The customer service was exceptional! I think her name was Roxana. She had three people in there at once and she was spread a little thin, but she stayed very calm and helped us all. Also, props to Cricket for allowing a long time customer to take advantage of a new promotion. Ive left other services for better pricing and they kept a customer who will now sing their praises.
