John at Access Door Systems was amazing. We has a small issue with some doors at work. He helped me to trouble shoot the doors over the phone and then suggested several things that I could do to fix it on my own. He talked me through the repairs and how to do it. Even after all of that he was still willing to send out a driver to fix the issue if it was needed. Fortunately his instructions were perfectly clear and no further repair was needed after I fixed our door. Thank you John. We appreciate your willingness to help us out.

The WORST service EVER!Access Door Systems is a complete joke. I had them install some gas shock door closers for a business I run and I have had noting but problems with them since the day they walked through the doors.1. The shocks were a CHEAP overseas production part2. Access Door Systems took forever to install the parts.3. The doors were never adjusted after installation. They would slam shut4. I called to have them come out and adjust the doors and they NEVER call you back. They finally came after WEEKS of calling only to come for a few min and not fix the doors.5. The communication from the office to the installers is poor at best.6. The communication of the installers is even worse6. After over 6 months of dealing with them with no resolutions I have FIRED them.The owner, John, will not return calls or make any effort to try to come to some sort of accord.I called another company and had my doors fixed right within 48 hrs of my call.DO NOT USE ACCESS DOOR SYSTEMS!(The only reason they have 1 Star is because the review requires a least 1 Star to post.)
