More interested in making a sale than selling a quality product. I recommend Play It Again Sports for exceptional customer service or online retailers. All sales final. After I purchased an item, they no longer supported it. The manager said he would call back two weeks later to update me on the status of the replacement item and never did. I went to the store the day after he said he would call and he just kept promising to call. Its been a month since the original promise and no call. Very disappointing.

I live 90 minutes from P3 - closest place I could find that offered WaterRowers, a product which i wished to know more about. Kurt Buck promptly answered my emails (several times), had in stock what I was looking for, demonstrated multiple examples, offered helpful advice, and made the transaction one of the most pleasant Ive ever experienced.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all brands and gave us the best options to choose from as we were looking at ellipticals and treadmills. Prices were listed on all equipment. He wore a face mask during our time there. We selected a superior Precor treadmill. Excellent experience.

Had a great experience at 3P. Matt was really helpful as I picked our new treadmill and listened to my needs and concerns. He was also mindful of the delivery schedule and was able to slide the delivery in when it was goid for me and the delivery team. Not impressed at all. No staff members where wearing masks during a PANDEMIC! Prices were not on machines only the monthly prices. Asked to see used machines they said they didnt have any and then I walked around more and found them in the back. Not impressed

Purchased Concept 2 - I called ahead of time as I was coming from out of town Kurt had everything packaged up and ready to go when I got there. Fair price about the same as a big name website that sells everything.. but this way I was dealing with a person. Quick easy transaction!

We purchased 90% of our equipment from P3. When we called to have them help us set up our equipment in our new home after a local move, they said it would be several weeks before they would have time and that they would contact me. When I called back after a month to see if their schedule had opened up, they never returned the call.The initial sales were great though, no pressure, answers to questions...but continued service has been an issue for us.
