I want to give a shout out to Cedar Rapids Miracle-Ear, especially Steve Harrison and the rest of the office staff. I am a new customer this past year, and I was treated very professionally when I purchased my hearing aids, as well as during all of my follow up appointments. I also purchased the My Essentials plan for insurance and hearing aids; its very reasonable and includes batteries delivered to your home every month. I had an accident with my right hearing aid last night, which Im usually very careful, but broke it into pieces. I called and was a able to get in today and received exceptional service. I will have a new hearing aid in two weeks, at no cost to me. They took care of everything, and I dont think youll find this too often - great service. Best regards, Christopher J. Martin

I have been a Miracle Ear patient for 5+ years, and have always been extremely satisfied with both the product and the personal treatment I have received. I find all of the representatives to be professional, capable and caring. I certainly would, and have, recommended Miracle Ear many times.

Extremely friendly people but there is usually quite a bit of a wait and not a whole lot for parking.

I bought a miracle ear product but now that I have it, it is impossible to talk to someone in the office where I got it. I always get the national scheduling center that can only make an appt. I just got transferred to the Cedar Rapids office (first time that was offered) and was told by recording all our people are busy. I work for a living and dont have time to play phone tag. I am the customer and expect the phone to be answered by someone who can help.
