I usually always have a positive experience at all lensecrafters, but not today. I desperately needed a pair of glasses and the representative was nothing but rude. I can tell she was tired, but as a store manager myself, I know that is not the way to talk to a loyal customer. She did not let me finish telling her my situation and was quick to tell me no. I will be finding another place to get my glasses. I tried calling customer service and they could not help me either. Very disappointed.

I had a very positive experience at the Lakeline Mall location in Cedar Park. This was the first time I had visited this location. The young man at the front desk was friendly and promptly performed the initial tests with no wait time. The optometrist was efficeint and also friendly. He instilled confidence in his ability to provide an accurate eye perscription. All questions and concerns were answered. I will continue using this office location.

I saw Dr. Matthew Lubeck for the first time and he is by far the best and most knowledgeable eye Dr. I have seen in my life (I am 59 years old). He took the time to fully explain all facets of the exam, why my eyes behave like they do and the health of my eyes. I highly recommend him and his office, it was an 11/10 experience for me.

Lety fixed several pairs of my broken sunglasses glasses for free and she was so kind and helpful! Will definitely come back here if the need arises!

Id been meaning to get new glasses for awhile but was forced to do it quickly when the earpiece to my current pair broke. Id always had good experiences at LensCrafters where I used to live so decided to check out the ones in my new neighborhood. The service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable (no attempt to talk me into frames, extras I didnt want--not like another well known chain has done to me in the past). I had my examination (next door) and ordered my glasses around noon, had lunch and went to a movie, and returned just before five for my new glasses.

Went in for a simple plastic frame adjustment one evening. Didnt notice until next morning that the heat damaged my anti reflection coating. Went back and they said they covered the lenses and they didnt cause the damage. I asked how it could have happened, they shrugged. Best resolution they offered was new lenses at 20% off. Horrible customer service. Didnt care about my complaint. Dont waste your time and money. I just through $300+ down the drain because of employee incompetency.EDIT: After having to contact LensCrafters corporate customer care with the complaint, I was able to work with the general manager to get the problem resolved and the lenses replaced at no cost to me. LensCrafters customer care I give 5 stars, they were phenomenal. The GM I give 5 stars as he resolved the problem promptly. However the general situation is a 1 star as their floor personnel were zero help and I had to jump through all these hoops to get this resolved.

I desperately needed my glasses adjusted. I asked if that would ok even though I didnt purchase my glasses at that location. I was assured that it would not be a problem and my glasses were adjusted amazingly. Ruby is super awesome and it was a great experience!

Let me start off with the 4 stars are (ONLY) for Mr. Dave who had assist us.The eye exam dept. gave us a very hard time. Treated us for a prescription and a damaged eye. But all we left with was info on how to treat the damaged eye. (by letting it heal on its own). We couldve stayed home and figured that out for free. So we then went next door to window shop for glasses, and ran into the lovely Mr. Dave. He was Patient, Polite and Very Informative. He worked his magic and we were able to get a pair of lovely glasses. Thanks Mr. Dave. You are awesome!!!!

Definitely will not going back to this location. The associate attitude changed 180 degrees from friendly to rude just because I denied to purchase insurance with my new glasses. The worst part is she set me up with a display frames, knowing that I wasnt interested in getting insurance. Not to mention that I purchased almost $300 worth of frame. I have worked in retail, when you sold something, you get them a new inventory, not a display model. AND if you did give them a display model, then the frame price should be reduced. This is so far the shadiest glasses store Ive ever been. The doctor was nice, though, still that does not cover the associates attitude and fraud.

Told my lenses were ready, went there, told me they sold them. reordered the lenses.told my reordered lenses were ready, went there, told to wait one hour. said ill wait in my car.one hour later got a call saying the lenses dont fit. asked why not. told they just dont. asked again what happened. told they just dont fit. asked two more times what happened. never got an answer.went back inside. another girl said they ordered the wrong lenses, even after it took the girl one and half hours to measure my frames.total incompetence at this location all around!!!

I ordered new frames and lenses in the store, however, after I ordered them and before they gave them to me, they adjusted the corners with metal pliers and scratched the paint off! Then, the manager at the Cedar Park, TX, location told me they couldn’t “reorder” them and they were no longer available (however I see them online at LensCrafters!). The frames were beautiful (before the scratching), and the manager and the person working at the cedar park location were very off par. The manager didn’t even come out to talk to me until long afterwards when I was about to leave. Horrible. Worst service ever! Do not go here.

Understaffed and an employee by the name of Gilda or some name with a G was not the most polite

Ways told my glasses would be in 7 to 10 days. When I called to check on their arrival I was told it could be up to 21 days

I went into this location on 8/18 twice. The first time I walked in I was helped by Chris. I asked him for an estimate for a pair of glasses for my son. I was upfront and told him that I did not want any of the extra add ons including the polycarbonate lenses. Chris immediately told me that Lens Crafters does not sell lenses without the polycarbonate for children under 16. I know my rights as an insurance carrier and also as a mom who has purchased glasses for her kids for the past 4 years. I was not willing to argue with Chris there and then, so I left.I went home and contacted the customer care to confirm what I already knew. They informed me that they will sell lenses without the polycarbonate as long as I signed a waiver and that additionally the age this policy pertains to is for children under 12, not 16 as stated by Chris. The customer care told me that I was more than welcome to call back if the store continued to bite back about the issue.I went back later that evening prepared to put up a fight. Chris was still there but chose to ignore us and even skipped over us in line to help someone who came in after us.In steps Adrian. I told Adrian that we were not going to pay for polycarbonate and that his coworker had misspoke about the policy, per the customer care associate I spoke with. Adrian automatically apologized for the misinformation given by Chris and told me the same info customer care gave us in that we did not have to purchase the polycarbonate.From there our experience was a breeze. Adrian was patient, answered our questions, provided additional info about the options and got our insurance benefits right the first time.Me and my husband are so grateful for all his help. I am also grateful to the customer care line that was willing to back up their customer.Hopefully Chris will receive the proper training in customer service and brought up to speed on the corporate policies. If not, at least its good to know that he has the support of someone awesome like Adrian!

Well my experience was great because the last time I was at lenscrafters was 6 years ago today but anyway the glasses i had purchased were Ray Ban sunglasss but I had my lenses put in they were the photo grey transitional witch means they turn dark when the UV rays hit the lenses but anyways the tint on my glasses all of sudden started to peal off

I have had glasses from here for the last 4 years with no issues/complaints. The few times I had problems with my glasses I took them in and was fixed and out the door within minutes. I purchase the extended warranty which gives free replacement within the first year if anything happens to my glasses.

I came into the lakeline mall lenscrafters about 3:45 on thursday, 3-24-11, with my daughter and son, who is 7, and needed his glasses adjusted. After waiting 15 minutes we were finally greeted. Just as I told the scruffy man with the hoop earrings that my son needed his glasses adjusted his attitude shifted and he became quite short and indignant with my son and I telling him sternly to sit still in the chair and rudely criticizing him in front of two other ladies, saying WHAT did YOU do to YOUR GLASSES, boys will be boys!. After literally one second of examination, he exclaimed I cant fix these! HE broke the screw out of the NOSE PIECE!. THERES NOTHING I CAN DO! and wouldnt even take a second look. All too eager to help the ladies behind us.Now, if this is how you help a growing family that will need glasses for years to come and who bought four pair of glasses from the lakeline mall lenscrafters exactly one year ago, and probably need new ones now, let me know asap so I can promptly take my business elsewhere. Is this the kind of sales clerk you really want representing your store? Do you train your employees to treat customers like this? Do you have any idea of the shrinking economic turndown? We came to lenscrafters, not because youre the cheapest in town, far from it, but because we get CARE there. We used to get service there. We USED to feel wanted there. But now we dont. Don’t consult the doctors there, the doc was nice person but totally gave me a wrong prescription, I mean absurdly wrong, not just a minor deviation . Appointments are a pain, even to get it corrected, I had to wait for a whole week . Their analysis is just absurd
