I really want to love CP Nissan because the service advisors are very professional and personable. However, over the last three service trips, I have needed to return shortly after for follow up. The first incident was me purchasing tires and when I picked up my car, there was a flat tire. I had to leave my car another night at the dealership and it resulted in me having to change plans due to me not having my vehicle. The second time I had my routine oil change and air filter change. I took my car home only to see my oil was leaking. I had to return my car which resulted in my car being at the dealership another day. The last incident occurred two months after the second referenced in which I had another oil change (it wasn’t due yet) but was recommended because of the other repair I had done. I had to return yet again for another service which resulted in me waiting at the deal for over 2 hours. I understand the service industry is greatly impacted with shortages but it is also very challenging getting a hold of anyone for questions. Jimmy Mathwig was by far the best at keeping me in the loop. It seems things are very unorganized and chaotic so perhaps they can’t keep up with the demand. I’m in the process of looking for a new car and due to these experiences I’m afraid Nissan won’t be in the running.

Got an appointment same day(Wednesday). I got in immediately and a service tech was with me within a minute. Told him what I needed and he told me expectations and took my car. They have a nice waiting area but I had a ride home. They had my car finished within 2 hours. The place was clean and nice, and so were the people.

Got a coupon for an oil change so came here, and they also took care of a couple of warranty issues that Id forgotten about. Zane got me signed in and let me know there were a couple of other, non-pressing issues that would cost a good bit more than I was willing to spend at the moment, but I will probably be back for those services.The waiting room is huge and nicely spaced, and there are soda and coffee machines available. Everyone, customers and employees, was masked. There were a lot of sensory inputs, with music on the PA system, a TV blaring a cooking show, and another screen with Nissan adverts, but I managed to drown them out with earphones. That much noise really is NOT necessary, though.Although Zane had warned me that the oil change and warranty issues would take upwards of two and a half hours, I was out of there within 90 mins or so, which was a nice surprise. They even put my license plate on the rear of the car, although I need to go back for the front one since they didnt have the necessary frame. I highly recommend Cedar Park Nissan for service, helpfulness, and friendliness!

I scheduled an appointment and my husband took our suv for an oil change on Wed and ever since it has been leaking oil. Whoever did the oil change didnt do it correctly and didnt close the lid properly because oil is leaking all over my driveway. Thank you.

Has been a rough experience working with Nissan. They have really good management however service was a bit jank. I agreed to a quote for service came back next day and my checkout price had more then doubled.... The service rep claimed I said to fix everything.. So instead of fixing the quote i approved somehow they assumed that I said ya find anything wrong with the car and let me know the price after the work is done.......Long story short manger took responsibility for doing unauthorized work and we settled on original asking price. You may say well you got free repairs, well I was threatened that they would just take the car back in the shop and strip all the parts off... The tone changed completely when the manager showed up.. So again good management but some fishy stuff doing unauthorized work.

Whenever I take my car here there is always something that goes wrong. This time they damaged my steering wheel. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them, I have yet to speak with someone about fixing the damage they’ve caused. I really tried to make it work with Cedar Park Nissan, but they don’t want to work with me. I won’t be coming here again.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by sales rep Edwardo Flores Immediately. He was absolutely the most courteous and accommodating salesperson I have ever encountered. He spent most of the day with us, helping my granddaughter find the car of her dreams. My daughter was lost and couldn’t find the dealership to meet us. He even took us to find and meet her on the road. To say he was amazing would be an understatement. Although we are from Waco, he has definitely earned a repeat customer from our family. Thank you for making it happen and thank you to Warren for his work with my daughter Great company to work with.

Tony Bain was courteous as were the other service people in the shop.My main disappointments were1. I scheduled my appointment for Wed at 7am. But they werent able to have a diagnostic started until 7am the next day. Why book an appointment is you dont have people available to look at the vehicle?2. A part was ordered, to arrive there the next day. When the package arrived the next day, though the package showed the correct part, the part that was in the box was incorrect. This caused an additional day delay.If we werent in a pandemic, having my vehicle unavailable for 4 days would have had me livid. I was still upset over the delays. They honored my coupon for $200 off so that helped

Today May 13, 2020 at 1:15 PM I called service and asked if there were any specials for oil change. The lady who answered gave me a price which I thought was good and I wanted to schedule an appointment. She offered 1:30, 1:45 and 2:00 pm, I scheduled my appointment for 1:45 she also asked me if was going to leave the car or wait. I said I will wait because I live in Leander and I had no choice. I got there at 1:40 and went in to see the service advisor. He said the wait time was 2 to 3 hours, I questioned why was I not told of that when I scheduled the appointment and he said that they should have told you, sorry! Sorry doesnt help when I drove all the way from Leander to this Dealership. They should have told me of wait time when I mentioned that I was going to wait.From Cedar Park Nissan parking lot I called service again to complain, this time the lady who answered asked me if I had asked the previous person about the wait time? Really! They should tell me the wait time when I say I was going to wait while oil change was taking place.Both the ladies who answered my calls were sweet so sweet that honey was dripping from their mouth. It is the managers who are the culprits.I have been buying Nissan since the were called Datsun. Town North Nissan was good for a long time. Then a new service manager came and the service went down hill. My first visit at Cedar Park was OK but my last visit on 9/24/19 I was ripped off. And today, forget it.

Arrived at 10AM as I had previously scheduled for an oil and filter service and Im still here at 2:20 PM. I was told over the phone that my service would take around 2hrs. But when I arrived on time, at 10, I was told 2.5hrs. Which I was okay with an extra 30 minutes. Now almost 4.5 hrs into it, Im still waiting for my oil change service to be completed. I bought my car here at Cedar Park Nissan..if you guys cant meet scheduled service times perhaps just tell customers that we should leave our vehicle instead of waiting. Very disappointed with my first service experience.I understand that things will take a bit longer these days with Covid19 but over 4hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Felt like I was being punished for waiting.

My car went this location for oil change and the lady told me 2 to 2.5 hours wait time early in the morning at 7:00 am when the service was opened. They open service center at 7:00 having an appointment is also no good. My car was ready in 45 mins but they did not give me the car till 2.5 hours. I spoke to the associated and he said I’m working on it but he was not even ready to listen to me what I’m saying. He was very arrogant.
