This business is the definition of what a 5 star business should be. As a newbie bowler, I was a little leery about going shopping for a ball, bag, and shoes. The people here were extremely helpful and not-at-all pushy, making my experience a very positive one. They helped me pick the right items for me, without trying to get me to buy a bunch of extra things. They took care to make sure the measurements were correct for my fingers prior to drilling the holes, and that I was comfortable with the ball and that the holes were done correctly prior to me leaving with the finished ball. I was VERY happy with my shopping experience here and highly recommend them!

Rob, Scott and rest of the staff are top notch. Friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been bowling for 20 seasons now, and can tell you Rob knows how to treat his customers. The pro shop is clean, and well organized. Walk in and chat or walk in and do business, either way the boys will take care of you!

The guys here were awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I had no I idea where to start when it came to bowling but these guys made it easier than I couldve hoped for. Also they have a good selection on hand of all goods bowling. They also week able to order me a ball they didnt carry in just two days. Im impressed

Excellent excellent customer care. Im saying care instead of service because Rob, cares about how your bowling ball fits you. My daughter was fitted for her first bowling ball we got new from the Revolutions shop. I was fitted for a ball that I got from a friend. Rob took his time to make sure everything was perfect... it was a good experience. I learned a lot while I was there.

Revolutions Pro Shop is the best place to go in the Cedar Rapids area. I went to the one for May City and I started having finger pain and doctors and ultra-sounds couldnt figure out why. I thought my bowling career was over. I gave it one last shot and took it to Revolutions Pro Shop and they figured out almost instantly that the ball was drilled completely wrong. The finger holes were inverted causing my pain. They fixed my problem, and I havent had pain since. I am NEVER going anywhere else. Going here will pay off big time. I thank these guys for everything. Very knowledgable and kind staff. If I could I would give them 10 out of 5 stars.

On line it said it was open on Friday 11am to 6pm and when I got there it was closed all day on friday!! Maybe update your online information!
