I cant say enough nice things about this company! Without making this review a novel, let me just say their product is great, their staff is extremely helpful. I couldnt reach them by phone but it didnt matter, theyresponded to my emails very quickly. They get all my business!

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a product (a spool of binding) from Mandala Crafts through Amazon and never received my product. I reached out several times to Sylvia and she was extremely rude, argumentative, and gave the impression that she could care less whether I receive my paid product or not. She basically called me a liar (More than once) and said it wasn’t her concern and left it at that. Very poor customer service and not a company you can trust. Check reviews on Amazon for the products to see the poor quality issues before you decide to purchase anything from this store.

AMAZING selection of materials and SUPERIOR service. This is the best place Ive found for craft materials and placing more orders now. The fabrics cannot be found anywhere else, so great for one-of-a-kind works. The ribbons and trims quantities are huge and great value.

I am so thankful for this craft store! I make jewelry as a side gig and they are my go-to because they have a HUGE selection of colors and sizes in anything and everything. (I swear by their micro-fiber suede and jewelry clasps!!)

I ordered an item from the Mandala Trading subsidiary Mandala Crafts Inc. from Amazon, ASIN#: B01BUKILDG, Mandala Crafts Chinese Japanese Korean Eating Washable Titanium Chopsticks Set (1 Pair). They admit that the bullet point descriptions and the images used for the item were incorrect and showed a black gift box which was to come as part of the purchase. I received my titanium chopsticks in a paper box, in a small sack, with no black gift box. When I contacted the company regarding the difference in the item I received compared to what was advertised on their site, they indicated that it was an error on the part of their manager that the items pictures were never updated and that the items were no longer packaged in the black gift box. They offered no remediation nor restitution for the blatantly false advertising that they admit to perpetuating. I would never have purchased the item if I had known it came without the box as it was no longer suitable to be presented as a gift, which was the reason for my purchase.In a subsequent exchange with the company they admitted that they had the gift box that should have come with my order all along. They said they would not send it to me now because I had left negative feedback for the item and for them as a seller on Amazon which was completely factual and intended to warn other consumers that the images used for the item were incorrect. This means that they not only choose to send my order without the gift box and use inferior packaging to start with, but have the means to resolve the issue, but are penalizing me for leaving honest feedback
