites that cancelled my order because this product was so hard to find at this moment. Out of stock everywhere.My Best Buy order was eventually delayed. I was very concerned it would be cancelled like my other orders (at QVC and Ulta Beauty). I had already wasted a week trying to find this product because of those setbacks.I wasn’t sure when my delayed order would arrive. It was supposed to arrive last Thursday but was notified on Thursday it would take longer. It didn’t estimate when. I knew I could contact the store manager and get answers fast, but I decided to wait.While I waited, the product became available from the manufacturer’s website. I was very tempted to cancel my Best Buy order (since I had no idea if it would arrive or not), but the manufacturer website quoted 15 days for delivery, which is not good for my situation (wife’s late birthday gift!)I decided to wait it and glad I did. Two days later my order was ready for pickup. I missed that email and didn’t even see it until Tuesday. I was so thrilled that Best Buy kept its promise even when QVC, Ulta Beauty and Dyson (manufacturer) could not! Best Buy I can’t thank you enough for delivery. Had this product been cancelled I probably would be leaving a zero star review.When I went to the store, I walked inside with my order bar code ready, and it took literally two minutes to pick up. In fact it was so fast, the security guard at the door had to give me a look down like maybe I was running out the door with something I hadn’t paid for!Overall this was a very good experience, even if delayed. Great experience with our sales rep! However, don’t fall for the recommendation of going with the geek squad for tv installation. We waited an extra week because she recommended the geek squad over third parties and they never showed up for the install appointment and didn’t have the decency to even reach out to let us know they wouldn’t be making it. Go with the third party so you can enjoy your new tv sooner. My next review will be for geek squad. They get one star! Support Best Buy not Amazon!

We bought the floor speakers he recommended and also a sub woofer. Top notch sales experience and purchase in a short amount of time. We went in on Friday evening and had such a great shopping experience! Christina helped us find a sound bar that was twice a good as the one we were looking for but for less than twice the price! She suggested we listen to two different options and explained the differences. She asked great questions and had us out in about 20 minutes with a great solution. Our TV sounds great now. She is sweet, friendly and knows her stuff.

Bought a dryer and was happy that they offered free delivery but they could not finish the installation because I needed a 4 prong power chord instead of a 3 prong. I had to drive over to the Best Buy and the salesman stated that the delivery folks usually have the two types available so he just told me to exchange the wrong chord. I TOOK MY RECEIPT to customer service and waited 30 minutes for the return because of an issue with the SKU# on the 3 prong chord. The exchange was processed as a NO RECEIPT RETURN???? and so I was asked to pay for the taxes on the 4 prong chord! I did not have time to argue for $3 so I just paid it and left so I could finish the installation myself! DO NOT trust the sales folks to tell you what you need, DO NOT trust the delivery service (I know why it is free now) and DO NOT trust the customer service folks either. I will not get those 3 hours of my life back!

Amazing experience in Best Buy yesterday. I found the washer and dryer I wanted and wanted to price around after checking reviews. I usually check 3 stores and chose Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy.All good stores. Home Depot was priced pretty well but could not get the dryer for 6 weeks. Lowes had a good price but no appliance person on staff after checking all over the store and with store manager.Walked into Best Buy, didnt have to find staff as I was approached within about 3 minutes. She pulled up the units, in stock in the warehouse and said they could deliver and install them for free in 4 days. They also had the best price and the best price on the install kits. Will update after delivery and install. So far, 5 stars. ...hhhh,like

What we have here is a lack of communication. Ordered June 30, a broken TCL 65” flat screen TV was delivered and installed on July 18. Since nobody tested the set prior to delivery a return was scheduled for August 4. On August 4 the replacement set was delivered but not installed. I called and talked with the Geek Squad manager in Cedar Park around noon to determine the schedule. Had we known the plan we would have asked for it to be delivered and installed on Friday. According to the GS manager, Alex my installation agent, hadn’t rescheduled the installation. Now we are to wait until August 7 to have it installed. It wouldn’t matter but that my home office and dinner table are now unavailable until Friday (see photos). The excuse was the pandemic; however, my wife and I will have had six people enter our home by Friday. Also, the pandemic didn’t prevent GS from communicating with us.

The main point of this review is to give Chris Pena, Sales Supervisor at the Cedar Park location, a SUPERSTAR review!! Our old Samsung refrigerator ice maker broke which ultimately led to the refrigerator losing the ability to cool. I’ll skip the hard part of getting it repaired which didn’t happen. We were finally given coupons to replace it. We tried every which way online and via telephone and nothing worked to get a replacement. Finally, during the COVID crisis, I decided to walk into the store as a last resort. I was pretty despondent. Then, Chris Pena, came to the rescue. He listened very intently and compassionately and kicked into amazing action. It was something to witness. We got my husband on the phone and then Chris’ fingers started flying on the keyboard. He asked many key questions and before we knew it, he had our new refrigerator ordered, a delivery date within a few days (online it was going to be over a month), the ability to keep our old refrigerator, got our coupons entered (it took a few phone calls which I would’ve never been able to achieve) and gave us a great deal on a service agreement. I couldn’t believe it!! Sure enough, we had it delivered quickly (& the delivery workers, John and Edgar, were very good too!). I will be forever grateful to Chris because we had 5 people, including a 94 year old and an 8 year old grandkid, living in our home and with the state of affairs it’s been difficult. Chris Pena was a breath of fresh air and restored our faith in Best Buy!!! Thanks a million Chris!! We’ll always remember your kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness!!!

I visited this store to return a HP printer last month (holiday gift).I chose to leave feedback due to the way I was treated by a manager and another male staff member who seemed to go out of their way to unnecessarily ruin my evening. There was an issue regarding the geek plan I had purchased. In the end I dont care about that; it had everything to do with the customer service. The manager treated me rudely, was condescending, impatient with what appeared to be no time (on his part) to answer questions that I had. This has made me reflect on where I want to put my money as I try to be conscience where I shop. I would encourage other people to use other retailers in the area whom might need the business more as this store did not appear to have that problem. At least the manager acted like such.I also have that managers name and choosing not to say so. Rather than shame an individual, I would hope this would make senior management address what appears to be a serious workplace culture issue within the store (potentially company).

I usually have a great experience in this store but yesterday I went in 45 minutes before closing to inquire about a new cell phone for my business and was turned away because there wasnt enough time left before closing and told to just come back tomorrow at 10 for help. I could go on with the rest of this conversation but it was rude, poor customer service, and ridiculous to be told to leave because a store was closing in 45 minutes. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day but it was enough to cause me to send my business elsewhere. Beware Best Buy, all it takes it one employee like that to ruin the experience for many customers!

This review is related to Appliances, but since it’s inside Best Buy, my receipt said Best Buy, it’s managed by Best Buy, and it shows up in my Beat Buy purchases on the website—it’s Best Buy.It’s been a long time since I was so badly screwed over by a business. The short version: they messed up my order and held a few thousand dollars of my money hostage for over two and a half weeks.We went to great lengths to choose kitchen appliances that were currently in the warehouse and available for delivery. The first two sales people were so clueless about their products that we politely moved around until we found someone who could answer questions. After an hour of him checking availability on specific products, we finally checked out and paid for everything including delivery/installation. We were given a date and time range. The money was of course instantly gone from our account. Over the next few days we kept getting alerts that our delivery time or date was different. Each time we called and waited on hold to speak with someone to correct it. Finally the day before delivery, we got an email saying there was a delay and to call them to reschedule. After speaking with a few different people in India we were told it would be another two weeks until delivery. We politely asked to cancel the order and get a refund, and the lady said ok. Another few days go by, and the Best Buy website still says “refund pending”. Called and waited on hold again and finally spoke with another person across the globe. They said the “refund was on hold”. Why? No idea. This time they said they’d process the refund that the last person had promised to do. Waited another four days, and the money FINALLY showed up in our account almost THREE WEEKS later. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again, let alone their internal outsource company, Pacific.

Super nice guy, really new his stuff on TVs, Sonos, etc. bought 2 TVs, and came back to store and waited on his help for additional things. It took at least 20 minutes before anyone asked if I needed any assistance. Came in looking for batteries, an air fryer and a chromecast. Batteries are in the back corner of the store with car audio! Who designs a store like that? The only helpful employees were in the computer department and front lane checkout.No help in the home theater department, but I only saw 1 employee there. Appliances department completely ignored us while sitting at their computer. Looked in that department for at least 10 minutes and made eye contact with two lazy employees in PAC sales. This company is ruining itself by cutting the good employees, and keeping the bad ones since they are cheaper. DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY.

I had an issue trying to price match an item that we had bought a few days ago. My wife contacted Best Buy via the online support center, at first they stated it would be no problem but the next day we received another email stating we didn’t qualify for the price match. They then informed my wife we could physically return the item and repurchase it. In most cases this would not be a big issue except this was a new range/stove. This seemed like it was going to be a big hassle but before I did all that extra work I decided to go to the store and speak to a representative and that’s when I met Chris Linville. Chris understood that that was a lot of extra work for the same end result, long story short Chris & manager Jason were easy to work with and more than willing to help. I walked in to the Cedar Park BB, found a BB employee to help me get what I needed and I was on my way in a few minutes. Great service.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had great interactions with the employees. They are not only friendly and helpful, but very knowledgeable as well. This level of customer service is often hard to find at “big box stores.” The prices are competitive as well which is a big plus for me! During Covid19 they were very accommodating to the customer and were inventive in how to keep the doors open to the public.
