If I could give zero stars I would, I went this store to purchase some AirPods and they ended up changing my phone number without my consent. Later that month I went a whole day without service and they gave my phone number away to a complete stranger. Thinking I would get some good customer service walking into this store I did not. They didn’t know what to do and all they could tell me is “ call customer service”. Didn’t even bother to find out what was the root of the problem. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!

I got the help that I needed just wish I wouldnt have had to wait as long as I did today, Im not sure if the man that was assisting me was being trained maybe thats why he took so long just to tell me that he was unable to help me. I was waiting in front of him as he first told me wait a minute, as he check through his tools probably talking about a number lookup software easy and simple. Im not sure if he was unfamiliar with the process. But next time I just hope that I would not wait for so long, am talking about 11 mins, doesnt look that long but for some things it is. Way to long 😂

While I was at work today my husband had phone issues. His phone died and refused to charge at all, he went to the store. They tried to help him for about 5 minutes then said we cant fix this issue. I dont know whats wrong, my suggestion is to buy a whole new phone. The guy was the least helpfully Ive ever heard of from a T-Mobile rep. Never sending my husband to this store again, Ill take him to the one on Newport Ave.

I always get excellent service, when I have a problem, with billing, the hardware, or anything pertaining to my service..tmobile provides good customer service. Im a happy satisfied customer..everytime I call or go to a tmobile store..example I was in Arizona last spring and the clerk was just as nice and professional as the ones here in Rhode Island..🤗

The manager of this store never made a report about me trading in two iPhones 7 ( since november 2018 ) So now costumer service is telling me that I owe 1200 dollars for two cellphones ... Very disapodisapp 👎

So I went there yesterday to switch from Sprint to Tmobile, first the line is horrible theres only 3 people and they dont do first come first serve, its just whoever go close to the associate first then they will assist you. When I finally get assist by a associate name Julia Goncalves, I told her I wanted to switch and Im still under sprint contract she said thats fine because t mobile will pay off my phone and my bill. So I was like oh great! She did the process, she made me call Sprint for my account number and she charge me of $26 for t mobile sim card, she also get my bank account information. All the process has done she put the sim on my phone and it didnt work she called her co worker to ask and they ask me if my phone is unlocked I said no, I clearly said Im still under Sprint and they mentioned t mobile will pay off my balance there thats why I agree to switch. The other lady said they only do that with Verizon not with Sprint so why in the first place they going to tell me that t mobile will pay off my balance at sprint if they only do that in Verizon. So end of the story I could not switch, got no service from sprint because of transferring, paid my sim card for $26 and mind you when I try to reimburse the $26 they told me that sim card could not be returned. I stayed on that store for 2 hours because they kept on assisting customers while assisting me. I literally cried while I was there because of the hassle I encounter. The lady even told me to come back tomorrow to deal with the manager about me wanting to have back my $26 for the sim. Store number is 4422
