Worst customer service ever. Save yourself time and money, go someplace else. Ordered wrong color of plank flooring, would not return flawed carpet. We had to contact manufacturer ourself. Had to fine our own carpet installer, no one will work for him. Everything about our service was awful.

Sincerely disappointed in this company. After the recommendation we received, we had high expectations for our flooring/install and could not have been more let down. The installers were supposed to arrive by 11:15 am for a 1.5 day job, they didn’t show up until after 7 pm. They worked for a couple of hours and then left (but claimed they were at the property longer than they were). The next day, again, they were supposed to arrive by 8 am at the latest, and didn’t show up until after 3:30 pm, even after being called multiple times and claiming they were “on the way and almost there.” We had many people working on the house pushed back so the flooring could be installed uninterrupted. The unreliable nature of the installers has derailed the schedule of our renovation and created chaos for everyone else involved. On top of all of this, they arrived without the proper tools to install the flooring, left our windows open all night the first night and then locked us out of our house when they left so we had to hire a locksmith. Also, when the flooring was installed they left massive gaps between the floor and the wall so you could see them even with the trim. Every cut of the wood floor was crooked, and overall looked awful. We will never use this company again because it’s obvious their installers aren’t properly vetted, therefore they’re untrustworthy and the quality of work is below subpar. Save yourself time and a massive headache and go elsewhere.
