Dr. Jill and her staff were very friendly and helpful. She seems like an audiologist who is truly interested in helping her patients improve their quality of life, not just making money. She really focuses on best practices in hearing care and her approach was very patient focused. I recently moved to the area and needed an audiologist to assist with my current pair of aids. I will definitely be going back to her when its time for a new set, also.

I stopped Professional Hearing today with no appointment and running behind at work. I needed all the filters changed because I am leaving town on vacation for a few weeks. When I told the receptionist what I needed she said they could do it but I would have to wait for a little while, response was 15 to 20 minutes. I had a meeting to get to and it wasn’t going to work and Chelsey heard the conversation and came around the corner and said I can take care of him right away. Chelsey took my hearing aids and was gone a few minutes and came back and said here you go, hearing aids working great, made it in time for my meeting. Professional Hearing has alway done such a great job and very helpful with any issue I have ever had and I have never been disappointed in their service. Dr. Jill and Chelsey are the best, I thank them for such great service and always fun to see them.

Dr.Jill was a joy to visit with. I was experiencing a blockage in my ear, and she was able to assist me quickly, all the while being extremely patient, friendly, and informative. Chelsea at the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office!

Be VERY CAREFUL when visiting here. Jill has tried twice to trick my grandma into buying hearing aids that were double the price she was looking for. My grandma was looking for a price range between 1.5k - 2k and she was sent home with hearing aids costing nearly 7k without her knowledge. It was only when my grandma returned that they told her the price.On top of that shes over charges basic services like hearing aid cleaning. My grandma was quoted $35 dollars for a cleaning, then told it was $75. After checking around town she found out that they charge at least $20 more than every other place.Not everyone has family to look out for them like my grandma does, so be very careful that you dont get taken advantage of here.

For a period of several years my wife and I thought we were getting good hearing care from our 1st Hearing Specialist. However, ill fitting hearing aids that buzzed, were uncomfortable, and caused my wife to hear her speech echo inside her head as well as loudly chewing her food, we decided there had to be a better solution!After seeing Dr Jills tv ad, we setup an appointment to see what could be done. Dr Jill analyzed our hearing issues and fitted my wife with a new set of top quality hearing aids that fit properly and allow her to hear clearly without any feedback or discomfort . My wifes 1 year old hearing aids were properly reprogramed to my needs and replaced my 5 year old units.We cannot believe the difference/improvement. Using them is seamless as once we put them on in the morning we dont think about them until removing them at bedtime. We even remind each other to be sure to remove them before showering as theyre that easy to forget about.I sincerely hope this doesnt read like a paid advertisement because I assure you IT IS NOT. Its simply a testimony of 2 individuals that greatly appreciate what a true professional can do for your hearing and your daily quality of life. We couldnt be more pleased with our decision to choose Dr Jill for our hearing care professional.
