We built a new house in 2010. Within 2 years our carpet was being pulled from the backing. All House of Carpets said they could do was have someone come out and stretch it as the manufacturer would most likely do nothing. They came out and stretched the carpet and within 1 tear it was in the same condition. They do not stand behind their products and the warranty is a joke. Will never recommend this carpet store as now 5 years later we are already having to replace that carpet.

If one disaster after another and poor customer service if what you are looking for, this is the place! Vinyl flooring was installed then had to be removed and reinstalled as the wrong glue was used and a majority of the planks popped. No one wanted to call us back when the problem was reported and had we not been persistent it would have taken longer than the weeks it did! To date we still have glue on the top of some planks that we cannot get off and few planks have popped again. Carpet installation was better however too much was ordered and there was more than enough to cover another entire room which they were just going to throw away! Had my husband not been home, carpet we paid good money for would have been wasted. The whole experience left me physically ill and beyond stressed. SO disappointing!
