So..lets talk about this.Dutch Bros has some quality drinks.Some that Ive never had before and quite enjoy. I come here often... especially for the wife.But heres the kicker. The last 4 times theyve gotten my order wrong.I order a Picture Perfect Frost. But I always end up getting a Freeze.The cashier takes my order repeats it back to me correctly, but then I always end up getting a freeze.Now, I know that Picture Perfect Freeze is probably the #1 thing ordered there so they just mix up my order a lot, which makes sense...but it hurts my soul a little inside.Ill still give you a 5 cause my wife loves this place...but my soul man... it hurts.

Drinks are way too sugary! If you want a coffee that doesn’t taste like coffee then this is definitely the place to go. I’ve tried numerous drinks here and just find them way too artificial. Great for kids but for adults that actually enjoy real coffee then try Beans and Brew just down the street.I’m also not a big fan of the people taking your order at your car. Sometimes I just want coffee and don’t care to be bombarded by awkward teenagers… I hate the fact that you have to pay and tip in front of them too. There’s gotta be a better way right?

Great coffee at a reasonable price. I dont like the fact that they put a tip screen for you to choose or not to. Im not going into the business and theyre not bringing it to me Im driving through there shouldnt be an option for a tip theyre just doing their job. Just a thought

First time going yesterday and will definitely be going back! They were so friendly! And the coffee was so delicious! The lilac coffee was to die for!! Oh my goodness good!

Hit this store for the first time today. There were 30 cars in the drive thru. Place was going crazy. Love how they made this former fast food building an indoor / outdoor store. I ordered a nitro cold brew, splash of cream, SF white chocolate and SF choc macadamia. So good.

Don’t get me wrong I’m absolutely obsessed with Dutch Bros and I still make the 20 minute drive every freaking by day to enjoy my favorite coffee but the thing is, I ask for light ice every time and NEVER actually get light ice. I’m pretty tired of giving generous tips every day only to receive a cup full of ice and no whip cream like I requested. I love the energy and the employees, I just wish they knew how to follow instructions better.

Best coffee in town. Im addicted. The kids here are sooo happy and they are all so friendly. They always love my dog, and there pup cups are larger than Starbucks and includes a little doggie treat!

These drinks are awesome. My favorite is a lemonade with green tea, peach and honey.I give this place 3 stars because of the service. Listen. I dont want you to small talk with me, I want you to sell me a drink. Nothing more.

I had to put my pet to sleep today and stopped to get coffee right after, since the coffee shop is right by the vet. I was an obvious emotional wreck and told the man and woman that took my order. The girl comped my drink because of my rough day. I appreciate the kindness. It went a long way. Thank your.

Tried to go here for the first time . Menu options looked delicious but staff never came to the window to assist . They were over focused on the drive thru .Just went to beans and brew 2 doors down instead

I have missed Dutch Bros when I lived in Oregon. Just recently found out that they have Utah locations. The staff are friendly and engaging, the quality of drinks are great. I recommend the caramel apple smoothie!

Lexi is the cutest!! I have been going to Starbucks every morning for the last 10 years until I discovered Dutch brothers their cold brew is so much smoother and has a better taste! we need one of these in Layton!!

LOVE Dutch Bros. Everyone is always so nice. And the wait time is never very long, even when the line is insanely long. They keep people moving! Great place!

The initial drive thru service was excellent. The folks taking orders were friendly and efficient. The problem that I experienced was an extremely long wait to receive my drink from the pickup window. The coffee was a little dull and had a low quality taste. Ill try this spot again in a few months.

Love the variety and the staff is always super kind and helpful. Try the Majestic Forest red bull drink!

The drinks are ok. A bit sugary and they have no idea what an americano is. My biggest beef is how awkward and uncomfortable their payment process is. They have people outside taking orders to help speed up the line like other restaurants have began doing, Used to processing your payment leaving a tip the hold the screen incredibly far away so they can see how much you’re going to tip them. It’s really obvious and it’s super awkward. It’s unfortunate that the staff is more worried about their tips and actually serving a customer.

Their drink is not the best I have had. The coffee tasted a little weird to me.

I love DB and would normally give them 5 stars, but I just found out that they got rid of the CHERRY flavoring :( which means I cant get one of my favorite drinks anymore. Please bring the Cherry flavoring back!

I LOVE DUTCH BROS! I have been a fan when we first discovered them in Oregon going on a fishing trip a few years back. Any time I am in Idaho or Oregon my trips revolved around stopping at a Dutch Bros. I am so excited that they are now in Utah! Coffee is so delicious as well as literally everything on their menu. I hope one can be built more north close to Clinton so i can work there part time to get my time in so i can one day franchise. I love how passionate the company is about their brand which ensures great quality and service no matter what state you are in. I have experienced this first hand and no matter if I was in Oregon, Idaho, and now Utah my service and drinks have always been exceptional.Good work Dutch Bros, and thank you for making an amazing place.

I love going here. Yes, its packed most of the time but its because they have the best drinks and customer service. I get the Chai latte because its like Christmas in a cup.

Always have an amazing experience coming here. All the employees are wonderful, I don’t remember the name of one of them, but she had on a baby ring last time we went and my kids loved it. She always greets my family with a smile and makes sure to talk to my kids whenever we go. It was super busy and she didn’t once seem rushed and made sure we had a good experience. Not to mention it’s super quick and tasty. Great place!

The Dutch bros on Parrish lane in Centerville utah was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with the company. I have been to dutch all over AZ and in utah and this one was definitely not ran the way Dane would expect.

Weve been long time fans of DB and try to get it everytime were in California visiting family. We were sad to see Sonic go, but sooo happy to see DB coming to Centerville. Weve been twice and its been a great experience both times!

Picked up a blended Shark Attack that was sweet & tart.

Iced Dutch Canyon (breve) is my go-to. The Team here always does a great job and my boys LOVE the not-so-hot hot chocolate.

Great tasting Americano coffee. Im not a huge fan of the sugar drinks but needed to replenish for the ride and it was pretty good.

Dont try to order a plain coffee, they dont have any. Im confused about why a coffee shop doesnt have coffee. They ended up giving me a mocha with half and half. It didnt taste bad, but it wasnt hot at all, barely luke warm. It was fine, but I wont be back.

Ok tastes all the same with every drink. Ive even had flavors added and still tastes the same.

Just finished a hot hike and they had a great blackberry lemonade.

Paid $5 to get a cup of ice with a drizzle of coffee. I love their coffee but it’s so expensive for what you get. Way way too much ice. You take a few sips and it’s already gone. I also appreciate good customer service but it’s sometimes way over the top with the workers trying to be friendly and make conversation that it makes me not want to go back. It doesn’t seem genuine so it’s just uncomfortable. You also should expect to wait at least 20 minutes if you go here. I also really don’t like that tipping is almost expected in the check out process. If I felt like I had exceptional customer service I would definitely tip, but I think it’s kind of weird that they hold the iPad and you have to tell them how much you want to tip like it’s expected. For the experiences I’ve had every time I go I really wouldn’t have tipped but felt so pressured to. I really like their coffee but so many things make it a bad experience when I go.

I normally don’t do this however I tried calling multiple times and I just kept waiting and waiting and then the car would just say “hey thank you for calling Dutch Brose please try calling again later” and hang up on me and so I guess this is the only way for me to do this. I normally love their coffee but last time I went in my cold brew had like a shavings of plastic in it that I kept getting them while drinking and it was just really gross. I’m sure the default on the cups or the lid or some thing happened but it just made it really hard for me to Drink my drink.

The best coffee/soda/treat place ever. Staff is fun and provide amazing customer service. Their menu is pretty much endless in combinations. While in the drive through they play fun music outdoors and their employees walk around, talk to customers and sometimes even hand out amazing stickers. Ive been driving 6+ hours to the nearest Dutch Bros. Im so excited this location opened and its the same Dutch Love vibes as all the others. 100% RECOMMEND.

I drove 45 minutes to this location to try them and see what all the hype was about. I ordered 5 drinks waited in line got to the window where all of my drinks were sitting and ready! I get to the window to hand them the money and all I had was cash. The lady at the window tells me we are not accepting cash until literally tomorrow. And I asked is there any way! I don’t even need the change back they could keep the change I just wanted the drinks! They ended up telling me no! It was less than 24 hours before they could accept cash and they would not budge at all! I drove 45 minutes for nothing! I was very upset and don’t plan on going back!!

Long line but they have a pretty good system to get you through quickly. Crazy amounts of options on the menu.

Listen I LOVE Dutch Bros. Their coffee could be darker roast but whatever. The service is awesome and the drinks are delicious. This location is going to have a tough time though. The line is consistently going to be (and has been) backed up onto Parrish. They are going to have to channel their inner Chick-fil-A if they want to have faster turnaround times so customers dont have to wait for 30+ min for coffee.

The staff is super friendly but I’ve been 4 times now and out of the 4 times 3 of them I’ve been given the wrong drink. I’ve gone back 2 times to fix it and they were great about it. The other time I didn’t have time.I order a vanilla chai tea and all 3 times wrong it was a chai latte which isn’t a drink I like.

Love all the choices they have to make just about any drink you could think of, and that they could make so many of the sugar free.

We ordered a small iced vanilla latte and they gave us a medium. Not wanting all the milk and a drink that big I asked them to remake it. They poured it into a small glass and just handed it back to me. F them they lost a customer.

Wow!! Cant really blame them for the long drive thru line because it was definitely worth the wait. To speed things up they have staff walk down the line with iPads to take orders and have customers pay. I wish they had a more convenient location because I would be there everyday. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The drinks are great and the employees are fantastic my only complain is more for the corporation itself. Before covid they had stamp cards and you get a free drink when you buy 10. For me that was about $50. Sometimes less because if I bought drinks for others, I would get stamps for their drinks too. Now when you get the app, you get a free drink if you spend $250 and again when you spend $325. Why are you cheaping out? Also all the app is doing is showing your customers how much they spend at dutch bros and for some people, thats when they realize they have a dutch bros spending problem.

Dutchbros just makes you feel like you a king tbh. My name does mean king in Spanish after all... 😌 I rock the annihilator because you know I need that energy if I’m planning on conquering and ruling the world. All it takes is a 10 minute at most wait! 🙌🏼 Thanks Dutchbros! 👊🏼

Great Coffee and Great People! Love the that they make a priority of their craft! They endeavor to do super well what they are doing and it shows in the energy of the whole staff! Give this place a try and make sure you ask about their secret (not so secret) menu! One more thing. . . I love that they bring orders out to you while you are in line so that if you are just getting one drink you don’t have to wait behind the person grabbing drinks for the whole office! Thanks for fixing one of my biggest pet peeves of coffee drive thru!

We LOVE Dutch Bros and are so happy they are finally in UTAH! The reason for the 4 stars is that the line was soooo long which makes sense it’s yummy but we waited a very long time at the walk up window and didn’t even get the right drinks. So I do expect to get the right drink after waiting quite awhile. It is a new location so maybe people are still training! I get it.

I miss my home dutch crew, but this one suffices. During the week is the best time to go, everytime I go here on a weekend, they mess up my order. Lines are too long to go back and have them fix it. Other than that, Im excited they finally put dutch in Utah

The line was crazy long but they did a good job managing it, didnt take long to get through. The unique flavors are fun, both we tried we re excellent! Excited for this new option in the area.

Coffee is good. It is awkward when they ask you to leave a tip when you are paying. I always tip well at restaurants but dont find the need to tip at a drive thru.

First time visiting today, and my drink was delicious! No complaints there. It was an iced drink, so I made sure to ask for light ice (since I know the drinks are usually ALL ice). They still filled my cup up with ice, which was frustrating. Less ice next time please.

Great customer service however I do not recommend getting their hot drinks. I asked for a peppermint latte and was given a regular latte instead that was very bitter with no hints of peppermint. Perhaps their blended drinks are better.
