This location has the best customer service. We originally went to the store in Southlands for two gallons of paint that turned out to be inaccurate compared to the colorswatches (snowfall white ended up looking neon pink). The staff at Smokey Hill was so helpful to us, we thought we were going to have to toss two whole gallons...but they worked with us so patiently and made it work, and the color came out better than we imagined. Thank you for taking the time to help us. You saved the day!

The employees at the store are Beyond helpful. They truly go that extra mile to take care of their customers. I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone that works here which makes doing business with them an absolute pleasure!

Really great service. They know a lot about paint and they have everything you need for a big paint job here. I actually dont think SW paint is that good but I do like the expertise and customer service they have here.

Like all Sherwin Williams the store is always a line of contractors first thing in the morning. Then it slows down and you can go in for your random gallons of paint with little to no wait. The service is good.

Walked in and met Anthony. He took his time and helped me with the best options for painting my interior. We went thru all the products and showed me why Sherwin Williams was the best not in just products but service also.

When I arrived to purchase some paint the power was out to the entire city block. They still did their best to accommodate me by taking all my information. They then called me back after the power was restored to update me on my order. Picked it up first thing the next morning with no hassles. 👍👍
