David came out to give me an estimate for 3 new entry doors. He was on time, thorough and prepared to discuss different types of doors based on my needs. He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect doors for our lake house. We have booked our installation and cant wait to see what the doors look like when they arrive! I had other window and door companies out that didnt even come close to Pella and its doors in price or professionalism.

After making the 50% deposit on the windows Pella ccame out for another measurement (the salseman had measured) in June. Then they came back latter in July for a final measurment. We had been told the windows and dorrs had been ordered when we made the deposit; NOT TRUE! When the day of installation came we were told they had ordered the wrong trim (This after 3 times measuring) and would have to order new trim which could take a weeke or two. My wife called to complain about how long it was going to take and was told your not our only customer. The final day of the installation we were presented with a final bill which was paid on the spot. The bill was $1000 less than what the quote was and we thought thats nice they trying to make up for all the mistakes made by them. Nope 2 months later we get another bill from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! INSTALLERS ARE AWESOME BUT THE COMAPNY IS HORRIBLE IN MY OPINION!!!

Working with Pella of Dayton has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Jeff, the sales rep. was courteous and knowledgeable about the products. He was very helpful with two separate door projects that we were interested in. He was very responsive and able to answer all of our questions. The same installation team was sent out for each project. They were on time, professional and efficient in the work they performed. They had the old doors removed and the new ones installed quickly! The build quality and craftsmanship of the doors is outstanding and these doors have completely changed the look of our house. Ryan showed up on time and walked us through all of our options. He went around and measured and inspected all of our windows, we have some pressing issues that needed replaced sooner rather than later. He helped guide us into a solution that would allow us to replace windows in stages and not appear too differently from the outside. We cant wait to see our custom patio door and new windows installed!

I scheduled an appointment to have two doors looked at. David Shepard came out looked at the doors. Said there was somethings he would have to figure out what the cost would be. He then stated he was in the office all day the day after our appointment and would send a quote. It is now going on two weeks since that appointment and still no quote from the company.

There were a few issues along the way but the product was well worth it. Paul the manager and Lisa in scheduling made everything right. Lisa is a rock star and I cannot thank her enough. The installer were very friendly and had them done in one day. Thanks again Paul and Lisa!!!!!

Recently had a very large and difficult window to install by Dayton Pella - Jason L. Because of the mortar and stone surround, it was going to be difficult to reinstall but this team of Jason and Mike was amazing. Not only did they work diligently for 2.5 hrs, but cleaned the woodwork and the work area to perfection. Jason also called manager to bring out clear caulk because it would look better than the standard white. Thats perfection. Also had to put pegs in manually because they didnt come from factory. No problem! Couldnt ask for a better job well done. And theres a lifetime warranty! Thank you. Therese M

The installer (Jason Linville) was here on time and did a FANTASTIC job removing and installing our new Patio door. They found a measuring error from the sales associate - and was able to modify what they were going to do on the fly. We are very pleased with what Pella did for us today - Highly Recommend this company

We love our new casement windows that replaced 95 year old steel casements, the house feels so updated and it’s nice being able to actually open the windows. Installation crew was excellent and left the house spotlessly clean each day.

We had a back sliding door put in before winter. Not only was the installation a piece of cake, but the door has most definitely saved us on our heating bill! There is a noticeable improvement on the temperature control indoors. We will only use Pella from now on! Worth every penny!!!

A nice, clean, efficient, install. Was a straightforward and thorough estimating process. Plan on using them again to finalize a future project. The only minor inconvenience was that we had to call 2-3 times to get a missing screen but the quality of the windows and install overshadow that.
