Staff has gotten better about helping you in the last couple of years. Always enjoy going in there
Richard in hardware at the Cedar Park,TX store was AWESOME! He went above & beyond.... super friendly & very helpful! They had 2 of the tool boxes pictured, but neither one had a set of keys. He took time to call other stores to see if they had the same box WITH the keys, but in the end, he took $30 off the price...I couldnt be happier! The keys are available from Amazon, btw! Overall a great shopping experience!
Building materials have skyrocketed and due to the lack of truck drivers that dont want to be an experiment that get fired, along with the other supply chain issues created by the crazies in office right now might as well forget about DIY projects, oh you want to build a new deck yourself?? Sorry thatll cost about 12k. Lets get these jokers out of office so we can go back to being America the brave, not America the ashamed.
I definitely like the store. Great products and great employees. Do you need help, they are there when you need them. Also very clean bathrooms.
Horrible customer service. These employees dont want to lift a finger to do simple tasks, like their jobs. They also have horrible phone etiquette, simple checking on statuses and stock doesnt mean put the customers on for an hour, just to hang up in them.
Love home depot. They have everything I need and are the cheapest that I have found. Can actually find knowledgeable staff.
One of the worst customer services ever. We walked for a good 20 mins from one aisle to another before we could find someone to help us out. I mean why have such a huge store when you have no one to take care of customers. You must know that a lot of customers don’t know Home Depot product locations and aisles at the tip of their fingers!!! Hence customer service is utmost importance. Basics!!! We finally found one arrogant and self entitled kid who thought it was not his job to help us and he sounded like he was doing us a favor and he was forced to do the job he was hired to do!!! Incredulous to see Home Depot stoop to this level of customer service. Loved shopping at Home Depot in Columbus but since moving to Austin, it’s only been a disappointment.
I received the TV Cabinet on the one date that I would not be home! I am a Senior & could not carry it in. This was Not the original date it should have been delivered to me, but Home Depot sent me an email that, It Was Out For Delivery!I called Home Depot Customer Service & after examining my problem-That The Cabinet Would Be Left Outside On My Porch, Because I Couldnt Be There To Let Them In-I was connected to a Resolution Rep, who said, Not My Problem, she connected me to UPS and Hung Up!!!UPS then Rescheduled my Delivery for the following Tuesday, which was the original date, and charged Me for the change! When I got home that evening, my 100+ pound box was outside on my porch.I called UPS & there was nothing they could do about it. After receiving this package Damaged/See Photos, I decided to Cancel! The Home Depot Customer Service Rep was Not Concerned Or Apologetic & quickly processed My Return! I had spent over $700 on my order & Home Depot C/S could have cared less!! I still like shopping in Home DepotRetail Stores-everyone is always so helpful & great-but Ill Never Order Online Again! I did tell the original C/S lady that & she just said, Okay! I am so sad & disappointed in the way I was treated.I hope Home Depot makes some changes to their Delivery Process thats more helpful & kind toTheir Customers!!
Horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery. Got confirmation it would be delivered. Never received. Called store and they said they don’t update customers after an order is placed if they can’t deliver or if items are out of stock…so they just expect customers to wait around thinking something is getting delivered and it’s not. I’ll stick with Lowe’s.
A BBQ Pit was mismarked at $469 and they would not sell it to me at the posted price. The original price was $569.That was from the guy in charge of the barbecue pits.I was in retail long ago and anytime a price was on a item, thats what I sold it for.Its called keeping your word, just like you would honor a handshake.Thats why you have to employ responsible people.
Home Depot you got to love them the people are extremely friendly being in the customers and the helpful hardware people not ace but Home Depot helpful hardware people are always extremely knowledgeable about any project youre working on in my case they actually referred me to 1500 watt generators to Harbor Freight which really tells you their honesty and integrity business values
Love this place come here all the time very helpful.Shout out to nick with Ryobi very helpful informative and definitely a good representative for the company! Glad to keep sticking with their product line
Cashier was super nice and it wasnt crowded. Good c look meaning products too. Got a bunch of stuff for 20 bucks.
Not impressed with how they are keeping there shelves stocked. As in not
One of the better Home Depot’s in the area. Polite staff, clean store, carts pulled in. Nice place to shop.
John in flooring was VERY, VERY, VERY helpful! We live in Pflugerville, but the drive was worth it!
Very nice employee helped us find the beverage fridge we wanted and brought it down from the very top shelf.
Nice big Home Depot. What more could you want?
Generally we got great service, Tom was great very knowledgeable and available for clients. Dorothy in appliances was helpful as well.
What a wonderful place. The people there are so helpful and nice. My favorite Home Depot.
Always neat and tidy, friendly employees, everything usually in stock, healthy garden center and cute plants. Was having a bad day today but Barbara put a big smile on my face when I was checking out of the store earlier. Thanks for great customer service.
Very neatly organized. The lawn center though seems kind of small. I dont usually go to the Hine depot for anything. I just was browsing.
I was very pleased with the great customer service by Mary in appliances and actually purchased a new Refrigerator today. You see I had stopped by Lowes just before and was treated very rudely by the sales associate there. I should have known better and will be shopping exclusively at HD from now on.
Not well cared for. Products are a bit jumbled. It was also hot as heck in the building!
Lot of home stuff and staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely good place for plants during spring season and they also have lot of seeds for planting. Lot of equipment for decorating and stuff.
Home Depot is a huge store with lots of stuff spread all over the place so you end up walking from one end of the store to the other for any given project. The Cedar Park Home Depot is no different. On the upside, they typically have everything you need for your home or garden project including tool, trailer, and truck rental. Ive never had a problem with the quality of products purchased at Home Depot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable when you can find them and Ive never had an issue with their return policy.
Good as far as home Depot goes but every HD needs more employees
Tool rental was a little slow on the drop off, but they were very friendly, and didnt try to charge me extra because it took them awhile to get to me. Only two people working there, and had a lot of drop offs after the weekend.
Like usual no help no cares give me your money and go at least thats the way I feel
Clean store. Well stocked. Staff qvery help×ful. Online inventory tracking was accurate. Found exactly what I needed in the aisle and bin indicated in the app. Was very pleased with my ability to get what I needed and get out. Nice store.
The store is labeled and I could find what I was looking for very quickly. Was in and out in less than 5 mins.
Home Depot rocks. Lowes not so much. Im being kind. 🐱
I went here because it was closer then the other home improvement store, but they didn’t have what I needed
Very well for a store to have 2 to 6 people in each row. And have your people out in force helping all.
Veterans discount! They just didnt have the wood I needed. 1x6x8 redwood for exterior door trim.
Yesterday I had missed placed my phone in Home Depot some one had found it in the parking lot and decided to keep it for themselves. Because of the diligence and sincere desire to help me find my phone Home Depot continued to call it which helped me identify the person that took it. He claimed he was going to return it to me but all he would’ve had to do was take it back in to Home Depot and give it to customer service. Anyhow, I was able to track my phone 20 miles away to the gentleman‘s place of employment at some secure bank related company that I will not name. The diligence and care exhibited by the employees at the Home Depot last night helped me track, locate and eventually with the help of Georgetown police retrieve it.Today I had to make several visits to the Home Depot to try to match some material for a home remodel job and every department that I had to go to knew exactly what I needed and where I needed to find it it was the best and most efficient trip I’ve ever had at home improvement store. This place rocks and as well-managed. They have a team of people that truly care and go way above and beyond and this is the only Home Depot I will shop at and I will never go to Lowe’s or any competitors simply because of how I’ve been treated here.
Associates are very helpful. Store was well lit and clean.
Clean store where we could find everything we were looking for at a reasonable price.
Good pricing, selection. But service has really gone downhill. The on line pick up totally will take you more time than to shop and checkout yourself. Have tried several times only to get wrong and substituted items. Would not recommend.
Had what I needed and was able to find it quickly. Some breakers were mixed up, so had to dig a little. In and out quick.
Unfortunately this Home Depots staff isnt knowledgeable about where things are within their store. My husband walked across the store two times because he was told by a garden center worker to go to construction to find what he needed and then told by the construction area worker to go to garden center. This happened twice because they both insisted the other didnt know what they were talking about. He then found out the item was in the garden center (where he first went) but all inventory was in stockroom. After all this the worker couldnt find the item and he had to leave empty handed. This has happened two other times where we cannot find products or the workers dont know where they are. We usually shop the Round Rock store at least twice a month and never have this problem. Must be management or a training error.
I bought a refrigerator from here on 12-1-2020 for a Black Friday sale and put my address as my residence in Georgetown. Due to a sudden job change, I’m having to move to another area on 2-28-2021. So I asked back in January if they could change my delivery address for the appliance. After jumping some hurdles, they said I was actually approved for a address change, and would have my refrigerator delivered to my address in College Station on 3-1-2021. On 2-24-2021, Jennifer (The Home Depot Appliance Manager) called and told me that the process for the address change was missed and that now my refrigerator can only be delivered to Georgetown now (after I have already moved to College Station). So the only alternative was for me to either come back to Georgetown, pick up my refrigerator and transport it back to College Station and install it myself (ALSO I’D BE LIABLE FOR ANY DENTS OR DAMAGE TRANSPORTING IT MYSELF), or I can cancel the order and buy a new refrigerator to get delivered to College Station. Only problem is that the earliest I can get a refrigerator is in April now (I’ll be without a fridge for almost 1.5 months).Home Depot messed up badly on this process, and made absolutely no attempt to help me solve this issue that they created. They inconvenienced me very badly, and I will absolutely NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot ever again. Just want to let you know that the Appliance Department at this location, and the Manager (Jennifer) were absolutely no help, and I would not buy an appliance from here.
This store is in Cedar Park. I dunno why but it feels bigger than some of the other stores I visit. I didnt see any staff when I was looking for a certain screw but I ended up finding it. Clean and organized, good place.
The sales associates and the rest of the staff really strive to get me what I need everytime I visit
I love shopping here too! Nice selection of flowers and garden needs.
I came here because the nursery looked very appealing from outside. To my disappoinment everything was pretty empty and dead. I left empty handed.
Love using the Home Depot website before I go 1) it tells me if what I need is in stock and 2) it tells me exactly where in the store it is. I also dont mind a wander around the store and asking an employee, they are always friendly and willing to help at this store. Ive been going here nearly 15 yrs and Ive never had a bad experience.
While this store has a lot of good employees always ready to help, This one person at the paint section in particular has been rude to me at the same time being good to others. Multiple times he has sighed whenever I approach him. I am not sure what about me bothers him. He straight forward denies from helping me out. When I take him a sample of cabinet and ask if he knows it’s pine or oak wood, he says it’s cheap wood
Hi Google map to where I needed to go let me know what was ahead of me and I have no problems getting
Its home depot. Bonus points for catching a glimpse of this truck!
They made my purchases for a home remodeling project efficient and exciting.
My sister and I wanted to say a big thank you to Juan who helped us today on December 19, 2020 (around 3pm). We were struggling to find a cleaning product that my sister beforehand called to check its availability, and Juan was very kind and helped us find it after some intensive searching (it was still in boxes!!) Thank you Juan!
Always have the materials that I make a living with. The staff is knowledgeable and makes time for an old hand.
Wow, so kind staff, good prices and good product assortment
Found the irrigation items I needed and spoke with a couple looking to but a drill/driver set. Discussed the various brands and recommended Dewalt 12v max.
Just went with my spvsr to grab some materials. Im looking to eventually buy some land & put a house up on it. Ill definitely be shopping here often when that day comes. Employees are super polite, knowledgable, and you can tell that theres a friendly environment. This store has everything you could probably imagine for any home remodel.
Good group of employees willing to help. I enjoyed the selection of refrigerators and feel I am now ready to make a decision on one.
Super friendly and informative staff. Also had free face masks for the customers whom forgot theirs. Courtesly displays a sign about required marks wearing in the store. On another note the syore is clean well stocked abd fair prices. Happy shopping
Don’t come to this store if you need a door. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to price a door. No one in millwork, no one at customer service, and the Pro “desk” was a joke. I walked out to find a place that wants my business.
I entered the garden center not wearing a mask and was greated by an employee saying dude mask! Im a 60 year old man not a dude! She obviously wasnt paying attention to her training and knows nothing about customer service!
Bought some stepping stones and laid a new walkway. Looks great.
Josh tried very hard to help me find the product I was looking for, but Home depot did not have it in stock. The people here are great. The staffing at alk home depots sucks. They run such a thin staff, if you ever need help be prepared for your visit to take hours.
Use the app, it will give you exactly what aisle and bays your items are in. Friendly employees.
Always fun to go Home Depot. Always get what I need.
John in Flooring went above and beyond to help me choose my flooring and determine availability at multiple Home Depots in two different states. He personally made calls when thr information wasnt available online snd stayed on hold for a very long time on one call. He helped me accomplish my goals in a very friendly, professional manner and I cant tell you how much that meant to me. Great job!!!
Picked up an online order and had a return. I usually use curbside pickup which I love, always quick & easy, great service, but I had the return so went inside. Brandi helped us and she gave us great customer service. Very friendly and quick service. In and out in this pandemic is very important to me as my husband is high risk. Thank you to Brandi a wonderful frontline essential worker! God bless.
It had everything I needed!!👉 FYI 👈 all of the checkout spots are at the end with the lumber.
I wish I would remember the gentlemans name that helped me find string lights. He worked in the lighting area at 6:30pm on Thursday, 11.5. He was awesome! Plugged different string lights in until I found the right one. What an amazing customer service for a hardware store!
*** Only for the Paint Section***Paint section at this store needs serious improvement.Half of the staff there have attitude and ego problems. Not even willing to help.I asked a novice question like how much i would need for a 300 squarefeet area and the lady was i dont know and asked me if i had any questions.Didnt even bother to listen ..when i was asking another question she cut the conversation and was checking her phone. Not going to this paint section again..rest of the store seems ok.Good interactions or help from garden section and online order team. Please dont buy paint here unless you are ok talking with some serious attitude issue folks.
The equipment rental department has many options. The staff is helpful and the rental process is easy and reasonably priced. Any issues with the equipment rental have always been resolved with ease.
Found what I needed quicklyCheckout was fast
The early morning trip to Home Depot felt familiar.. I was greeted at the door with a warm and friendly hello and good morning...I was emotionally relieved. Good job Home Depot👏
Had fun buying plants this time.
Got there early while the new crop garden seeds were plentiful. I would like a few more types of tomatoes but otherwise nice selection.
They had exactly what I went for like it said online.
Good prices and almost have everything I need
As long as you dont need any help, its all good here. Great prices and selection. Minimal staff.
It was a terrible experience. I was harrassed by three employees that didnt like the way I was wearing my mask. They were not wearing eye protection or gloves and we touching my credit card, my receipt and even the $650 product that I purchased. It seems that all of the Home Depot employees are not only medical experts but they seem to also be practicing attorneys spouting Texas law to customers. Nothing more fun than having two 19 year old casheirs and one floor manager teaming up on a customer trying to purchase a gift for my daughter while I was in town visiting. Home Depot needs to question weather having employees standing in the middle of the store arguing with customers is a good customer service policy.
Not a bad experience. Just cautiously shopping. Too many people are acting like everything is normal and it is not! The virus is still out there and everyone needs to realize they are not immune unless they have been tested for antibodies superheros. Otherwise, you or someone you know or have been around could have it and give it unknowingly! Customer service was great! Just wish they would make sure all employees are protected.
Nice shopping experience. Good in-stock s.
Great products and prices but hard to find help
This five star review is for Mr. Lynn Bennett. I was looking for a post hole digger and the one I wanted was out of stock. I was left between choosing a “budget friendly” option and getting one from the rental department. Something in my body language must have signaled I wasn’t happy about it because Mr. Bennett approached and asked how many posts I would be digging, when I told him, he agreed that the budget friendly option wasn’t the way to go (speaking from his personal experience). He checked the stock and confirmed the one I had wanted was out. On his advice I said I would probably get one from the rental department.About 20 minutes and a few detours later I was in the rental department getting ready to check out when Mr. Bennett arrived with a third quality option he had located (mind you the rental department is on the complete opposite side of the store from the garden area where he was working). The staff at this location are abnormally helpful and customer oriented for most big box stores. I always have a pleasant experience so management must be doing something right, but Mr. Bennett really hit it out of the park. He anticipated and cared about my needs and followed up by going out of his way to make sure I was able to get my project done with the best tool possible. After 10 hours of chunking through limestone, I’m very thankful!
Wonderful people waiting to you great food and service
PLEASE COME TO LEANDER, I WILL VISIT YOU EVERYDAY...I PROMISE!!! I live 5 mins from Lowes but drive an extra 20 mins just to shop at The real home improvement store!!!
They had what I wanted . I bought it. Im happy.
Very few cabinets to choose from, which is why we went. This location doesnt staff anyone to help in the design center. We were told to go to a different location in Georgetown. We went to Lowes instead. The guy that did check on us wasnt wearing his bask as he was talking with us.
My favorite Home Depot. Really busy today.
A bit of delay trying to get help, but eventually arrived. Rarely go to the HD, but they had tools that I wanted. Cashier was helpful with my purchases. All in all a good experience.
Someone helped me right away as i was shopping for a cooktop stove. Only disappointment is that it will take a month to have the item delivered and installed.
At. At Home Depot I was surprised at the # of young men working there. The one I encountered & asked about the location. of 4x4x8treated posts talked with his back to me as he showed me to the aisle ( 2 over & on the other end) where they definately were not in stock. Good exercise.Gone are the days of retired plumbers, carpenters, &other tradesmen, whose sage advise was coupled with the courtesy of looking at the one he was speaking with,( not to ).And with more relevance than proof that he knew what he had told me was true & we had to go on a stroll so I could see for myself. & I am not even from Missouri, the show me state.
I usually have great experience at your store. However this past trip, not the case. I was in the garden center shopping. I went to look at the flowers out past the gate with my cart. When trying to come back in I was told I would have to walk all the way around to the front ...again.I understand having rules because of Covid, but can common sense also be used? If I have a cart and havent paid I am obviously still shopping. So why would I have to walk all the way around again. The young lady working also was extremely rude.
Simply everything I need.
Sometimes I have to ask for stuff and often am not given correct location, so is a challenge, but usually have what an looking for. They did not have an adjustable fan leaf rake. Nor large bottles of vinegar.
