I use this specific Starbucks almost every week day because I work so close. I realize I’m overpaying for coffee when I chose Starbucks. But at the same time. You’d think that would eliminate bad service or incorrect drink orders. I have never been the “Karen” type to complain about small things. I usually just go about my day and realize it could be way worse. This is a photo of a non-full Large Cold brew. It lacks enough sweat cold foam as well. The store’s baristas are lovely to speak with as they complete your order but maybe 2 times a week. I will leave the driver hru unsatisfied with my incorrect or incomplete order. Please please fill my drink to the top every time. :(

I visited this location after first going to one closer to my hotel (which was closed for some reason; probably lack of employees). This location was larger than many Ive visited and also dirtier. No napkins in the condiment area, no toilet paper in the bathroom, crumbs and napkins on the lobby floor. I found some paper towels in the bathroom to clean a table so I could sit down and eat / work. Based on the atmosphere, I would have given 1 star; but bumped it up to 3 to acknowledge the few employees here are working hard in what seems to be an understaffed location.

Food was fantastic! I got the egg, bacon, and Gouda sandwich and it was phenomenal. The pumpkin spice frappe was very good and I loved it. The girl at the window, Abigail, was very kind and sweet Overall, 10/10

Really enjoyed my drink from Starbucks today. Inside was clean and spacious. Abby was extremely helpful in recommending drink choices (as I never know what to get at Starbucks).

We stopped to order an iced mocha coffee that we planned to share. The order was completed quickly and awaiting pick up when we arrived. The staff were very busy and we did not have time to interact. The drink hit the spot on a warm day.

I waited five minutes so they could “brew”me a cup of hot coffee and when I got it it was lukewarm warm and 2/3 of the way through I got a mouth full of coffee grounds so it was undrinkable

The absolute rudeness of the employees at this particular location is absurd. I understand that we are in very stressful times, but it has happened on way more than one occasion. To the manager of this location you need to speak to your employees and teach them how to respect customers, or at least hold them accountable for their behavior.

Good to have a nice cup of hot mocha. It was nice to walk inside a store and get it in person. Nothing special but after a year it did seems like a nice normal thing to do.

Wellp it was a good run, Lyons road. Its been like a year since they baffled me with how poorly run this place is. 4 days in a row, I ordered mobile order, show up, wait 20 mins at the counter to be handed a completely wrong drink. Then to stand there even longer waiting for the right one. Today I went through the drive thru ti pick up my mobile order since, for once, the line wasnt out at the road. I waited exactly 11 minutes at the window, and once again got handed the completely wrong drink. SO I go inside and say hey, this isnt mine, mine was a mobile order and the gal there says oh sorry thats yours and points to a lumpy half blended, half melted frap sitting on the counter. And I asked if I could have it remade and the gal was annoyed about it. Yeeeesh. I get that its hard to find people right now, which is why Im not a complete B when I have to wait forever, but 4 days in a row with the wrong drink PLUS forever long wait. Cmon

Efficient service and very kind staff! Coffee has been awesome every time and the food has been hot and fresh.

I come here often. They seem to always have new people to mess up the order for you. You will save a lot of time ordering pick up across from the Dayton mall and walking in and getting it. This location has been disappointing half the time I go.

My experience at this store was good. The staff is friendly and service was fast. My only quibble was my drink. It was missing a shot. But that happens once in a while.10/6/20 I visited this location again today. Again, the staff was nice and welcoming. However, this is the third time they make my drink incorrectly. I only ordered espresso with whipped cream but ended up with two different drinks. The machine also need to be calibrated as my shots tasted burnt.

Store is constantly changing store hours. Some days they will just randomly close at 1pm and others they are open normal. Which is a terrible way to run a business just shutting down midday regularly.The lines wait times are always crazy long when they are open.Just go into Target down the road for starbucks. They usually are not that busy and have fast times.

I dont enjoy coming to this Starbucks, employees always seem to busy to be polite and often get the order wrong. The one in Springboro is superior.

Great white chocolate mocha!!

If you are ever in a rush do NOT come to this location! Every other location Ive been to the baristas have hustle and are rushing about behind the counter making sure people get their drinks as quick as possible. However at this location the baristas act as if they, and everyone else, have all the time in the world. I always order mobile, since I grab a drink on the way to work and need to avoid waiting in line, yet at this location I have to wait just as long as if I didnt order ahead and just waited in the drive-thru. Tonight was a perfect example: I ordered a refresher (a very quick and simple drink to make) which was said to be ready at 4:55 but with it being a peak hour I waited to leave my home until the ready time giving them extra time, yet when i arrived I still had to wait 10 min. This means I didnt receive my beverage until 15 min past when the eta was. Had the employees been running around trying their hardest to get drinks out, like other locations, I would have been understanding but instead they shuffled around without a care. Then the cherry on top was the lack of apology for the wait. They clearly saw me standing there for 10 min and can see on the label when I ordered so a Sorry for the wait would have been appreciated.

We arrived at 1:10pm on a Monday wait patiently 25min in the car que get to the order box and sit for 5mins saying hello? Nothing on the sign to indicate they just closed .... Drive up to the window and the have a piece of paper saying they closed at 1:30 ... This place was closing at 3pm and now they are closing at 1:30 I done I will not return to this location

This girl with the green hair is beyond RUDE. They shut there store at 3pm and they do not finish the drive thru. Then leave the people in line not knowing what to do. Then once I got to the window after waiting on the other confused people in line she yells through the window WE ARE CLOSED throwing her hands in the air and everything... beyond rude and unprofessional. Now I dislike this location. She is not the only rude one. All I wanted was a coffee instead I get yelled at... not cool starbucks...

My wife and I ordered from here almost everyday and will never return to this location. The staff is rude and frequently has to remake the drinks because they are incorrect or not the correct temperature. The hours posted as open are also never correct. There have been multiple times online and in the app that it says they are open only to be closed and forcing us to have our drinks made by the mad rover location. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They should be embarrassed with their incompetence at this location.

I would love to be able to give 5 stars, but at this point Im so irritated that I went out of my way, even bypassed three other coffee shops to seek this place down, just to find out they were closed at 3:30pm! Wth? Hire your covid-layoffs back and open your store. The demand is there.... i dont understand why this makes sense to you or your people (customers AND employees).

Avoid this one. I think this was an old bank location so the parking lot absolutely sucks. Too difficult to navigate because of the drive through and going inside is a waste b/c the drive through, slow as it is, gets priority. The one in Mad River Station is better.

I went to Starbucks with my friend and they were so rude! The employees there have serious attitude problems. They said that they couldn’t take my phone to scan it for payment like I’m sorry I have a privacy tint on my phone. I almost wasn’t able to pay cause the girl would not cooperate. The drivethru is a hot mess and the employees need to be retrained because I’m not going back! AVOID THIS ONE!!!

Great customer service :) Lillith was very thoughtful and sweet. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job which creates a great atmosphere for this location. Definitely, my favorite location

Love love love this Starbucks. Theyre always super fast, and even during peak hours, theyre quick and efficient. The atmosphere is super calming, and perfect for a couple hours of work time. Lots of doubles tables, and some alternative seating as well!

Everytime I come in to this particular Starbucks, I ALWAYS see little gnats flying around - even inside the food case. Makes me wonder how clean the place really is.... Staff arent always the friendliest either.

This Starbucks is spacious and very bright. Numerous seating options with plenty of outlets. The staff is pretty efficient. A great place to grab a quick coffee or work for several hours on a paper.

This Starbucks always gets drinks out fast, and the staff is super friendly! Even today with only one machine working, the person at the drive thru was friendly and upbeat.

Why is there no outside or inside trash cans?

One of my favorite Starbucks locations! They have never messed up my orders and are always very fast. The store is very clean and I love how big it is on the inside. Drive through is always fast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐☕☕☕

Excellent coffee and scones.

I’ve been stuck in the drive through line for the past 20 minutes (today is 12/30 @ 2:19pm) and there’s no way out of line. I’ve timed the service, it take 5 to 7 minutes to serve one car. The last 4 car in front of me look like they only had one cup order. Come ooooon, speed up!!! It was supper slow most of the last 2 week. Avoid unless you have time to kill and gas to burn.

Beautiful building! Lots of charging spots and TONS of natural light. This is my new favorite spot to read or study. Much nicer staff than Mad River location and the temperature was better regulated (Mad River is freezing!!). I will be a regular because of the architecture and staff. A true gem.

7-23-18 had to go in cause there Drive thru was closed. My experience was wonderful the men and women working had experience a power outage the night before so some of there machines weren’t working. Hands down to the workers they were quick and my coffee taste amazing. Great job workers

40 minutes in drive through. When we got to the window they would not honor the happy hour coupon in app.

Store was dirty. Garbage was overflowing and the bathroom was filthy. Baristas are not well trained and did not understand coffee. I asked about the difference between two brewed coffees and they could not give me an answer. She was not willing to look it up. Although, she had been there a few months. I asked for a double espresso and got 5 shots.

By far the worst Starbucks!!! Never make my drinks correctly. They deserve 0 stars in my opinion. Will not go back to this location. Disappointing for the money!!!

I frequently visit this location and usually come through the drive through. I love that the team is always so friendly to me and knows what I normally get to drink. I definitely appreciate how fast they get orders out so I’m never late to work! :)

I received prompt and courteous service. The young man preparing my order did so with speed and accuracy. I had a 5 drink order and it was completed as quickly as possible. I will become a regular at this location because of the outstanding customer service, it has a drive-thru and of course it is closest to my home.

My wife and I stop at this location almost every week on our way home from Goldfish swim. For the most part, we have a good experience. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Many times our frappuccino are so thick, like there isnt enough mix in it, that we have trouble drinking them and the flavor is not right. A few times we have gotten the wrong drinks because they dont know how to make a standard drink on the menu.

The one in Springboro is way better. The store was not busy but dirty when I went in there.

The way Starbucks was able to redevelop an old run down closed bank is amazing. The staff is great the few times Ive been there so far. Inside it is extremely spacious and has great natural sunlight. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice cup of .. well, whatever and enjoy some time working or reading.

Just got a rancid smelling drink from here. I go in to get a new one and just see gallons of milk setting out on the counter. They make me another one and it too smells rotten. I tell them that the milk must be spoiled and the lady tells me the date is fine. Shouldnt it be a health code violation to just have milk sitting out? So gross.

The gal in the drive through was so kind Id come back just bc of her customer service. Beyond that, seems like a well operated Starbucks. Always very very busy so expect a small line.

The staff is great at remembering you and treating you like theyre glad to see you. One barista went above and beyond to make a drink for me that I wanted cold instead of hot. They always make you feel welcome!

The building has been remodeled for Starbucks. Large and spacious. Many tables, large padded bench with USB charging ports for your mobile devices. The interior of the store is neat and clean. There is a large patio area to sit outside. Lots of fun. The baristas were friendly and helpful. They were very busy and when our order was confused they replaced the coffee and an additional credit card for future use. They were very cordial. Excellent location, great service, quality coffees.

The worst and most rude people work here. They should either all be fired or the place shut down. They made us wait ten minutes, took our order, then ignored us at the window because they closed. Never been treated like that and they totally ignored everyone else like a crackhead ignores someone they owe money to.

Never consistent with the flavor of just 3 ingredients. Coffee, cream, & classic sweetener!

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. The building is an old bank and has a ton of space and natural light. The parking lot is a bit weird, but the drive-thru usually moves quickly.

Baristas are always hustling and doing it with a good attitude. Can always depend on great service and my drink made right no matter what I order.

I did the online order and pick up. I ordered 3 things and got everything except for my cookie:( it might have been my fault because I thought they would put all of my stuff in one spot but I guess not...

Disclaimer: there are some wonderful employees at this location and Ive had some pleasant encounters here. Not every single visit provides a poor experience.That being said, overall this location consistently is a let-down. Drinks very frequently arent made as requested or to standard and I often wonder if its worth the time to risk going to this location once again. Most often, I prefer to visit a different store near by.Even sales/events run company wide arent adhered to properly or the baristas are misinformed. I certainly dont blame them for this as thats most likely an issue coming from a lack of training from the manager. Of course, this is just my opinion and I could be wrong for pointing a finger.Save yourself the time and hassle, and just visit the Centerville location on Main St or the Miamisburg location further down 725 by the Dayton Mall.

If you come in the afternoon they will almost certainly be all out of cake pops, cold brew, and nitro. Consistently out of products 😡

Worst Starbucks experience Ive ever had tonight and when I approached the manager working there she just looked at me and said sorry were busy but yet there was only two people in line so two of people in our party got their beverages while we sat and waited on the 3rd sitting in the mixer waiting to be finished. Drinks were great, what you would expect. This location was very noisy. It was busy, there were a lot of people, but the noise factor was really hard to ignore.

This place is horrible when it comes to making coffee and cheese danishes. PLUS THEY ARE NEVER OPEN

Just experienced the worst customer service tonight. They had no decaf expresso because they were short handed and the manager was on break. The clerk yelled at me and kept saying they were short staffed. Not sure how that was my problem. The day time employees however are awesome. I will not go back here again. I was going every day but will either go without or go somewhere else.
