Employees are always friendly and provide great customer service. I needed to use the electric cart and they were accommodating and offered to help me with anything I needed. :)

I like this place a lot. If you want fresh produce for pennies more on the dollar, but less expensive than Randalls & HEB, you cant go wrong with Sprouts. The team for the most part is helpful. Oh and yes, dont forget to check out the meat counter and the Wine selection.

Why require your employees to wear masks and yet not care at all about social distancing your customers. Its ridiculous that they have so many registers and yet the only open a couple right next to each other. Even without COVID and social distancing it would be nice to have a little personal space while in line and checking out. Do us all a favor and spread out your open registers!

Our family shops here weekly. We enjoy the weekly and monthly sales deals. Everything is fresh, from produce, to meats, to their bulk foods. Delicious. I always have a fabulous experience with the staff during check out. They are very friendly and helpful.

I love Sprouts, specially that they have good deals on the nuts all the time. I bake a lot with nuts so I need a good quality and reasonable price. Also They have good veggies and fruits.

Sprouts Cedar Park is always my colleagues go-to store. They recommended it to me. I love it too. Super helpful staff (if we pick not so good cut of meat or seafood, they offer the better one!!), the produce is fresh and comes in wide selection, healthier food and green choices. I can get kohlrabi and rare veg here. Best of all the store doesnt let anti-maskers to come spray saliva or yell inside the store and disturb other shoppers. Thanks to my company that recommended this store. I can shop in peace.

The best grocery store in my neighborhood. Fresh products and friendly staff. They give you money back if you bring your own bags which is pretty cool. And of course the 5$ sushi on Wednesday. The nice lady roll it right there and it’s fresh.

I have lived and shopped in NW Austin since 1996. In summary, 5 stars for natural grocers; 4 stars for sprout and Wholefoods; 3 stars for the other big food stores in my area; if you are looking for healthy foods.

We have shopped at this location for years and loved it but my husband recently had an awful experience regarding masks. As a family who cannot wear masks due to medical reasons, the lift on mask mandates for our state has been much appreciated. We’ve also been grateful that every store we’ve been to has allowed us the freedom to make that personal decision. Except Sprouts. After my husband filled our cart while I waited in the car with our 4 kids, a manager confronted him at the checkout line and tried to force him to put on a mask. He had to leave our groceries without purchase.Shame on you, Sprouts, for discriminating against those with specific health needs.

Fantastic market! Even with the tri-decade cold, icy roads, water and energy issues throughout the state, we were still able to source fresh produce and dairy.I was particularly impressed by the quality of the tuna!

Great prices on produce. Meat and cheese was too expensive. But, I go to HEB as well. Sprouts has fun bulk items. I bought some lemon covered almonds. They are softer than youd think, maybe they are roasted, but theyre super tasty! They have so many already bagged and weighed out. Which is great especially during time so people arent touching anything but what they chose to buy, not the same scoop over and over.I really appreciated that. And the staffs friendly attitude.

I love shopping at Sprouts!! It is small and close by, and they always have fresh produce and herbs. You cant get everything here, but they have most things. I love that I can get my spices in bulk to reduce waste. In fact, I buy a lot of things in bulk here to reduce packaging waste. They are always friendly and helpful. Their meat and fish arent always super fresh just because they dont have the turnaround that HEB has, but they still have some things. I just love that I can drive there, shop, and drive home in less than 15 minutes. We often even ride our bikes. We can pick up daily groceries, if needed.

Love shopping here! You can get in and out quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. They need to repaint the lines in the parking lot but its no biggie.

This is the best Sprouts around. Great parking and welcoming staff. Beats the Great Hills store by a mile.SlA couple if Great Hills employees and numerous customers are rather snarky and basically annoying. I have to drive further for Cedar Park but its worth it.

Sprouts was the grocery store we could count on through this insane winter storm in Texas- we were truly amazed at the staff who WALKED to work to operate the store knowing people would need supplies. We are so grateful to have Sprouts in our neighborhood, quality is always superb and we love your team!

Love this place. Small and easy to run in real quick. Fresh produce and meat and bakery loved the bulk items. Friendly staff omg their meatballs and cornbread made in house! Yumm

I went in yesterday to buy some almond milk. While stanton line, I was approached about not wearing a mask. I said I have a condition that prevents me from wearing one. I was told that I had to wear one to be able to purchase anything. I showed the man my card stating that, by U.S. LAW, I didnt have to. He then asked me to leave. I asked him if he was stating that Sprouts corporate rules superceded U.S. law. He didnt want to answer and again told me I had to leave. I left and then called and talked to the store mgr and he said ha didnt want to get into it. I asked for his name and the corporate office number. He gave me the number but refused to give me his name. By telling me I had to wear a mask, Sprouts VIOLATED U.S. ADA AND HIPPA LAWS. Which is a fine of 75k for the first offense and 150k for each additional offense thereafter. I will be calling the DOJ on Monday. Hope Sprouts has plenty of legal advice. Because of their policy to refuse U.S. LAW Everyone who has shipped in their establishments has not only a LEGAL right, but OBLIGATION to file on Sprouts. Have a good day.

I love shopping at Sprouts. The store is spotless, well stocked and has a great selection of healthy food at reasonable prices. I also like that there are very few people compared to the regular grocery store. They have a lot of personnel at the cash registers and Im in and out of the store very quickly.

I love this place for its healthy variety. Very open and colorful inside, and I think their produce prices are pretty inexpensive especially considering the diversity of produce they have in stock that lots common grocery stores do not hold.They offer many healthy food items that are Gluten and dairy free friendly which I really appreciate when any store has plenty of.I will say that their regular non-produce items are a bit on the expensive side, so unless youre willing to pay the full amount, Id recommend purchasing the items you need at a much more reasonable price elsewhere.

Part of our rotation of grocery stores. Can always find good deals on produce and they carry ground exotic meats like boar and elk.

Lots of variety and good healthy fruits and vegetables. The bulk sales are prepackaged now, which is safe but not good if you want small amounts .

Good sales on produce. But it is time for them to mail out the sales ads again on Tuesdays, and to have the sale ads available as you walk in the store. The Randalls nearby does both.

Always good produce and the specials are hard to beat. Meat counter has the nicest people. I like the two sided cash register recepts.

Very convenient with pluses & minuses... Requires careful attention to fruits & veggies quality sometimes very good other times so-so. Staff always friendly, clean store & clean lavatories (toilets ifn yer from Virginia) meat dept very good... Fish? Watch out for imported farm raised & country of origin (not allowed in our house) the bulk nuts, grains, candy etc mostly fair prices and good quality.Basically Sprouts is a poor mans whole foods market...(we NEVER shop whole foods) employees are polite and always willing to help.

Love the bulk selection, I grab alot of my staples here. Cant believe how cheap the pasta and cashews are. Great selection of faux vegan meats and veggies. Do wish the staff was a bit more personable, took over 10 minutes to find a team member who wasnt on register / didnt look too busy to help.

Small but personal place which is my favorite go-to. The employees are friendly, helpful and some go out of their way to help educate one when asking for help or asking questions about product. I go here for the most freshest produce.

The location is great and it is really clean inside but the pricing is a bit high. We stopped here to get some things for the weekend and ended up looking at some things that we regularly buy at another grocery store. The price difference was startling. A half gallon of organic lactose free milk was nearly $7 for example. Their packaged sausages were $7-9 per package. They were however organic. I guess if you compare them to Wholefoods, it still isnt that bad. I hear the bulk products at Sprouts are a really great deal at a good quality grade.The parking lot is huge and it is fairly easy to get to from Cypress and Lakeline.Im honestly not sure if I would come here regularly but I guess if I needed something rare and organic I may.

Large Sprouts compared to what were used to and we like it. We start out checking out the cheese for less than $3 section -great for trying new things. Then, we move on to the meats. Theres always some kind if deal. Last time we bought both beef and chicken because they were both on sale. Then, the produce -my favorite place to buy them as the cost makes healthy eating affordable. Next is the dairy and grain section -we enjoy the rice and beans. Then, the chips... Strange I know, but my husband adores the coconut oil potato chips, and I love the sweet potato ones. If you still drink soda, they have a large selection of natural sodas. Lastly, the soap and hygiene products all natural of course -I recommend Giovanni.

I love this Sprouts location and visit here several times a week. Their organic produce always looks so wonderful and fresh. I also love their bulk seed/nuts/granola area. I am always greeted with warm faces, and since I have become a regular here, I have gotten to know many of the faces and enjoy saying hello when I am in.Glenn the stores GM is amazing and does such a wonderful job. He has helped me on countless occasions find the products I am looking for.This place is my favorite grocery store to go to.Sprouts will continue to receive my business, and I will point all of my friends in their direction :)

As someone who has lived in Texas for practically my entire life I have never been to a store with such horrible customer service. The employees are short and have an attitude that leaves a sour taste in your mouth. While they check you out they completely ignore you and converse among themselves and whenever you do speak they either pretend they didnt hear or they seem bewildered as to why you are bothering them. The produce and products are all wonderful but the experience with the employees makes the trip a pain.

What a wonderful experience, I am a visitor to the area and found the prices to be excellent. The variety was amazing and the staff were cheerful and very helpful. The selection was vast and I just say this is the best whole foods market I have ever visited.

Used to come here frequently, however the last five times or so the experience has been less than pleasant. Consistently out of the fresh meats that I want, products on the shelf are expired, and the customer service is terrible. This place just keeps getting worse. Do yourself a favor and just go to HEB or Randalls.

Sprouts is an amazing grocery store thats like H-E-B, but without all of the other junk that isnt food/produce. The prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected due to it not being as popular as a store like H-E-B. If you want good food without having to negotiate big crowds, youve come to the right store.

If you want fresh then this is the place.

The food is reasonably priced, nice variety, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We enjoy the large selection of bulk products and inexpensive snack options. I try and shop here first to get the best deal before trying the other options around.

No guns allowed, not safe in here. Only people with guns here are evil people, and if they cut loose, wholl stop them? Nobody! Just the police when they get here 5 minutes later for the body count.In reply to the response:That makes absolutely no sense. Its illegal to shoot people in the first place! People still do it! So if they want to shoot someone, they wont care whether or not guns are allowed. 98% of all mass shootings since 1950 have occurred in gun free zones.You do not value our safety in the least, and due to this, I do not shop in places like yours that do not allow me to carry my self defense weapon.I understand rules that prevent random unlicensed people from carrying firearms, however after going through licensed training, somebody is trained to be very careful, and a mass shooter is not going to go to all the trouble of becoming licensed. This is not a matter of Constitutional rights, this is a matter of safety to myself and to my family.

Downgrading to one star because when we got home and started to wash the lettuce, we found some of the bugs that were all over the produce department inside of our lettuce. Now, I know that bugs happen in gardens, but these were bugs from the store. That’s nasty.The produce department was so nasty on my visit yesterday that I may never come back. Someone had taken bites out of fruit and left them sitting. They’d been sitting so long the edges around the bite were dried and curled and bugs were all over them. Someone working there should have noticed this long before several customers could see it. It’s not like it was just one piece of fruit.And to the person taking bites out of products that aren’t yours — shameful.Every single package of blueberries had moldy berries. The green grapes were brown. The strawberries are the same brand we get at H-E-B yet more expensive.Super gross.

I was hoping this Sprouts would have more uniform consistency with good produce than the one at Gateway. unfortunately, fruit is always a gamble here - sometimes it ripens properly, other times it goes from rock hard to rancid.Really do appreciate the frequent 25% Off Health & Beauty weeks - I really stock up!

Produce department is always out of items and messy. Asked for a few items and employee said he didn’t know and would not check because he was too busy. This store use to be very nice with good customer service but has really gone down hill. I hope the management will improve. Employees are grouchy and don’t seem to care.

I mostly come here when theres a sale on produce and I can save some serious money on fresh fruit and veg. Most of the other goods are organic and high quality which demand a higher price. The meat dept. is also good and worth checking out when a sale is on. Most of the items in bulk bins are priced competitively with a wide selection.

Great grocery store with lots of great healthy options. The store is clean, although it usually really cold in there. Selections of meats, cheeses, wines, beers, fruits, vegetables, plants, vitamins, etc. The have friendly staff and great seasonal items like pumpkin or hatch chiles. This is our favorite around the corner store.

Love this place. The employees and customers are very friendly and laid back. They have a wide variety of veggies. Occasionally I will buy something that doesnt work for me, but they are always willing to make things right.
